Hagerstown City Park is a public urban park just southwest of the central business district of Hagerstown, Maryland, United States. The park is located at the junction of Virginia Avenue, Key Street, Walnut Street, Prospect Street, and Memorial Boulevard.

The Hager House is a two-story stone house in Hagerstown, Maryland, United States that dates to c. 1740. The house was built by Jonathan Hager, a German immigrant from Westphalia, who founded Hagerstown. The basement contains two spring-fed pools of water, providing a secure water source. Hager sold the property, then known as Hager's Fancy to Jacob Rohrer. The house remained in the Rohrer family until 1944, when it was acquired by the Washington County Historical Society. The restored house was given to the City of Hagerstown in 1954 and opened to the public in 1962 as a historic house museum.The Hager House is located off Key Street in Hagerstown City Park, and is open for visits from April through December. Tours, on the hour, go from 10am to 4pm. The Hager House is the site of many activities throughout the year as well, including annual Fall Fest, Doll House Tours, Ghost Tours, and Archaeological Dig-It Tours.

The Hagerstown Roundhouse Museum located at 300 South Burhans Boulevard, Hagerstown, Maryland, USA, has exhibits relating to local railroad history and model railroads.The Hagerstown Roundhouse Complex was built in 1939. The 25 stall roundhouse and shops were the major facility for maintenance and repairs of locomotives and cars in Western Maryland. The railroads were the largest employers in Washington County for more than 50 years. The Roundhouse facility was demolished on March 13, 1999.

South Prospect Street Historic District is a national historic district at Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland, United States. The district is a 19th and early 20th century residential neighborhood which was once the address of many of Hagerstown's leading citizens. The street is lined with more than 50 structures representing America's varied and strong architectural heritage and includes both domestic and ecclesiastical buildings, such as Saint John's Church and the Presbyterian Church. The architectural styles represented range from the Neoclassical of the early 19th century to the classical revivals of the early 20th century.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

The Hagerstown Multi-Use Sports and Events Facility is a multi-purpose stadium under construction in Hagerstown, Maryland. The facility is being built primarily for the Hagerstown Flying Boxcars, a future team in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, but it is also intended to host other sports, outdoor concerts, festivals and community events.The Maryland Stadium Authority is overseeing development of the facility. Turner Construction is designing and building it. Upon completion, it will be owned and operated by the Hagerstown-Washington County Industrial Foundation (CHIEF).The $69.5 million development budget mostly comes from $59.5 million in bonds issued by the stadium authority which will be paid off with lottery proceeds. Then-Maryland governor Larry Hogan budgeted another $8.5 million for the project and the Maryland General Assembly earmarked $1.5 million in its capital budget.A groundbreaking ceremony was held on October 18, 2022. The facility is expected to be ready for use in 2024.The initial plans had the stadium at a capacity of 5,000. This was lowered to better serve non-sporting events. The capacity will be 3,500 for baseball games and 4,000 for other events. The stadium will also have eight private suites, a beer garden, a bar, and a picnic area.

Elliott-Bester House is a historic home in Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland, United States. It is a two-story brick dwelling, painted yellow and trimmed with black and white. The home is associated with Commodore Jesse D. Elliott who spent his boyhood years there.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.

Houses At 16-22 East Lee Street is a block of historic homes located at Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland, United States. They area group of five, 2+1⁄2-story frame rowhouses. The buildings rest on brick and stone foundations and have two inner open passageways leading from the street to the rear elevations. They are an important example of lower middle class domestic architecture in Hagerstown, erected about 1894.The houses were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977. Much of the houses' detailing has been covered by vinyl siding and aluminum trim.

Old Washington County Library is a historic library building located at 21 Summit Avenue in Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland, United States. It is a two-story Neo-Georgian stone masonry structure of monumental proportions, built 1900–01. The building appears to be one huge story from the façade. The building was designed by the noted late 19th-century American architect Bruce Price (1845–1903) and erected for the Washington County Free Library. It was used by the library until 1965.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

Hagerstown station is a historic railway station in Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland. It was built in 1913 as a stop for the Western Maryland Railway. It is a 2+1⁄2-story hip roof brick building, reflecting the influence of the Commercial Style of the early 20th century. The building features overscaled classical detailing, a stone foundation, and a massive, modillioned cornice with stone disks defining each bay. The building is also encircled by a one-story porch that has a cantilevered roof on three sides.The Western Maryland Railway ended passenger train service to the Hagerstown station in June 1957.: 266 The station was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976 as the Western Maryland Railway Station. The building is now used as the headquarters of the Hagerstown Police Department.

The Price–Miller House is a historic home located in Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland, United States. It is a 2+1⁄2-story, brick Neoclassical-style townhouse that rests on a high-cut stone foundation, and was built circa 1824–1825.The Price–Miller House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. Since 1966, it has served as the headquarters of the Washington County Historical Society and home to the Miller House Museum, a historic house and local history museum.
