Sungui Station is a metro station on the Suin–Bundang Line of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway system that opened on February 27, 2016. It is located in Sinheung-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon.Its site was originally an abandoned railway station known as Namincheon Station back then which opened in 1937 and closed in the 1970s.

Incheon Sungui Stadium was a multi-purpose stadium in Incheon, South Korea. It was formerly used mostly for football matches, and was the home of National League side Incheon Korail. The stadium had a capacity of 25,000. It was built in 1920 and was demolished on June 13, 2008 to make space for the Incheon Football Stadium.

Sungui Baseball Stadium was a multi-purpose stadium in Incheon, South Korea. It was used mostly for baseball games. The stadium held 12,000 people and was built in 1934. It was part of Incheon Sungui Sports Complex. It was demolished in late 2008 and was replaced by an Incheon Football Stadium.

Incheon Football Stadium, also known as Sungui Arena Park, is a football-specific stadium in Incheon, South Korea. The stadium is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of Incheon United of the K League. The stadium was designed with a capacity of 20,891 spectators. It replaced the much larger Incheon Munhak Stadium. On 11 March 2012, Incheon United officially had its first game since the opening of the stadium on the same day, when they played against Suwon Samsung Bluewings. It was chosen to host matches at the Group and Round of 16 stages of the 2017 FIFA U-20 World Cup.

Dowon Station is a station on Seoul Subway Line 1. It is on Gyeongin Line. It was opened in 1899 as Ugakdong Station, which was terminated from service in 1906. The station was reopened in 1994.

Michuhol District (Michuhol-gu) is a municipal district in Incheon, South Korea. This district was called Nam (South) District until July 1, 2018.Michuhol-gu is the historical heart of old Incheon. It is home to historical sites such as Mt Munhaksan, Dohobucheongsa (the office building of old Incheon), and Incheon Hyanggyo, the local public school of old Incheon. Michuhol-gu is now a higher education center of Incheon; the University of Incheon and Inha University are located in Michuhol-gu.

Yellow House (Korean: 옐로우 하우스) is the name of a former red-light district in Sungui-dong, Michuhol District, Incheon, South Korea. The area had been a center for sex work in the area since March 1962. Before this, the first brothel in the city was a 1902 establishment Budo Yugak, which was ultimately moved to the Yellow House district during the Park Chung Hee administration. Beginning in 2008, the local government put significant effort in dismantling the district. By 2021, the last brothel had been demolished.

Ae Kwan Theater (Korean: 애관극장) is a movie theater in Incheon, South Korea. It is believed to be the oldest movie theater in Korea, having been founded in 1895. It is believed to predate what was widely considered to be the first movie theater, Dansungsa, which was founded in 1907.Ae Kwan is still in operation, although Dansungsa has since ceased. It is now owned by the AE KWAN Theater Co., Ltd.The theater formerly went by the names Hyŏmnyulsa and Ch'uk'angsa.

Dongincheon Station is a railway station on Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1 and Gyeongin Line located in Inhyeon-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon. Upon its opening in 1899, the station was known as "Chukhyeon Station", and in 1955, received its current name (literally East Incheon). The subway service started in 1974.

Jemulpo District (Jemulpo-gu, Korean: 제물포구; 濟物浦區) is a proposed ward of the city of Incheon, South Korea, Jemulpo-gu is located in a historic center of Incheon. Jemulpo was founded in 1883 on the opening of the Jemulpo Port and contains several historical and cultural heritage monuments, such as Dap-dong Cathedral, Hongyemun Gate, The First Anglican Church, and Jayu Park, Korea's first modern park.

JEI University (hangul: 인천재능대학교, hanja: 仁川才能大學校) is a private college located in Donggu, Incheon Metropolitan City. It was established in December, 1970 as a professional school of Daehun Electronics College of Technology. In 1979, it was reorganized as Daehun College of Technology and changed its name to Daehun Junior College in 1993. In February 1997, Park Sung-hoon, CEO of JEI Corporation took office as Chairman. In 1998, Daehun Junior College changed its name to JEI College and was renamed Incheon JEI University as of 2011.
