Spring Street Presbyterian Church

The Dominick, formerly the Trump SoHo, is a $450 million, 46-story, 391-unit hotel condominium located at 246 Spring Street at the corner of Varick Street in the Hudson Square neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. It was announced in 2006, completed in 2008 and renamed in 2017. The area is zoned for manufacturing, which precludes permanent residences from being built there. The condo-hotel design was approved after negotiations with New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg. As a hotel condominium, 391 dwelling units within the building will be privately owned, but no unit may "be occupied by the same person for more than 29 days in any 36-day period, or for more than 120 days a year." When not occupied by the owner, an empty unit may be rented out as a hotel suite. The design architects for the building were the New York-based Handel Architects. The interior designer is David Rockwell of the Rockwell Group. The project was a collaboration between Donald Trump's The Trump Organization, the Bayrock Group and Tamir Sapir. Trump has not invested his own capital in the project. Before the Trump name was removed, the Trump SoHo was the most recent building project constructed by Trump with his name on it, as of August 2016. The hotel is part of Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ Legend Collection.

HERE Arts Center is a New York City off-off-Broadway presenting house, founded in 1993. Their location includes two stages specializing in hybrid performance, dance, theater, multi-media and puppetry in addition to art exhibition space and a cafe. Since 1993, HERE reports having supported over 14,000 artists and hosting approximately 1,000,000 audience members.HERE is located in Hudson Square, SoHo on 145 Avenue of the Americas, New York, between Spring Street and Broome Street. In 2008 the space underwent extensive renovations which saw the venue take its current form.

Lab/Shul is a Jewish nondenominational congregation in New York City. It was founded by Rabbi Amichai Lau-Lavie in 2012 when he was a rabbinical student as an experimental, pop-up synagogue with support from the UJA-Federation, Jewish foundations, and private donors. The intent of the congregation is to experiment with various forms of Jewish practice, hence "Lab" in its name. It now has approximately 300 families as members.The organization does not have a permanent location, but rather uses a variety of locations around New York City. Lau-Lavie was originally inspired to found Lab/Shul after serving as an arts educator at B'nai Jeshurun in Manhattan, where he felt that religious services lacked the theatrical aspects necessary to enable participants, particularly children, to connect with the service; he founded a theater group, Storahtelling, that ultimately grew into Lab/Shul.The organization describes itself as "everybody friendly" and is prominent among LGBTQ Jews, and Lau-Lavie identifies as gay; it also controversially supported intermarriage as early as 2017 despite Lau-Lavie's ordination as a conservative rabbi, at which time Lau-Lavie left the Conservative Jewish movement.Lab/Shul frequently holds its events in the round.During the COVID-19 pandemic, Lab/Shul has experimented with a range of virtual services, including a "Shabbat ShaMorning" service over Zoom in partnership with the Union for Reform Judaism.Lab/Shul is a member of the Jewish Emergent Network.

The Dahesh Museum of Art is the only museum in the United States devoted to the collection and exhibition of European academic art of the 19th and 20th century. The collection, located in Manhattan, New York City, originated with Lebanese writer and philosopher Salim Moussa Achi (1909–1984), whose pen name was Dr. Dahesh. The core of the museum's holdings consists of Dahesh's collection of more than 2,000 academic paintings, which includes many notable Orientalist paintings.The Museum's regular exhibition space closed in 2008, leaving the museum temporarily available only online and in traveling exhibitions. In early 2012, the Museum reopened an office and gift shop in Manhattan's Hudson Square neighborhood, near SoHo. Renovations began in 2015 on the museum's new permanent home at 178 East 64th Street. According to the museum's website, the opening is anticipated in winter 2019-2020.

Greenwich Village High School (GVHS) is a planned grade 9-12 independent high school in Manhattan, New York City. The school is located at 30 Vandam Street between 6th Avenue and Varick. GVHS was scheduled to open in September 2009. On the Greenwich Village High School website, it says that the school, "will be the first independent, co-ed, nondenominational school exclusively for students in grades nine through twelve in New York City". It is the intention of the board to create a private, nonreligious high school. Utilizing the resources of the larger NYC community, an interdisciplinary and relevant curriculum will combine ethical and intellectual training, and give equal weight to the sciences, the humanities, and the arts. GVHS will be an intentionally diverse community, reflecting the many racial, ethnic, and social groups which make up New York City. The school was planned to open with a ninth grade class of 45-60 students, then build to 90 students per grade level over the following three years for a total of 360 students. As of July 1, 2008, David Liebmann, an experienced independent school administrator and teacher, was appointed head of school. Prior to GVHS, he worked at Shady Side Academy (PA), The Westminster Schools (GA), and The Chewonki Maine Coast Semester (ME). David Clarke was named academic dean. He served on the faculty at Parker School (HI), Menlo School (CA), and Buckingham Browne & Nichols School (MA) where he was academic dean and college counselor. Tia Biasi served as director of development, having previously worked at Grace Church School (NY). Camilla Campbell was admissions associate and Woody Loverude was admissions assistant. A founding board of trustees composed of Greenwich Village residents, parents, philanthropists, and other supporters governs the school and provides guidance and support. As of 2009, the planned opening was put on indefinite hold, as expected private funding failed to materialize.

City Winery is a winery, restaurant, music venue and private event location in Hudson Square, New York City. Other locations include Atlanta, Chicago, Nashville, Boston, Washington D.C., and Philadelphia. Satellite locations are sited in Chicago and New York City. A location in Montgomery, New York, at former textile mill, the first one outside a major city, was also planned for 2018.Founded in 2008 by chief executive officer Michael Dorf, the venue has hosted gigs by Graham Nash, Norah Jones, Lee Ann Womack and Graham Parker. Recently, John Mulaney performed a several-week-long stretch of stand-up shows at City Winery in New York City, Mulaney's first shows since leaving rehab in early 2021. It runs a set of free early evening weekday gigs for local musicians. Each City Winery location is a fully functioning urban winery, importing grapes from all over the world to create unique locally made wines. Shlomo Lipetz, also a member of Team Israel at the World Baseball Classic in March 2017, serves as the vice president of programming, and books music for their five locations. Lipetz began working at City Winery in 2008 with its founding.

Spring Street Park is a small triangular park in the lower Manhattan neighborhood of Hudson Square in New York City. The park is bounded by Spring Street on the north, Broome Street on the south, Avenue of the Americas (Sixth Avenue) on the east, and on the west by a narrow two-block street considered to be a spur of Sixth Avenue. As a pedestrian plaza, the triangle was previously known as SoHo Square.SoHo Square was created when Sixth Avenue was extended south of Carmine Street, one of several similar squares to come into existence in that way. In keeping with the renaming of the avenue as the "Avenue of the Americas" in 1945, it contains a larger-than-lifesize statue of General José Artigas, a Uruguayan independence leader and national hero. The statue is a second cast from a statue by Uruguayan sculptor José Luis Zorrilla de San Martín, the first of which stands in front of the Uruguayan National Bank in Montevideo, where it has been since 1949.The land is owned by the New York City Department of Transportation and is maintained by the Hudson Square Business Improvement District (BID) and the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation. Starting in April 2017, the park was redeveloped by the Hudson Square BID. The redesign and renovation was funded by $3 million from the BID, $2 million from the New York City Economic Development Corporation and $1 million from the New York City Council. The redevelopment provided 160 places to sit, including "swivel seats", customized energy-efficient lighting, and a total of 42 trees plus other plantings. In addition, the statue of General Artigas was moved to a more central location within the park. The aim of the redesign was to create "a world-class green space that residents, employees and visitors will enjoy for generations," according to City Council member Corey Johnson. The redesign of the plaza into a park is the centerpieces of the BID's streetscape improvement plan for the Hudson Square neighborhood. The park was partially reopened in August 2018 and fully reopened two months later. The Dahesh Museum of Art, the Chelsea Career & Technical Education High School, the NYC iSchool, and the HERE Arts Center are all located around the park.

Richmond Hill was a colonial estate in Manhattan Island, that was built on a 26-acre (110,000 m2) parcel of the "King's Farm" obtained on a 99-year lease in 1767 from Trinity Church by Major Abraham Mortier, paymaster of the British army in the colony. Part of the site is now the Charlton-King-Vandam Historic District of Manhattan's Hudson Square neighborhood.

565 Broome Street is a luxury residential building in the Manhattan neighborhood of SoHo in New York City. The complex, a 30-story dual tower development, was designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Renzo Piano and was his first residential building in New York City. Both towers rise to 290 feet (88 m) in height and contain 115 apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom units. Piano selected the SoHo location for its relatively low-rise surroundings, to allow for expansive views of Manhattan, Tribeca, and the Hudson River. Notably, the development is the first high-end residential ‘zero waste’ building in New York City. This is defined by the building achieving more than 90% diversion of waste from landfills, incinerators, and the environment.

The Spring Street station is a local station on the IND Eighth Avenue Line of the New York City Subway. Located at Spring Street and Sixth Avenue (Avenue of the Americas) in the Hudson Square and SoHo neighborhoods of lower Manhattan, it is served by the C and E trains, the former of which is replaced by the A train during late nights.
