Win Son is a Taiwanese American restaurant in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. It focuses on traditional Taiwanese food reinterpreted "through a New American lens, incorporating local, well-sourced ingredients." In 2017, Bon Appétit called Win Son "One of Brooklyn's Hottest Restaurants." In the same year, they were spotlighted in Eater's Young Guns series.

Martinez Playground is a public park in Bushwick, Brooklyn, New York City. It is located on Scholes Street between Manhattan and Graham Avenues.

The Williamsburg Houses, originally called the Ten Eyck Houses, (pronounced TEN-IKE) is a public housing complex built and operated by the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn. It consists of 20 buildings on a site bordered by Scholes, Maujer, and Leonard Streets and Bushwick Avenue.The Williamsburg Houses were built in 1936–1938 under the auspices of the Housing Division of the Public Works Administration (PWA). Richmond Shreve was the chief architect of the project; the design team of nine other architects was led by the Swiss-American modernist William Lescaze. The construction contract was awarded to Starrett Brothers & Eken. The designs called for the inclusion of modern art commissioned through the Federal Arts Project. The Williamsburg Houses were designated a New York City Landmark in 2003, and were added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2021.

The Montrose Avenue station is a station on the BMT Canarsie Line of the New York City Subway. Located at the intersection of Montrose and Bushwick Avenues in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, it is served by the L train at all times.

Moore Street Market, often referred to as La Marqueta de Williamsburg, is one of four surviving public markets built by mayor Fiorello La Guardia in New York City in 1941 to get pushcarts off crowded and unclean streets. It is located at 110 Moore Street in the Williamsburg neighborhood of northern Brooklyn. In early 2007, Moore Street Market was under the impending threat of closure by its owner and manager, the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYC EDC). Community leaders and the long-time merchants succeeded in keeping the market open; beginning in December 2008, the market was managed by the Brooklyn Economic Development Corporation, until the New York City Economic Development Corporation was reassigned site management of the market in December 2014. A $2.7 million renovation was announced in 2019.Merchants operating at the market are mainly from Spanish-speaking Caribbean countries or Latin America, and primarily sell products such as fruit, vegetables, crafts, herbs, candles and ethnic food from their respective countries. The market also serves as an economic and cultural anchor for Williamsburg and its community, regularly holding events for the public.

Bushwick, also known as Bushwick Terminal, was a train station along the Bushwick Branch, and terminal of the Bushwick Branch of the Long Island Rail Road from February 29, 1876, to May 13, 1924. Bushwick Terminal was located at Montrose Avenue and Bushwick Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. It opened on July 18, 1868, and closed in 1924 with the end of passenger service on the Bushwick Branch. Steam engines served the station until 1913. The station building made in brick survived until recently and was the last vestige of the passenger terminal of the Bushwick Branch. Before it was demolished, the building was used as an automobile repair shop. The terminal building was replaced by a building that was in the process of being built in October 2007, and holds trucks.

Lindsay Park is a housing cooperative located in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. The cooperative is part of the Mitchell-Lama Housing Program, through which the state of New York grants it tax exemptions to maintain affordability. With 2702 units, it is the largest Mitchell-Lama co-op in Brooklyn. According to a 2014 article in The New Republic, Lindsay Park is the most ethnically diverse apartment complex in the United States, with an ethnic makeup that is 33.1 percent white, 31.1 percent East Asian, 30.3 percent Hispanic, and 4.3 percent African American.The 14-acre (5.7 ha) complex was completed in 1965. Upon its completion, the co-op was saddled with $42 million in debt after its developer, Stanley J. Harte, failed to pay the property's mortgage. As interest accumulated on the debt, it ballooned to $105 million in 2003, which led the New York City's Department of Housing Preservation and Development to renegotiate the mortgage at a lower rate. Nevertheless, revenue has remained a problem for co-op management. In 2015, the Brooklyn District Attorney's office opened an investigation into "mistreated money" by the co-op's managing board.

The Brooklyn Latin School is a public magnet, specialized high school in New York City. It opened in September 2006. The ideals governing Brooklyn Latin are borrowed largely from the Boston Latin School, and popular society's ideals. The school’s founding headmaster was Jason Griffiths. In August 2019, Katrina Billy-Wilkinson became the acting headmaster. Admission to Brooklyn Latin involves passing the Specialized High Schools Admissions Test. Each November, about 30,000 eighth and ninth graders take the 3-hour test for admittance to eight of the nine specialized high schools. Approximately 200 applicants are accepted each year. It is the second specialized high school in Brooklyn (along with Brooklyn Technical High School) and has the distinction of being the only specialized high school in which students adhere to a school uniform. The school color, purple, reflects the preference of Roman nobility, who wore robes dyed in that color and is also the school color of the Boston Latin School, another borrowed trait. The school spent its first five years at 325 Bushwick Avenue, in limited space. In 2013 it moved to 223 Graham Avenue, not far from the previous school.

The Industrial Complex at 221 McKibbin Street is an American historic industrial complex, located in the East Williamsburg neighborhood of the Brooklyn borough of New York City, New York.

3 Dollar Bill is a bar in East Williamsburg that is said to be the city's largest LGBTQ+ owned venue. The bar, which opened in 2018, takes its name from the phrase queer as a three dollar bill. The building in which the bar is located is a series of red brick buildings had been the Otto Huber Brewery until the 1950s rendering it large enough for parties and a community space with the bar occupying 10,000 square feet of space. The bar's owner, Brenda Breathnach, is a lesbian from Ireland. She also owned Phoenix, a gay bar in Manhattan's East Village.

The McKibbin Street Lofts are two opposing loft buildings in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. They share similar features, such as 5 floors (16 apartments per floor at 255 and 20 at 248). The apartments range in size from 400 to 2500 square feet (various units between the first and second floors of both buildings are duplexes). Approximately 400 tenants live in the two buildings. The building used to have a reputation for hosting raucous all-night "loft parties." Given this, and the preponderance of twenty-something recent college graduates living in the two buildings, the buildings had at one point been given the nickname "Art Dorm." With young-professional residents and extensive construction underway at both buildings, this reputation is changing. {Citation needed}
