The Rye Neck Union Free School District is the school district created to serve the public education needs of parts of Mamaroneck and Rye, New York. It serves the part of the Village of Mamaroneck that is within the Town of Rye and part of the City of Rye. Rye Neck's district has four schools located on three different campuses, the middle and high schools being attached. Rye Neck is known for its up-to-date technology in the classrooms, such as interactive whiteboards in every room, and its fully fiber optic network, provided by Optimum Lightpath, connecting every computer in the four schools. All are Schools of Excellence. The elementary school, F.E. Bellows, which teaches grades three through five, was named a Blue Ribbon School in 2009, one of 314 schools so honored across the country. Rye Neck High School was ranked #97 on Newsweek's 2005 list of the Best High Schools in America. The Rye Neck district was ranked 22nd out of over 8,700 school districts nationally in the Niche 2015 school district rankings. The Rye Neck Theatre Program is known for its award-winning musicals for over 30 years and has won multiple awards and nominations. Rye Neck High School is a public secondary school located in the Village of Mamaroneck, New York and the Town of Rye, New York. It is part of the Rye Neck Union Free School District and is connected to Rye Neck Middle School.

Mamaroneck United Methodist Church is a historic Methodist church located at 546 East Boston Post Road in Mamaroneck, Westchester County, New York. It was built in 1859 and is a one-story, Gothic Revival style building of wood-frame construction with a gable roof. It is rectangular in form with a rear, two story, transecting wing built in 1869. It features a semi-engaged central tower flanked by stylized buttresses and topped by an octagonal spire.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

Albert E. and Emily Wilson House is a historic home located at Mamaroneck, Westchester County, New York. It was built between 1949 and 1951 and is a "U" shaped, one story Colonial Revival style red brick residence with a low-pitched, gray slate gable roof. The office wing was added in 1953. The entry features a Dutch door flanked by small, steel casement windows. It was designed by and the home of local architect Albert E. Wilson (1878-1955), who was a partner in the prominent firm of Peabody, Wilson, and Brown.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2007.

The Mamaroneck River is a freshwater stream located in Southern Westchester County, New York. The river forms in White Plains and Harrison and flows 7.3 miles (11.7 km) south through Mamaroneck Town and Village, where it empties into Mamaroneck Harbor and Long Island Sound. The name of the river comes from a local native American word meaning, "where the fresh water meets the salt water." The river flows into Long Island Sound. The watershed of the Mamaroneck River is 17.4 square miles. It is dominated by suburban residential neighborhoods and commercial and retail tracts. High density residential development also is prevalent throughout the middle and lower portions of the watershed.

Sportime Harbor Island is a tennis club owned and operated by Sportime NY, located in the Village of Mamaroneck, New York inside Harbor Island Park. The club has eight outdoor red clay tennis courts that are bubbled during colder times of the year. It also has a lounge and a pro shop. The club offers private lessons, adult leagues, tennis kinetics programs, elite tournament training, a 10-and-under tennis program, a match play program, tennis parties and a children's summer camp.The New York Sportimes of World TeamTennis, of which Sportime NY was the majority owner, played their home matches at the club from 2003 through 2008. A temporary stadium with a seating capacity of 1,843 spectators was erected for Sportimes matches. During their residency at Sportime Harbor Island, the Sportimes won the 2005 King Trophy as World TeamTennis champions. In 2009, the team relocated its home matches to another facility owned and operated by Sportime NY on Randall's Island in New York City.

Mamaroneck mə-MAR-ə-nek is a village in Westchester County, New York, United States. The population was 18,929 at the 2010 census. As of 2019 its population was an estimated 19,131. It is located partially within the town of Mamaroneck and partially within the town of Rye. The portion in Rye is unofficially called "Rye Neck". The Rye Neck Union Free School District contains the Rye Neck portion of Mamaroneck and part of the city of Rye.

Mamaroneck ( mə-MARR-ə-nek) is a town in Westchester County, New York, United States. The population was 29,156 at the 2010 census. There are two villages contained within the town: Larchmont and the Village of Mamaroneck (part of which is located in the adjacent town of Rye). The majority of the town's land area is not within either village, constituting an unincorporated area, although a majority of the population lives within the villages. Legally, the unincorporated section and the villages constitute the town as a political and governmental subdivision of New York State. The town is led by a town board, composed of five town board members, which includes the town supervisor, Jaine Elkind Eney. Much of the unincorporated section of the town receives its mail via the Larchmont Post Office and thereby has a Larchmont address.

The Emelin Theatre for the Performing Arts is a 267-seat nonprofit theater located in Mamaroneck, NY. that hosts theatre, family, bluegrass, dance, classical, jazz, rock, folk, tribute, and comedy events, plus a broad range of independent and contemporary films for the community, and is the oldest continually operated performing arts center in Westchester.

St Thomas Episcopal Church, at 168 Boston Post Road in Mamaroneck, New York, is a church in the Episcopal Diocese of New York. St. Thomas' Episcopal Church Complex was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.
