Ruppert Yorkville Towers

The Church of Our Lady of Good Counsel is a parish church in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York, located at 230 East 90th Street, Manhattan, New York City. The parish was established in 1886. The church was completed in 1892 to the designs by Thomas H. Poole. The address listed in 1892 was 236 East 90th Street.Harry Connick Jr. was the church pianist, as a little-known teen in 1985–1987.

92nd Street was a local station on the demolished IRT Second Avenue Line in Manhattan, New York City. It had three tracks and two side platforms. The next stop to the north was 99th Street. The next stop to the south was 86th Street. The station closed on June 11, 1940. Four blocks to the north mass transit service was replaced by the 96th Street station of the Second Avenue Subway.

93rd Street runs from Riverside Drive, overlooking the Hudson River, to the East River, through the New York City borough of Manhattan. It traverses the neighborhoods of the Upper West Side, Upper East Side, Carnegie Hill, and Yorkville; the street is interrupted by Central Park. A notable monument to Joan of Arc by Anna Hyatt Huntington stands at the street's western terminus at Riverside Park.

The John Haynes Holmes Towers is a public housing project for low income residents of the Yorkville section of the Upper East Side located just south of the neighborhood's northern limit at 96th Street, in New York City, New York, United States. The neighboring Isaacs Houses and the Holmes Towers border East Harlem, which has the second highest concentration of public housing in the United States. The two public housing buildings, designed by Architects Eggers and Higgins, were completed in 1969, are 25 stories tall and contain 537 apartments. The project is located between 92nd and 93rd Streets from 1st Avenue to York Avenue and the FDR Drive.The development was named for the founder of the Community Church of New York. John Haynes Holmes was known as a pacifist, social organizer, and social justice pioneer.

Elaine's was a bar and restaurant in New York City that existed from 1963 to 2011. It was frequented by many celebrities, especially actors and authors. It was established, owned by and named after Elaine Kaufman, who was indelibly associated with the restaurant; Elaine's shut down several months after Kaufman died.Elaine's was located on the Upper East Side, at 1703 2nd Avenue, near East 88th Street in Manhattan.

Beth David Hospital was one of a series of medical services that owned and operated the 1926-built 9-story building at 161 East Ninetieth Street in Manhattan. Their purchase of the building facilitated plans by the prior occupant, Manhattan General Hospital, to build an 11-story structure. By mid-1963 Beth David was closed.: pp. 782–783 

Trafalgar Hospital was a "145-bed private nonprofit institution" at 161 East 90th Street in Manhattan. By late 1978 the hospital, after facing regulatory and financial difficulties, had closed, and the 9-story 1926-built building was in the process of being converted to co-op apartments.The building, pre-Trafalgar, housed three other hospitals, one in the 1920s.By 1966 Trafalgar had replaced both coal and oil heating for gas: a one-time expenditure of $20,000 saved $12,000 per year.

Pan American Hospital, now defunct, opened in 1927 at 161 East 90th Street, Manhattan. Its intended purpose was "to serve the Latin-American people through their own Spanish and Portuguese-speaking doctors and nurses."It closed in 1930.

92nd Street Y (92Y) is a cultural and community center located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City, at the corner of East 92nd Street and Lexington Avenue. Its full name is 92nd Street Young Men's and Young Women's Hebrew Association (YM-YWHA). It is not part of the YMCA.

Not to be confused with Sfoglia, the sheets from the fresh pasta is made of. Sfoglia is an Italian restaurant located in the Upper East Side neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. The restaurant has a total of ten tables and is located on the corner of 92nd Street and Lexington Avenue. It has a "rustic" and "trattorian" style according to The New Yorker. The name is for sfoglia, the sheets from which hand made Italian fresh pasta is made in the tradition of Emilia-Romagna.

The Holy Trinity Church, St. Christopher House and Parsonage is a historic Episcopal church located at 312-316 and 332 East 88th Street on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City. The building was built in 1897.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

225 East 86th Street is a luxury condominium on 86th Street between Second Avenue and Third Avenue in the Yorkville neighborhood of the Upper East Side of Manhattan, New York City. It is a 15-story building that was built in 1981 and converted to a condo in 1986. The building was described in great detail and was quoted as being "Post-Baroque fun with windows" in the AIA Guide to New York City. The building is formally known as The Buckingham East. The building has been featured in both the New York Post and the real estate blog 6sqft, the latter of which described one apartment as a "country cottage on the Upper East Side".
