The Canada Permanent Trust Building (now known as "The Permanent") is an 18-storey office building located at 320 Bay Street, in downtown Toronto. It was designed by the architect Henry Sproatt and completed in 1930.

The Mail Building, later known as the Mail and Empire Building was built in the 1870s and home to the newspaper The Toronto Mail (later merged with the Empire to form The Mail and Empire) at the northwest corner of Bay Street and King Street West. It was damaged by a serious fire in 1884, but fully repaired. The 4 storey building was topped with a 5-storey spire. The building was sold for $600,000 in May 1938. A month later, its demolition was announced. The building was demolished in 1939 and replaced with a new Bank of Montreal building. The podium of First Canadian Place stands on the original site.

The St. Regis Toronto is a mixed-use skyscraper located in the downtown core of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was built by Markham-based Talon International Development Inc., which is owned by Canadian businessmen Val Levitan and Alex Shnaider. The hotel portion of the building is owned by InnVest Hotels LP, which acquired it in 2017.The building is located in Toronto's Financial District, at 325 Bay Street, on the southeast corner of Bay and Adelaide streets. Including the spire, it is the second-tallest building in Canada, the tallest mixed-use building in Toronto and the fourth-tallest structure in Toronto, as of 2020. After it opened in 2012 as the Trump International Hotel and Tower Toronto, the hotel was controversial for its affiliation with Donald Trump, who was a real estate developer at the time, later the President of the United States. In 2017, this affiliation led to calls from the public for the hotel to drop its Trump branding following the president's Executive Order 13769, which restricted people from a number of predominantly Muslim countries from traveling to the United States. The Trump Organization, a company owned by the Trump family, previously held the management contract for the hotel and was a minority shareholder in the project. The management contract was bought out by JCF Capital in June 2017, and the hotel portion of the building was then purchased by InnVest Hotels LP, a subsidiary of Bluesky Hotels and Resorts. The hotel management shifted to Marriott International, which operated it on an unbranded basis as The Adelaide Hotel Toronto during renovations. After the renovations were completed, the hotel became part of Marriott's St. Regis Hotels & Resorts on 28 November 2018, adopting its present name.

CKIS-FM (92.5 MHz) is a Canadian radio station in Toronto, Ontario. Owned by Rogers Radio, a division of Rogers Sports & Media, the station broadcasts a Top 40/CHR format branded as KiSS 92.5. The station was founded on January 26, 1993 as CISS-FM under the ownership of Rawlco Communications in the "New Country" format. CISS was acquired by Rogers Communications on February 26, 1999, and was rebranded first as Power 92, then Kiss 92.5 as a top 40 station, but the station was renamed to 92.5 Jack FM on June 4, 2003 with the call letters CJAQ-FM under a jockless adult hits format before abandoning the concept in 2006 and played classic rock music. The current iteration of "Kiss" was relaunched on June 5, 2009. CKIS studios are located at the Rogers Building at Bloor and Jarvis Streets in the northeastern corner of downtown Toronto, while its transmitter is located atop First Canadian Place.

CJBC-FM is a public radio station, broadcasting at 90.3 MHz in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. A French-language station, it airs the programming of Radio-Canada's Ici Musique network. CJBC's studios are located in the Canadian Broadcasting Centre, while its transmitter is located atop First Canadian Place in Toronto's Financial District. The station launched on November 3, 1992. It is a sister station to CJBC, which is part of the Ici Radio-Canada Première network. In December 2017, CJBC-FM added an HD Radio feed to broadcast high-quality digital radio signals throughout much of Toronto. CJBC-FM has retransmitters in Windsor and Paris (Kitchener/Waterloo).

CIRV-FM is a Canadian radio station, broadcasting at 88.9 FM in Toronto, Ontario. The station airs a multicultural programming format. CIRV's studios are located in Brampton, while its transmitter is located atop First Canadian Place in Toronto's Financial District. Matching sister stations CKYE-FM and CKYR-FM, it rebranded itself in 2019 as RED FM with Red standing for Reflecting Ethnic Diversity. The station's main channel predominantly carries musical programming in Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu.

CFPT-FM (106.5 FM, 106.5 Elmnt FM) is an Indigenous radio station in Toronto, Ontario. Owned by First Peoples Radio, a subsidiary of Dadan Sivunivut, it broadcasts music and talk programming targeting the First Nations community, with the former focusing upon both contemporary and indigenous musicians. The station launched on October 24, 2018 as a replacement for the city's Voices Radio station.

CIND-FM, branded as Indie88, is an FM radio station in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, broadcasting at 88.1 MHz. The station, which broadcasts an adult album alternative format, had its "soft launch" on July 31, 2013, and had its official launch on September 3, 2013.The station is the first entry into the Toronto market for Central Ontario Broadcasting, which also owns CFJB-FM and CKMB-FM in the outlying city of Barrie. Indie88, as the station is branded, places a priority on on-air and online interaction with its audience.Indie88's offices and studios are located on Hanna Avenue in Toronto's Liberty Village, while its transmitter is located on top of First Canadian Place in Toronto's Financial District.

The Bank of Montreal Building was a 16-storey office tower located at the northwest corner of King Street and Bay Street in Toronto, Ontario. It was the secondary headquarters of the Bank of Montreal after its head office in Montreal. Architects Chapman and Oxley designed the building in 1938 and construction began that same year. After the outbreak of World War II in September 1939, construction halted with only three storeys completed. Following the War, the design was revised, construction resumed, and the building opened in 1948. The Bank of Montreal Building stood only 27 years before being demolished in 1975.

The Sapphire Tower was a proposed luxury hotel and condominium skyscraper in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, to be built by developer Harry Stinson. It was so named because all plans for it had deep blue glass curtain walls. This site had been involved in numerous other proposals, including Stinson's own Downtown Plaza concept, and an earlier proposal that would have incorporated the neighbouring Graphic Arts Building.

The EY Tower (formerly known as the Ernst & Young Tower and 100 Adelaide Street West) is a skyscraper in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at 100 Adelaide Street West. The building was designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and WZMH Architects.

First Canadian Place (originally First Bank Building) is a skyscraper in the Financial District of Toronto, Ontario, at the northwest corner of King and Bay streets, and serves as the global operational executive office of the Bank of Montreal. At 298 m (978 ft), it is the tallest building in Canada, the 31st tallest building in North America, and the 105th tallest in the world. It is also the third tallest free-standing structure in Canada, after the CN Tower (also in Toronto) and the Inco Superstack chimney (projected to be demolished) in Sudbury, Ontario. The building is owned by Manulife Financial Corporation (50 per cent) in addition to a private consortium of investors including CPP Investments. The building is managed by Brookfield Properties.
