425 Park Avenue is an office building in New York City being redeveloped by L&L Holding and GreenOak Real Estate, with a design by architectural firm Foster + Partners. Work on the new structure began in 2016, and the building received a temporary certificate of occupancy in 2021.

The Hoffman Auto Showroom was an automobile dealership at 430 Park Avenue, New York City. Designed by architect Frank Lloyd Wright for notable European importer Max Hoffman in 1954, the glass and steel 3,600-square-foot (330 m2) space was located on the ground floor of an office tower located between East 55th and 56th Streets. It was dominated by a sloping floor capable of displaying up to five automobiles. Hoffman, the son of a Vienna Rolls-Royce dealer, had intended to use it for his Jaguar dealership. However, by its completion he had moved on to Mercedes Benz and a large model of a leaping jaguar had to be sent back to Coventry.In early April 2013, the building's owners, Midwood Investment & Management and Oestreicher Properties, demolished the showroom to make way for a TD Bank branch office.

The Drake Hotel was a hotel at 440 Park Avenue and 56th Street, in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Built in 1926 by Bing & Bing, it contained 495 rooms across 21 floors. It was sold in 2006 and demolished to make way for a residential skyscraper called 432 Park Avenue.

The William and Helen Ziegler House (also known as the William and Helen Martin Murphy Ziegler Jr. House), located at 116 East 55th Street between Park and Lexington Avenues in the Midtown neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, was built in 1926–27 and was designed by William Lawrence Bottomley in the Neo-Georgian syle, which Bottomley specialized in during the 1920s and 1930s. The 37.5-foot wide house's four-and-a-half story facade features Flemish blond brickwork with burnt leaders, splayed lintels and end quoins, along with paneled wood shutters and a grey slate roof that is steeply pitched with set-in dormer windows and end chimneys. William Ziegler Jr., who was a businessman, sportsman, and philanthropist – he was the head of several foundations for the blind – lived in the house until 1958, after which it was converted into offices for Welton Becket's New York architecture branch. It was then purchased by the Radio Advertising Bureau (US) in 1962, then Allied Bank International from 1969-1986, BBVA's Ancla Investments from 1986-2001, then TIAA in March 2001. The building was designated a New York City landmark on May 1, 2001.It is currently used by the State University of New York, as the SUNY Global Center, which houses the Levin Graduate Institute of International Relations and Commerce.

Park Avenue Tower (also 65 East 55th Street) is a building on Park Avenue, between 55th Street and 56th Street, in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. The office building developed by Park Tower Realty opened in 1986 and has a height of 561 feet (171 metres). Park Avenue Tower has 36 floors, which can be reached with seventeen elevators. Designed by Murphy/Jahn Architects in postmodern style, Park Avenue Tower is made of stone, steel and glass. The floor plan of the building is a square with flattened corners and the tower narrows as it increases in height. There is a pyramid-shaped structure on the roof of the building that is not visible from the street.In front of the Park Avenue Tower main entrance on 55th Street is a Privately Owned Public Space with six polished granite planters. The building can be accessed through four entrances, one on 56th Street and three on 55th Street. The entrance on 56th Street and the middle entrance on 55th Street lead to the multi-story lobby. The walls of the lobby are made of granite and marble. The east entrance on 55th Street used to lead to the office of law firm Paul Hastings, which had an area of 23,500 m2 (252,951.9 sq ft) and was spread over sixteen floors., though Paul Hastings has since relocated to the MetLife Building. The fourth entrance leads to Restaurant Aquavit, a restaurant with two Michelin stars.

The Lombardy Hotel is located at 111 East 56th Street (between Park Avenue and Lexington Avenue) in the Midtown East neighborhood of New York City. The building was turned into a co-op in 1957. Built in the 1920s by William Randolph Hearst for his mistress, silent film star Marion Davies, The Lombardy has been the New York residence of film stars like Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. Interior designer Robert Denning designed the hotel's lobby in the 1990s. The lobby was since renovated, but Robert Denning's personal apartment, where he lived till he died, is still as he designed it with a combined living and dining room, master bedroom suite and a guest bedroom. The hotel lobby was renovated in October 2012 as part of an ongoing restoration. The hallways were renovated in 2015 and units are consistently updated by individual owners. There are currently 160 studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments in the hotel rental pool and additional units owned by permanent residents or used solely as second homes. Some apartments are available for sale which may be used as a residence or investment.

450 Park Avenue (also known as Franklin National Bank Building) is an office building on Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan in New York City. The building has 33 floors and is 390 feet (120 m) tall. 450 Park Avenue has a steel skeleton with concrete floors. The exterior is dominated by black granite and glass. The building was designed by Emery Roth & Sons and developed by Peter Sharp. Adjacent to the building is a public plaza, a privately owned public space, with benches.

The Brook is a private club located at 111 East 54th Street in Manhattan in New York City. It was founded in 1903 by a group of prominent men who belonged to other New York City private clubs, such as the Knickerbocker Club and the Union Club. The name is derived from the Alfred Lord Tennyson poem The Brook, whose lines "For men may come and men may go, but I go on for ever" were consistent with the intention that the club would provide 24-hour service and would never close its doors. In 1992, the City Journal wrote that the name was "supposed to mean that the Club is always open and the conversation flows on forever," but that "neither is strictly true." One version of the club's origin holds that The Brook was formed by two young men who had been expelled from the Union Club for trying to poach an egg on the bald head of another club member.When the club was formed, it was announced that membership was only by private invitation and would be limited to 100 men. New York City residents who were not club members would not be admitted as guests. Membership, however, was not restricted to New York City residents—some original members came from Boston, Chicago, and Philadelphia.In 1954 the membership was 400 men. The club's building, erected in 1925, was designed by the architecture firm of Delano & Aldrich, which also designed the houses of the Union Club, the Knickerbocker, and other exclusive clubs.

Aquavit is a Scandinavian restaurant located at 65 East 55th Street in Manhattan in New York City. In November 2016, an outpost was launched in London by Philip Hamilton.

Central Synagogue (Congregation Ahawath Chesed Shaar Hashomayim; Yiddish: צענטראַל-סינאַגאָגע) is a Reform synagogue located at 652 Lexington Avenue, at the corner of East 55th Street in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. It was built in 1870–1872 and was designed by Henry Fernbach in the Moorish Revival style as a copy of Budapest's Dohány Street Synagogue. It has been in continuous use by a congregation longer than any other in the state of New York, except Congregation Berith Sholom in Troy, New York, and is among the oldest existing synagogue buildings in the United States.The building was designated a New York City landmark by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission in 1966, and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1970. It was then designated a National Historic Landmark in 1975.

Jimmy Weston's Restaurant & Jazz Club was an American restaurant and jazz club in New York City, located on East 56th Street beginning in 1963, then, seven years later, moved it to 131 East 54th Street. Tommy Furtado was selected as the house musician and maintained that position until the club closed twenty years later. Its owner, Jimmy Weston (James L. Weston; 1922–1997), closed it in 1989. The New York Times obituary for Weston stated "Given the restaurant's high-level clientele, it was inevitable that it served as a backdrop for social history. It was at Weston's that Mr. Sinatra patched up his feud with Liz Smith, and Howard Cosell got the call from Roone Arledge telling him he had been picked for a daring new idea called "Monday Night Football."
