Northside Shopping Centre

Kilmore (Irish: An Choill Mhór, meaning 'Big Wood') is a mostly residential area of Dublin, Ireland. It is a Northside area, straddling parts of the suburbs of Coolock, and Beaumont and Artane, and bordering Santry. A smaller area within it is known as Kilmore West. The area lies between the Dublin 17 and Dublin 5 postal districts. There are three housing estates in Kilmore: Cromcastle, Castletimon and Kilbarron. There are public facilities such as schools, parks, shops and community centres. There is a library in Coolock, and there are multiple and sports pitches nearby. Kilmore West is part of the larger Kilmore area and has national schools for both boys and girls, Scoil Fhursa and Scoil Ide, respectively. It also has its own parish and Roman Catholic church, St. Luke the Evangelist. The full Roman Catholic parish name is Kilmore Road West, the original townland of Kilmore Big being entirely to the west of the Kilmore Road, in Artane. Kilmore West has its own local community centre. Notable local activities include pigeon fancying and boxing, both based in the local community centre. Soccer also commands the allegiance of a large section of the community as does Gaelic football. Sea angling, while not possible in this inland suburb, is also a popular local pastime. The Kilmore West Youth Project is a local charity.

Stardust Memorial Park (Irish: An Pháirc Cuimhneacháin Stardust) is a memorial park located in the Bonnybrook townland of Coolock, Dublin built to commemorate the lives of those who died during the Stardust tragedy at the Stardust night club in nearby Artane on 14 February 1981. The park was officially completed and opened on 18 September 1993, by the then Lord Mayor of Dublin, Tomás MacGiolla. The park comprises 22 acres along the Santry River and the land was originally a 12th-century monastic site.

Beaumont Hospital (Irish: Ospidéal Beaumont) is a large teaching hospital located in Beaumont, Dublin, Ireland. It is managed by RCSI Hospitals - one of the hospital groups established by the Health Service Executive. Its academic partner is the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. St. Joseph's Hospital (Raheny) is also under the management of the Beaumont Hospital Board.

Parnells GAA or Parnells Gaelic Athletic Association club Gaelic football club is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Coolock, Dublin, Ireland. It was founded in 1893, named after the recently deceased Charles Stewart Parnell, and at that time was known as Parnell Volunteers. Parnells have won the Dublin senior football championship on six occasions, in 1913, 1916, 1939, 1945 and most recently in 1987, 1988.

The Stardust fire was a fatal fire which took place at the Stardust nightclub in Artane, Dublin, Ireland in the early hours of 14 February (Valentine's Day) 1981. Some 800 people had attended a disco there, of whom 48 died and 214 were injured as a result of the fire. The club was located where Butterly Business Park now lies, opposite Artane Castle Shopping Centre.

Chanel College (Irish: Coláiste Chanel) is a Catholic boys' secondary school in Coolock, Dublin, Ireland. The Principal is Dara Gill. The college has approximately 600 pupils.

The Oscar Traynor Centre (Irish: Ionad Oscar Mac Thréinfhir) is an association football venue in Coolock, Northside, Dublin, Ireland. The ground has been home to Women's National League club Bohemians since 2020. In September 1985 Jim Tunney officially opened the AFL Coaching and Development Centre, which had been constructed by Dublin's Amateur Football League (AFL) at a cost of approximately €688,000. The venue underwent significant expansion in 2001, when the North Dublin Schoolboys/girls League (NDSL) agreed to pool resources with the AFL. Floodlights, additional all-weather pitches and a separate club house elevated the facility to "a centre of coaching and soccer excellence".In January 2012 the Evening Herald reported that the Oscar Traynor Centre "faced an uncertain future", as the AFL and NDSL were in dispute and the directors of the loss-making separate company running the centre had resigned. The NDSL subsequently entered into an arrangement with Bohemian FC in June 2013, which gave the League of Ireland club access to the Oscar Traynor Centre facilities. When Bohemians launched a senior Women's National League club in 2020 they based them at the Oscar Traynor Centre instead of at the main Dalymount Park stadium.The ground is situated on the road from Coolock to Santry, which is named for former Football Association of Ireland President Oscar Traynor.

St Brendan's is a parish in Coolock, Dublin in Ireland that is served by the Church of St Brendan. The parish is in the Fingal South East deanery of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Dublin. The parish is based on the civil parish of Coolock. During penal times, it was one of the few functioning Catholic parishes in Dublin.

Coolock (Irish: An Chúlóg, meaning 'The Little Corner') is a large suburban area, centred on a village, on Dublin city's Northside in Ireland. Coolock is crossed by the Santry River, a prominent feature in the middle of the district, with a linear park and ponds. The Coolock suburban area encompasses parts of three Dublin postal districts: Dublin 5, Dublin 13 and Dublin 17. The extensive civil parish of Coolock takes in the land between the Tonlegee Road (as far as Donaghmede) and the Malahide Road, as well as the lands on either side of the Malahide Road between Darndale and Artane, and the lands either side of the Oscar Traynor Road on the approach to Santry. Coolock is also the name of the barony which accounts for most of north Dublin city, from the coast in as far as the Phoenix Park, and stretching north as far as Swords.

Mercy College Coolock is a Catholic girls' secondary school in Coolock, Dublin, Ireland. It was founded in 1963 by the Sisters of Mercy. It shares grounds with Coolock House, formerly the home of Catherine McAuley, founder of the Sisters of Mercy, and with Scoil Chaitríona, a girls' primary school.
