Bamseom is a pair of islets in the River Han in Seoul, South Korea. Bamseom means "chestnut island". The uninhabited islets, with a total area of about 0.24 km2 (0.093 sq mi) and length of 1,147 m (3,763 ft), are located between the larger island of Yeouido, to which they were once connected, and the north shore. They remain connected to one another by a narrow strip of sedimentary silt. Seogang Bridge passes directly over the western islet, though there is no access available, as the islets have been left as a natural sanctuary. There is, however, an observation point for bird-watching. Migratory birds use the islets often and among the birds which can be seen are mallards, great egrets, mandarins, common kestrels, and Eastern spot-billed ducks.

National Assembly Library of Korea ( Hangul:국회도서관) is a library in Seoul, South Korea. It is located in Yeouido-dong, Yeoungdeungpo-gu. It is the largest Humanities and Social Sciences Library in Korea functioning as both parliamentary and public libraries. The Library manages and preserves the National Assembly records. The Chief Librarian (vice-minister level) is a public official in political service under the Speaker of the National Assembly.

National Assembly Station is a railway station on Line 9 of the Seoul Subway. The name of this station comes from the nearby National Assembly Building, where the National Assembly of South Korea meets.

KBS Hall is a concert hall in the Korean Broadcasting System headquarters located in Yeouido, Seoul in South Korea.

The Korean Broadcasting System (KBS) (Korean: 한국방송공사; Hanja: 韓國放送公社; RR: Han-guk Bangsong Gongsa; MR: Han'guk Pangsong Kongsa) is the national broadcaster of South Korea. Founded in 1927, it is one of the leading South Korean television and radio broadcasters. KBS operates seven radio networks, ten television channels, and multiple Internet-exclusive services. Its flagship terrestrial television stations KBS1 broadcasts on channel 9, while KBS1 sister channel KBS2, an entertainment oriented network, broadcasts on channel 7. KBS also operates the international service KBS World, which provides television, radio, and online services in twelve different languages.

Yoido Full Gospel Church is a Pentecostal church affiliated with the Assemblies of God on Yeouido (Yoi Island) in Seoul, South Korea. With about 480,000 members, it is the largest Pentecostal Christian congregation in South Korea. Founded by David Yonggi Cho and Choi Ja-shil in 1958, the church is presently led by Young Hoon Lee. The church has several satellite locations throughout the city of Seoul.

Yeouido Airport was an international airport in Yeouido, Seoul, South Korea. It operated as an international airport from 1929 to 1958, and thereafter as a military base until 1971.

The Dangsan Railway Bridge (당산철교) crosses the Han River in Seoul. It is used exclusively by Seoul Subway Line 2. Immediately on the south side of the bridge is Dangsan Station in Yeongdeungpo-gu, which is on an elevated platform. Hapjeong Station, a subterranean station in Mapo-gu, is located approximately 600 meters north of where the bridge makes landfall. After the partial collapse of Seongsu Bridge, every bridge in Seoul was re-examined for safety and it was decided that Dangsan Bridge should be taken down and rebuilt. The FKI Tower also known by its full name Federation of Korean Industries Head Office Building is a skyscraper on Yeouido island in Seoul, South Korea. It was designed by the American architectural firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture. Construction started in 2010 and was completed in 2014. At 245 m (804 ft) high, it is amongst the tallest buildings in South Korea and the 5th tallest building in Seoul. The building was awarded the 2015 Building of the Year award by American-architects.com

Dangsan Station is an elevated station on the Seoul Subway Line 2 and is an underground station on the Seoul Subway Line 9. The station is located on the south bank of the Han River in Yeongdeungpo-gu. Because the station is elevated, trains exiting to or entering from the north make use of the Dangsan Railway Bridge. As of April 2009, the platform has been outfitted with platform screen doors. Dangsan station is currently a transfer point between Line 2 and Seoul Subway Line 9. Several Korean TV series were shot in nearby locations, like Boys Over Flowers, Iris or My Girlfriend is a Gumiho.Seoul Subway Line 2 has two-sided relative platforms, Seoul Subway Line 9 has two island platforms, and both platforms have screen doors.

Yeongdeungpo Market Station is a station on Seoul Subway Line 5 in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

Seogang Bridge or Grand Seogang Bridge (Korean: 서강대교) is a bridge over the Han River in Seoul, South Korea. The bridge links the Mapo and Yeongdeungpo districts. It is supported in the middle as it passes over the island of Bamseom.
