Killilagh or Killeilagh (Irish: Cill Aidhleach) is a civil parish in County Clare, Ireland. It contains the village of Doolin.

Doolin Cave (Irish: Pol an Ionain or Poll-an-Ionain) is a limestone cave near Doolin in County Clare, Ireland, on the western edge of The Burren. The name is the anglicised version of the Irish name Poll an Eidhneáin, which is said to translate into "Ivy Cliff Cave". The cave attracted some controversy due to its development and marketing as a show cave in the early 21st century. It is now open to the public, branded as Doolin Cave.

Ballyryan or Ballyreen (Irish: Baile Uí Rinn; Ring's homestead) is a small inland mostly west-facing limestone crag in The Burren in County Clare, Ireland. It is popular with rock climbers due to its easy access, the range of short easy-to-intermediate rock climbs, and its close proximity to the much larger and highly regarded, Ailladie rock-climbing sea-cliff; Ailladie is also locally known as the Ballyreen Cliffs or Ballyreen Point.

Ailladie (Irish: Aill an Daill, lit. 'Blind Man's Cliff'; also known locally as the Ballyreen Cliffs), is an 800-metre-long (2,600 ft) west-facing limestone sea cliff, that varies in height from 8 metres (26 ft) to 35 metres (115 ft), situated on the coast of The Burren in County Clare, Ireland. Ailladie is one of Ireland's most highly regarded rock-climbing locations, particularly for high technical grade single pitch traditional climbing routes and deep-water soloing routes. It is also a location for shore-angling competitions, and, with its cliffs and view of the Aran Islands, is a popular photography stop for tourists.

The Spectacle Bridge is a bridge built in May 1816 over the Aille River in County Clare, Ireland.

Wild Honey Inn, located in Lisdoonvarna, County Clare, is Ireland's only Michelin star pub with 14 rooms and has a four-star guesthouse rating. It was awarded a Michelin star in 2017.The restaurant is owned by head chef Aidan McGrath and his partner Kate Sweeney.The restaurant is housed in the former hotel Kincora House, which has a history dating back to the 1840s. McGrath and Sweeney bought the building in late 2008 and opened in 2009 as the Wild Honey Inn after doing some work to the building. They continued with the refurbishment over the years and the Victorian building is fully restored and is operated by the couple as a Fáilte Ireland and AA 5-star rated guesthouse. Aidan McGrath has also won 2 AA rosettes for his food.

The Burren Smokehouse is an Irish family-run producer of smoked fish.

Doolin (Irish: Dúlainn) is a coastal village in County Clare, Ireland, on the Atlantic coast. It is southwest of the spa town of Lisdoonvarna and 4 miles from the Cliffs of Moher. It is a noted centre of traditional Irish music, which is played nightly in its pubs, making it a popular tourist destination. There are numerous nearby archaeological sites, many dating to the Iron Age and earlier. Doonagore Castle and Ballinalacken Castle are also in the area. The area was officially classified as part of the West Clare Gaeltacht (an Irish-speaking community) prior to the 1950s, and maintains a connection with Irish-speaking areas - including via its maritime connection with the Aran Islands.

Lisdoonvarna (Irish: Lios Dúin Bhearna, meaning "fort of the gapped keep") is a spa town in County Clare in Ireland. The town is famous for its music and festivals. Although the music festival was discontinued in the 1980s, Lisdoonvarna still hosts its annual matchmaking festival each September. The population was 829 at the 2016 census.

Lisdoonvarna/Kilshanny parish is a parish in County Clare and part of the Kilfenora Deanery of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Galway, Kilmacduagh and Kilfenora. The parishes Lisdoonvarna and Kilshanny amalgamated in the 1980s.Current (2021) parish priest is Robert McNamara.The parish is an amalgamation of the mediaeval parishes of Kilmoon, Killeany, Killilagh and Owghtory.The main church of the parish is the Church of Corpus Christi in Lisdoonvarna, built in 1868. The second church of the parish is the Church of St. Augustine in Kilshanny. This church was blessed in 1894 by bishop Francis McCormack. This is a descendant of the earlier abbey by the Canons Regular of St. Augustine founded in 1189. Third church is the Church of our Lady of Lourdes in Toovaghera. This church is built in 1878. The coastal village Doolin has a church built in 1821 named the Church of the Holy Rosary.

Doonagore Castle is a round 16th-century tower house with a small walled enclosure located about 1 km south of the coastal village of Doolin in County Clare, Ireland. Its name may be derived from Dún na Gabhair, meaning "the fort of the rounded hills" or the "fort of the goats". Doonagore Castle is at present a private holiday home, inaccessible to the public. Doonagore Castle sits on a hill overlooking Doolin Point and, along with a nearby higher radio mast, is used as a navigational point by boats approaching Doolin Pier. It is located in the townland of Doonagore, parish of Killilagh, County Clare. It is sometimes considered to be located in the area known as the Burren.[1]:99
