Power Station at BerkleeNYC, formerly known as Avatar Studios (1996–2017) and The Power Station, is a recording studio at 441 West 53rd Street between Ninth and Tenth avenues in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood in Manhattan, New York City. The building contains 5 studio spaces: A, B, C, G, and E, as well as a black box theater.

Prime Produce Guild Hall, also known as Prime Produce Apprentice Cooperative and Prime Produce, is a community co-working organization and event space based in New York City.Prime Produce consists of two organizational bodies. One is an incorporated nonprofit that runs the co-working collective, cybernetics library, and community space in the building. The second is a cooperative that manages their building located at 424 West 54 Street.

The High School for Environmental Studies (HSES) is located the Hell's Kitchen (or Clinton) neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. The school was once a Fox Film movie studio.In 1992, the High School for Environmental Studies opened its doors in the building that formerly housed Stuyvesant High School in the East Village on East 15th Street and First Avenue in Manhattan. 150 freshmen students attended the school in its first year. HSES was established in response to a growing consciousness of environmental issues and in anticipation of a rapidly expanding field of environmental professions.

The Chelsea Theater Center was a not-for-profit theater company founded in 1965 by Robert Kalfin, a graduate of the Yale School of Drama. 811 Tenth Avenue (also called the AT&T Switching Center) is a 370-foot skyscraper in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of New York City's Manhattan borough. It was designed by Kahn & Jacobs and completed in 1964, occupying the full block of 10th Avenue's western side between West 53rd and West 54th Streets. Windowless and designed to withstand a nuclear blast, it was built by AT&T to house telephone switching equipment. "It was the first of several windowless buildings to be constructed" by the telecommunications company in Manhattan, "and it caused considerable controversy", the New York Times wrote in 1975.After 1985, it was used by the National Security Agency to eavesdrop on U.S. citizens under its Fairview surveillance program.In 2000, AT&T upgraded the facility from a "hardened Telco data center" to an "AT&T Internet Data Center," according to an AT&T fact sheet on the facility.As of 2014, it contains four 2,000-kilowatt generators, along with three 20,000-gallon storage tanks for fuel oil, to provide power during interruptions to the grid.

Ars Nova is an Off-Broadway, non-profit theater in New York City's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood. Ars Nova develops and produces theater, comedy and music created by artists in the early stages of their careers. The theater was founded in 2002 in memory of Gabe Wiener, a music producer who died at the age of 26, by his sister, Jenny Steingart and her husband Jon Steingart. The theater's mission is to provide a venue for smart, surprising new work from emerging artists.

The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater (AAADT) is a modern dance company based in New York City. It was founded in 1958 by choreographer and dancer Alvin Ailey. It is made up of 32 dancers, led by artistic director Robert Battle and associate artistic director Matthew Rushing.

The Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus is a Roman Catholic parish church, located in Hell's Kitchen/Clinton, Manhattan, New York City. Founded in 1876, it is a parish of the Archdiocese of New York and is located at 457 West 51st Street. Sacred Heart of Jesus School is located at 456 West 52nd Street. Rise Bar, or simply Rise, is a gay bar in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. Opened in 2015, it is a small establishment surrounded by a number of larger LGBT nightlife venues. The bar is most popular among gay men and some women. It features pop music and hosts weekly entertainment including drag shows, open-mic nights and karaoke. Though Rise's owners invested in soundproofing before it opened, noise concerns from nearby residents initially led the local community board and state liquor authority to require the venue to close at an earlier hour than its competitors. Following a contentious series of applications to modify Rise's operating schedule and liquor license, this requirement was overturned for weekend nights. The establishment has received praise for its welcoming, diverse atmosphere.

The CBS Broadcast Center is a television and radio production facility located in New York City. It is CBS's main East Coast production hub, similar to CBS Studio Center in Los Angeles as the West Coast hub. The Broadcast Center is one of two production facilities in Manhattan owned by Paramount Global, the other being the studios for MTV located in the company's headquarters at One Astor Plaza.
