Yeongdeungpo-gu Office station is a station on Seoul Subway Line 2 and Seoul Subway Line 5. Before Mok-dong station on Line 5 was completed, this station served as a link to that neighbourhood via bus.

Yeongdeungpo District (Korean: 영등포구; Hanja: 永登浦區; RR: Yeongdeungpo-gu) is an administrative district in southwest Seoul, South Korea. Although the origin of the name is uncertain, the first two syllables are thought to be from "yeongdeung" (靈登) or "divine ascent", a shamanic rite. The third syllable is "po", representing the bank of a river (浦), referring to the district's position on the Han River. The 2006 population was 408,819. There are 22 administrative "dong" and 34 legal "dong". Yeouido-dong is the largest in area and takes up about 34% of the land. The total area is 24.56 km2 (9.48 sq mi) (2004), making up 4% of Seoul's land. The annual budget is approximately 2 billion won. Yeongdeungpo District has been heavily developed as an office, commercial, and residential district. Yeouido Dong is home to DLI 63 Building, the highest office building in South Korea and currently the 3rd tallest building in the country. The National Assembly Building is located in Yeouido-dong. Other organisations, such as the Financial Union of Korea are also based in Yeongdeungpo. There are also mass-media corporations in the area, including; Kookmin Newspaper Corporation; Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation and Korean Broadcasting System.

Yangpyeong Station is Line 5 subway station in Seoul, South Korea. The station lies near Yeouido and there are many apartment complexes. In fact, the confirmation was allowed to rebuild old complex.This station shares a name with Yangpyeong Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line.

Mullae Park (Korean: 문래공원; Hanja: 文來公園) is a park in Mullae-dong, Yeongdeungpo District, Seoul, South Korea. The park was established in 1986, and is widely used for leisure and exercise by nearby residents.Before it was a park, it hosted a number of military facilities. Now, a large number of civilian amenities fill the area, including walkways, exercise equipment, playgrounds, and air purifiers.

The Mokdong Stadium (Korean: 목동주경기장; Hanja: 木洞運動場) is a South Korean sports complex located in Mok-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul. It consists of a multi-purpose stadium, a baseball stadium, and an artificial ice rink. It was opened on 14 November 1989. The main stadium hosted K League football matches from 1996 to 2001.

The Dorimcheon is a river in Seoul, South Korea. It has its source in the valley between Gwanaksan and Samseongsan in southern Seoul and flows north, past Seoul National University. From Sillim Station to Daerim Station, it is covered by Line 2 of the Seoul Subway, which is elevated above the stream for this distance, so it is still possible to walk alongside the waterway. The river empties into the Anyangcheon 250m beyond the western the end of Dorimcheon Station's platforms.

Mokdong Baseball Stadium is a stadium located in Seoul, South Korea. The stadium was the home of the Nexen Heroes of the Korea Baseball Organization between 2008 and 2015. The stadium is part of the Mokdong Sports Complex.
