Old Town Green Historic District is a national historic district located at Huntington in Suffolk County, New York. The district which has 14 contributing buildings, is officially located on Park Avenue, but expands west along West Main Street. It is a small residential enclave that includes the town green. This green contains an oak tree named "Constitution Oak," that was planted on the 200th Anniversary of New York State's ratification of the Constitution of the United States. Seven of the eight dwellings date to the settlement period in 1653. Located in the district are structures such as the Charles Woodhull House, the Dr. Daniel Kissam House Museum, and the Fort Golgotha and the Old Burial Hill Cemetery.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Charles Woodhull House is a historic home located on 70 West Main Street (NY Route 25A) in Huntington in Suffolk County, New York. It was built in 1870 and is a 2+1⁄2-story, three-bay clapboard residence with a low gable roof and brick foundation. It features a cupola and paired interior end chimneys. The entrance features a shed-roofed front porch supported by slender paired Doric order columns.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. The house is currently commercial real estate and has various professional tenants occupying the beautiful office suites. Richtberg and Rehberger Realty Co., LLC, is the property manager for this historical professional office building.

Wiggins-Rolph House is a historic home located at Huntington in Suffolk County, New York. It was built in 1848 and is a 2+1⁄2-story, five-bay shingled residence in the Greek Revival style. It has a modern 1-story south wing and modern 2-story north wing. It features a steeply pitched gable roof and paired interior end chimneys.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Old First Church is an historic Presbyterian church building at 125 Main Street in Huntington, Suffolk County, New York. It was built in 1784 and is a two and one-half-story building with a steeply pitched gable roof. About 1900, a two-story, five-gable-roofed addition was completed on the rear of the building. It features a tall, square, five-story bell tower that dominates the center of the main facade.The church is actually the third church of the same name to stand in the area. The original was built in 1665, soon after the town's founding at what was the southwest corner of NY 25A and Spring Street. The first church was demolished when its size proved inadequate, even after expansion, and the second church erected in its present location in 1715. The second church was destroyed in 1782 for use in construction of fortifications by British troops occupying Huntington. The current church was rebuilt in the same location in 1784.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Bethel AME Church and Manse is a historic African Methodist Episcopal church and manse at 291 Park Avenue in Huntington, Suffolk County, New York. The church was built about 1845 and is a 1+1⁄2-story, wood-frame structure that is rectangular in plan with a gable roof and clapboard exterior. The manse was built in 1915 and is a 2-story, wood-frame structure, with a two-by-two-bay square plan.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Heckscher Park is a local park and national historic district in Huntington, Suffolk County, New York. It is bounded by Madison Street, Sabbath Day Path, Main Street, and Prime Avenue. The park is roughly triangular-shaped with a large pond on northwest corner, and contains the Heckscher Museum of Art established by industrialist August Heckscher, as well as the Chapin Rainbow Theater. It hosts annual art festivals, tulip festivals, concerts, renaissance fairs, and the Huntington Summer Arts Festival. Heckscher Park was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

The Heckscher Museum of Art is named after its benefactor, August Heckscher, who in 1920 donated 185 works of art to be housed in a new Beaux-Arts building located in Heckscher Park, in Huntington, New York. The museum has over 2000 works of art, focused on American landscape paintings and work by Long Island artists, as well as featuring American and European modernism, and photography. The most famous painting in the collection is George Grosz's "Eclipse of the Sun" (1926).
