Ingraham Hill is a mountain in the Southern Tier of New York. It is located south-southwest of Binghamton in Broome County. The mountain contains the television and radio broadcast towers for the surrounding metropolitan area. The summit rises to an elevation of 1,824 feet (556 m). These towers include TV stations WBNG, WICZ, WIVT, WSKG-TV and radio stations WNBF, WAAL, WWYL and many more. The towers are visible throughout the region.

WWYL (104.1 FM, branded as KISS 104.1) is a radio station serving Binghamton, New York with a top 40 (CHR) format. This station is under the ownership of Townsquare Media. The station signed on July 1, 1996, as WYOS, an oldies station. It became WWYL in 2002, after changing to a top 40 format as "Wild 104.1"; the WYOS call sign and oldies format moved to 1360 AM. It rebranded as "Kiss 104.1" in 2019.

WNBF (1290 AM) is a commercial radio station in Binghamton, New York. It airs a talk radio format and is owned by Townsquare Media. The studios and offices are on Court Street in Binghamton.By day, WNBF is powered at 9,300 watts using a non-directional antenna. But at night, to protect other stations on AM 1290, it reduces power to 5,000 watts and switches to a three-tower array directional antenna. The transmitter is off Ingraham Hill Road in Binghamton, among the towers for other broadcast stations in the Binghamton area.

WSKG-FM, 89.3 MHz FM, is an NPR member station in Binghamton, New York. It has an effective radiated power of 11.5 kW. Due to hilly terrain, the signal is repeated on several other frequencies located throughout South Central New York State. WSKG-FM began broadcast in October 1975. Its operator WSKG Public Telecommunications Council is a cooperative non-profit of the State University of New York Board of Regents and New York State Department of Education.The station's format had long been principally classical music, NPR talk radio programs, and NPR news, with jazz on Friday evenings after All Things Considered and various folk music played on Saturday evenings after A Prairie Home Companion. On February 3, 2019, WSKG shuffled programming so that WSKG-FM took on an all-NPR and BBC talk and news format. WSKG-TV and WSQX-FM are other broadcast stations operated by the WSKG Public Telecommunications Council.

WHWK (98.1 FM "The Hawk") is a commercial radio station in Binghamton, New York. It carries a country music radio format and is owned by Townsquare Media. Local disc jockeys are heard during the day on weekdays. Two syndicated shows are heard after 7 p.m.: Taste of Country Nights from Compass Media Networks, hosted by Evan Paul, and The Third Shift from Westwood One heard overnights. Current local staff include Glenn Pitcher, Traci Taylor, Jess Dallas and Buddy Logan. It is regularly the highest ranking station in the Nielson ratings in the Binghamton radio market. WHWK has an effective radiated power of 6,700 watts. The transmitter is off Ingraham Hill Road in Binghamton, amid the towers for other FM and TV stations in the region.

The station is owned by Equinox Broadcasting and broadcasts a classic hits radio format. WCDW has an effective radiated power (ERP) of 1,200 watts. The transmitter is in the Ingraham Hill tower farm, south of Binghamton. It also has FM translators at 101.1 in Endwell, New York (relays the main station), 104.5 in Binghamton, New York (relays HD2), 92.9 in Endicott, New York (relays HD3), and 107.1 in Johnson City, New York (relays HD4).

WLTB (101.7 MHz "Magic 101.7") is a commercial FM radio station licensed to Johnson City, New York, and serving the Greater Binghamton radio market. Owned locally by GM Broadcasting, the station broadcasts a classic hits radio format, playing hits of the 1970s, 80s and 90s. It leans toward classic rock and omits pop and dance artists such as Michael Jackson, Madonna and Whitney Houston who are heard on most classic hits stations. The studios are on East Main Street in Endicott. WLTB is a Class A station with an effective radiated power (ERP) of 560 watts. The transmitter is on Ingraham Hill in Binghamton. WLTB broadcasts using HD Radio technology. Its HD2 digital subchannel airs a mainstream classic hits format, known as "102.5 The Vault." It feeds FM translator W273AB at 102.5 MHz in Vestal.

WICZ-TV (channel 40) is a television station in Binghamton, New York, United States, affiliated with Fox and MyNetworkTV. Owned by Imagicomm Communications, the station has studios on Vestal Parkway East (NY 434) in Vestal, and its transmitter is located on Ingraham Hill Road in the town of Binghamton.

The State University of New York at Binghamton (Binghamton University or SUNY Binghamton) is a public research university with campuses in Binghamton, Vestal, and Johnson City, New York. It is one of the four university centers in the State University of New York (SUNY) system. As of Fall 2020, 18,128 undergraduate and graduate students attended the university.Since its establishment in 1946, the school has evolved from a small liberal arts college to a large research university. It is classified among "R1: Doctoral Universities – Very high research activity". Binghamton's athletic teams are the Bearcats and they compete in Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). The Bearcats are members of the America East Conference.

The Binghamton University Art Museum is an art museum in Binghamton, New York within Binghamton University. Located on the second floor of the main Fine Arts Building on the campus, the museum's permanent collection includes over 3,500 works from various eras and of different media. It includes "paintings, sculpture, prints, photographs, drawings, glass, ceramic, metalwork, manuscript pages and textiles from Egypt, Greece, Asia, Africa, Europe, North America and pre-Columbian cultures." As of 2013, the University Art Museum began an initiative to expand the accessibility of the collection with the greater public and to heighten its commitment to education. The facility is not currently accredited. The late professor Kenneth Lindsay, for whom the Kenneth C Lindsay Study room is named, founded the university's visual arts program and began its permanent art collection. Lindsay was one of the Monuments Men who retrieved art at the end of World War II.

The Ross Park Zoo is a zoo located in Binghamton, New York, United States. The zoo was opened in 1875, making it the 5th oldest zoo in the nation. The zoo (known as the Binghamton Zoo at Ross Park from 2005 to 2020) is open seasonally from April through December.

Binghamton University Events Center is the premier Division I Athletics and multipurpose facility at Binghamton University. The arena opened in 2004 and is adjacent to the Bearcat Sports Complex. It is home to the Binghamton Bearcats Division I Intercollegiate Athletic Program and can seat 5,142 patrons for home games, and over 8,000 for other large-scale events. It has hosted the 2005, 2006, and 2008 America East Conference men's basketball tournaments; the 2007 American East women's tournament as well as the first round and quarterfinal of the 2018 WBI tournament. The Events Center was host to the 2009 America East Conference Championship game when the Bearcats defeated UMBC to make March Madness. The facility has also hosted commencements and concerts such as Bob Dylan, Green Day, Incubus, Ludacris, Foo Fighters, Drake and Harry Connick Jr. The arena contains 53000 square feet (160 feet by 320 feet) of space.
