Le Pouliguen (French pronunciation: ​[lə puliɡɛ̃]; Breton: Ar Poulgwenn) is a commune of western France, located in the Loire-Atlantique department, Pays de la Loire. Le Pouliguen is situated between La Baule-Escoublac and Batz-sur-Mer.

La Baule-Escoublac (French pronunciation: ​[la bol ɛskublak]; Breton: Ar Baol-Skoubleg, [ar ˈbawl ˈskuːbleːk]), commonly referred to as La Baule, is a commune in the Loire-Atlantique department, Pays de la Loire, western France. A century-old seaside resort in southern Brittany with villas, casino, luxury hotels and an original mix of old Breton and seaside culture with a 9 kilometre long sand beach, La Baule has long been home to French high society's seaside residences. During July and August each year, the population of La Baule increases dramatically with many Parisians staying for weeks and regular day-trippers from Nantes. Parisians can take the train in Paris Montparnasse Station and it is about 3 hours to go to La Baule. Despite this, La Baule is still virtually unknown outside France.

La Baule-les-Pins is a quartier of La Baule-Escoublac, Loire-Atlantique, France. La Baule has two gare SNCFs, the barely-used eponymous station, and the main La-Baule-Escoublac.

The Côte d'Amour (French pronunciation: [kot damuʁ], literally Coast of Love) is a name given to part of the north western Atlantic coast of the Pays de la Loire region in France. It runs from Le Traict de Pen Bé to the mouth of the Loire in Saint-Nazaire, both of which are in the Loire-Atlantique department. Many municipalities of Côte d'Amour are also part of what it is called now Bretagne Plein Sud (English: Lower Brittany. The department of Loire-Atlantique was part of Brittany until 1941). The coastline includes the peninsula of Guérande (in French "Presqu'île de Guérande", including the following localities and seaside resorts from south to north: Saint-Nazaire, Pornichet, La Baule-Escoublac, Le Pouliguen, Le Croisic, Batz-sur-Mer, Guérande, La Turballe, Piriac-sur-Mer and Mesquer.

Batz-sur-Mer (French pronunciation: ​[ba syʁ mɛʁ], literally Batz on Sea; Breton: Bourc'h-Baz) is a commune in the Loire-Atlantique department in western France. The commune is situated on a former island that, until around the 9th century, was separate from the mainland at Guérande and the neighboring island of Le Croisic. The territory of the commune is now part of the wild coast of Guérande Peninsula with rocky cliffs, sandy beaches along the Atlantic Ocean, and an extensive salt marshes to the northeast and east. The town lies between the Bay of Biscay and its salt marshes and is a very Breton town of whitewashed granite houses.

La Turballe (French pronunciation: ​[la tyʁbal]; Breton: An Turball) is a commune in the Loire-Atlantique department in western France. This commune is known for its harbor, which is the first fishing harbor in the region. Every summer, there is a sardine party (fête de la sardine in French). La Turballe is close to the La Baule seaside resort. The town, located on the Côte d'Amour, has 11 kilometers of beaches.

Pornichet (French pronunciation: [pɔʁniʃɛ]; Breton: Pornizhan) is a commune in the Loire-Atlantique department in western France.

Le Croisic (French pronunciation: [lə kʁwazik] ; Breton: Ar Groazig; Gallo: Le Croèzic) is a commune in the Loire-Atlantique department, western France. It is part of the urban area of Saint-Nazaire.

Saint-André-des-Eaux (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃.t‿ɑ̃dʁe de.z‿o] ; Breton: Sant-Andrev-an-Doureier) is a commune in the Loire-Atlantique department in western France.
