Songdo Central Park (Korean: 송도 센트럴파크) is a public park in the Songdo district of Incheon, South Korea. The park is the centerpiece of Songdo IBD's green space plan, inspired by New York City's Central Park. Central Park is a public zone in the center of Korea's first international city, covering 101 acres (41 hectares); the park covers almost 10% of Songdo IBD’s total area. It serves to connect to various civic and cultural destinations by providing a seawater canal that refreshes itself every 24 hours.

Central Park Station (Korean: 센트럴파크; Hanja: 中央公園) is a subway station on Line 1 of the Incheon Subway in Jiha240, Incheon-tower-daero, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, South Korea.The name of the station is written as "센트럴파크" (most Koreans pronounce itssenteureolpakeu 쎈트럴파크) in hangul. It should be also "센트럴파크" in mixed script of hangul and hanja, but "中央公園" (hangul: 중앙공원, Revised Romanization: Jung-ang-gong-won) is its hanja name.

G-Tower (Korean: G타워) is a 33-floor, 150-metre (490 ft) skyscraper currently completed. Inside there are international organizations, restaurants, banks and a post office. The city can be viewed from its 33rd floor, which is open for the public. The tower is popular with foreigners as most of the international organizations especially United Nations offices are located in the building.

Chadwick International (Korean: 채드윅송도국제학교 or 채드윅 국제학교) is a PK-12, coeducational, nonsectarian, non-profit, independent, international day school located in the Songdo International City, Republic of Korea. The curriculum is based on the International Baccalaureate (IB) program and received PYP, MYP, DP, and CP accreditations. It is currently run by the Roessler-Chadwick Foundation and is named after Chadwick School in Palos Verdes, California, United States. The school has three divisions, which are the Village School (PK-G5), the Middle School (G6-8), and the Upper School (G9-12).

The Posco Tower-Songdo or Northeast Asia Trade Tower (Korean: 포스코타워-송도) is a skyscraper in Songdo International City, the world's most expensive private real estate project in the Incheon Free Economic Zone, South Korea. The 305-metre (1,001 ft) building is currently South Korea's fourth tallest, and has 68 floors. It surpassed the previous record-holder, Samsung Tower Palace 3 – Tower G in Seoul, when it topped-out in 2009. Although finished in 2011, the completion of its interior had been delayed due to financial complications during a recession. It was surpassed in height in 2017 by the current highest building in South Korea, the Lotte World Tower. The building was intended to be a landmark of the Songdo International Business District which was constructed on unused land along the waterfront near Incheon. It features 19 floors of class A office space, an observatory on the 65th-floor, a luxury hotel, serviced residences, and retail stores. The column-free floors include an office lobby at ground level with French limestone floors and Vermont slate stone walls.

Sheraton Grand Incheon Hotel is the first hotel to open in Songdo IBD. Hotel is adjacent to the Northeast Asia Trade Tower, Songdo Convensia, and Songdo Central Park.It is a five-star rated hotel managed by Marriott International, and it is a LEED Certified hotel designed by HOK. Sustainable strategy includes two, four story tall perforated aluminum sunshades that can minimize the exposure to direct solar gain. Hotel provides 319 rooms, nine banquet halls, free internet lounge, fitness center, indoor swimming pool.

Incheon National University Station is a subway station on Line 1 of the Incheon Subway in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, South Korea. It has four exits connecting it to Incheon National University, nearby hotels, and the east side of Songdo Central Park.

International Business District Station (Korean: 국제업무지구역; Hanja: 國際業務地區驛) is a Line 1 subway station of the Incheon Subway in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, South Korea. It is located in the Songdo International Business District.

The Songdo Convensia Convention Center is the first project completed in Songdo IBD and opened for business on October 7, 2008. Its innovative design by KPF and Baum elicits thoughts of the Sydney Opera House and is already a landmark structure in Korea. The main exhibition hall has one of the largest column-free spans (472.4 ft) in Asia. Donated to the City of Incheon by Gale International and POSCO E&C and managed by Incheon Tourism Organization, Songdo Convensia now hosts international conferences, trade shows and meetings, and has even become a popular filming location for commercials and music videos. Facilities available at Songdo Convensia include two main exhibition halls, 23 conference rooms and 3 ballrooms. Some of the support facilities at Songdo Convensia include wireless internet capabilities throughout the entire convention center, RFID card systems, voice recognition cameras, and interpretation in 8 languages. Recently, Songdo Convensia received LEED New Construction 2.2 Certified rating, and become the first convention facility to be LEED certified in Asia.

Songdo First World is the first completed residential project in Songdo IBD, South Korea. There are 12 buildings ranging from three to 64 floors. Currently, there are 2,685 units within the complex. This luxury apartment was designed by KPF and BAUM. It is located adjacent to the Songdo convensia, Northeast Asia Trade Tower and the subway station.

Songdo, officially known as Songdo International Business District (Songdo IBD), is a smart city built on 600 ha (1,500 acres) of reclaimed land along Incheon's waterfront, 30 km (19 mi) southwest of Seoul, South Korea. It is connected to Incheon International Airport by a 12.3 km (7.6 mi) reinforced concrete highway bridge called Incheon Bridge. Along with Yeongjong and Cheongna, it is part of the Incheon Free Economic Zone.The Songdo International Business District will feature the Northeast Asia Trade Tower, G-tower, and the Incheon Tower. Schools, hospitals, apartments, office buildings and cultural amenities are to be built in the district. Homages of architectural hallmarks, including New York City's Central Park and Venice's waterways, will also be incorporated. This 10-year development project is estimated to cost in excess of $40 billion, making it one of the most expensive development projects ever undertaken.With 106 buildings and 22 million square ft. of LEED-certified space, the green building certification by the United States Green Building Council, Songdo IBD makes up about 40% of all LEED-certified space in South Korea.As of 2020, the population of Songdo exceeds 167,346 people.
