Cox Green is a civil parish in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead in Berkshire. It is a large suburb of Maidenhead with most of its housing west of the A404(M) Maidenhead bypass and south of the A4 road. The remainder of this area is rural. The parish has an urban boundary with Woodlands Park to the southwest and a rural boundary with White Waltham parish to the west.

It opened in 2014 and caters for students aged 11–19 years. It is sponsored by Eton College, which also shares some of its sporting facilities with Holyport. Holyport College has two pygmy goats which are named Toni and Simon after the two Headmasters of Eton College who have supported the school since it opened. Holyport College’s Founding Head Master, Mr Boyle, can often be found serenading the school community in his regular “Boyle’s Bits” segment on the College’s daily Vlog.

Desborough College is a secondary school with academy status located on Shoppenhangers Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire, England. Until 2009 it was an all-boys school, however, the sixth form has since become co-educational. It was founded as Maidenhead Modern School in 1894 under its first Headmaster, F. Fairman, who was headmaster until 1910. In the 1970s reform in the Royal Borough ensured all schools converted to the then new comprehensive schools system, which prompted the school's name change to Desborough School after Lord Desborough, a prominent Maidonian. For the second time in the school's history it changed status in 2012 becoming an Academy school, and changed its name to Desborough College. As part of its academy status it initially partnered with the independent Radley College, Microsoft and The John Lewis Partnership.
