The Leffell School (formerly Solomon Schechter School of Westchester) is a K–12 private, co-educational, Jewish day school in New York, United States. It was established in 1966 by Max Gelb and operates on two campuses; a Lower School (K–5) in White Plains and an Upper School (6–12) in Hartsdale.

It was built in 1908 by the Roman Bronze Works and is a 2+1⁄2-story building built of concrete block covered in stucco. It features classical style details, a copper-covered gable roof, a bank of skylights, and two brick chimneys. It was the residence and studio of Leo Friedlander (1890–1966) from the 1930s until his death. It was originally the home and studio of Henry Merwin Shrady and then Karl Ilava.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

During the American Revolutionary War, the Odell farm served as headquarters of Count de Rochambeau and campsite for the French expeditionary forces under his command from July 6 to August 18, 1781.

Romer-Van Tassel House is a historic home located at Greenburgh, Westchester County, New York. It was built in 1793 and is a 1+1⁄2-story, rectangular stone dwelling, topped by a gable roof. The coursed stone foundation may be the remains of an earlier dwelling and date to about 1684. The house was renovated in the 1920s and the 1+1⁄2-story wood-frame kitchen wing dates to that time. The house served as the first Greenburgh town hall from 1793 into the early 19th century.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.

Church of St. Joseph of Arimathea, originally known as Worthington Memorial Chapel, is a historic Episcopal church at 2172 Saw Mill River Road in Greenburgh, Westchester County, New York. It was designed by architect Richard M. Upjohn (1828 – 1903) and built in 1883 in an eclectic Victorian Gothic Revival style. It was built in four phases: The original 1883 chapel, the 1901 addition, the addition in 1953 of a ground floor meeting room, and an enlargement and remodeling of the 1953 addition in 1990. The original chapel and 1901 addition are built of random-coursed, rock faced ashlar with corner buttresses, and high pitched gable roof with low parapets. The chapel is cruciform in plan and features a three-story bell tower with large segmental arched opening and a conical roof. A large three-part stained glass window and smaller three part windows in the two transepts are attributed to John La Farge (1835 – 1910) and installed around 1883. It was originally built by the family of pump manufacturer Henry Rossiter Worthington (1817-1880) as a chapel and crypt.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.
