KQUE (980 AM), is a Spanish language Christian radio AM station, with an FM relay translator, in the Houston, Texas, metropolitan area. KQUE is dually licensed to both Rosenberg, Texas and Richmond, Texas and is currently owned by Daij Media, LLC.

B. F. Terry High School is located in Rosenberg, Texas, United States, and is part of the Lamar Consolidated Independent School District. Terry serves all of Beasley, and serves parts of Rosenberg, and the unincorporated communities of Booth and Crabb. It formerly served most of Pleak.It is named after Benjamin Franklin Terry, the leader of the 8th Texas Cavalry of the Confederate Army, also known as Terry's Texas Rangers. He was also a prominent slaveowner and Delegate to the Texas Secession Convention of 1861 where Texas formally ratified its rationale to join the Civil War against the United States.

Rosenberg was named for Henry Von Rosenberg, who emigrated to Texas from Switzerland in 1843. Von Rosenberg was an important figure in the settlement of Fort Bend County and the Gulf Coast region. The Fort Bend County Courthouse is a historic courthouse located in Richmond, Texas, United States. It was built in 1908 by Charles Henry Page, who also designed several other Texas courthouses. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places and Recorded Texas Historic Landmarks in 1980 and designated a Texas State Antiquities Landmark in 1992.

The John M. and Lottie D. Moore House is at 406 S. Fifth Street, in Richmond, Texas, United States. It is currently part of the Fort Bend Museum complex. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places listings in Fort Bend County, Texas in 2001, and became a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark in 1962.
