Triumph Square (Spanish: Plaza del Triunfo; ) is a plaza in Seville, Spain. It is located at the center of a group of buildings declared a World Heritage Site in 1987: the General Archive of the Indies, the Alcázar of Seville, and Seville Cathedral. At the beginning of the construction of the Seville Cathedral, in the 15th century, this square was known as the Plaza de los Cantos, while later it was called Plaza del Hospital del Rey. The square takes its current name from a Baroque-style shrine located beside the Archive of the Indies, known as the Templete del Triunfo de Nuestra Señora del Patrocinio (Shrine of the Triumph of Our Lady of Patronage), which houses an image of the Virgin and Child and was built in 1757 to commemorate the 1755 Lisbon earthquake. The plaza contains a monument to the Immaculate Conception by Lorenzo Coullaut Valera. The monument was inaugurated in 1918 and was part of a beautification project by the city in preparation for the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929. Its base features four statues of illustrious 17th century figures from Seville: Bartolomé Esteban Murillo, Miguel Cid, Juan Martínez Montañés, and Juan de Pineda.

The Cathedral of Saint Mary of the See (Spanish: Catedral de Santa María de la Sede), better known as Seville Cathedral (Catedral de Sevilla), is a Catholic cathedral in Seville, Andalusia, Spain. It was registered in 1987 by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, along with the adjoining Alcázar palace complex and the General Archive of the Indies. It is one of the largest churches in the world and the largest Gothic cathedral. After its completion in the early 16th century, Seville Cathedral supplanted Hagia Sophia as the largest cathedral in the world, a title the Byzantine church had held for a thousand years. The Gothic section alone has a length of 126 m (413 ft), a width of 76 m (249 ft), and a central nave height of 36 m (118 ft) (40 m (130 ft) at the crossing). The total height of the Giralda tower from the ground to the weather vane is 104.5 m (342 ft 10 in). The Archbishop's Palace is located on the northeastern side of the cathedral. Seville Cathedral was the site of the baptism of Infante Juan of Aragon in 1478, only son of the Catholic Monarchs Ferdinand II of Aragon and Isabella I of Castile. Its royal chapel holds the remains of the city's conqueror, Ferdinand III of Castile, his son and heir, Alfonso the Wise, and their descendant, King Peter the Cruel. The funerary monuments for cardinals Juan de Cervantes and Pedro González de Mendoza are located among its chapels. Christopher Columbus and his son Diego are also buried in the cathedral.

The Giralda (Spanish: La Giralda [la xiˈɾalda]) is the bell tower of Seville Cathedral in Seville, Spain. It was built as the minaret for the Great Mosque of Seville in al-Andalus, Moorish Spain, during the reign of the Almohad dynasty, with a Renaissance-style belfry added by the Catholics after the expulsion of the Muslims from the area. The Giralda was registered in 1987 as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, along with the Alcázar and the General Archive of the Indies. The tower is 104.1 m (342 ft) in height and remains one of the most important symbols of the city, as it has been since the Middle Ages.

Avenida de la Constitución is an important avenue in the Casco Antiguo district of Seville, Andalusia, Spain. It starts from the square known as Puerta de Jerez and reaches the Plaza Nueva, considered the center of the city and where the historic building of the Seville City Council is located. It has a length of 600 m (0.37 mi).

The Archivo General de Indias (Spanish pronunciation: [aɾˈtʃiβo xeneˈɾal de ˈindjas], "General Archive of the Indies"), housed in the ancient merchants' exchange of Seville, Spain, the Casa Lonja de Mercaderes, is the repository of extremely valuable archival documents illustrating the history of the Spanish Empire in the Americas and Asia. The building itself, an unusually serene and Italianate example of Spanish Renaissance architecture, was designed by Juan de Herrera. This structure and its contents were registered in 1987 by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site together with the adjoining Seville Cathedral and the Alcázar of Seville.

The Postigo del Aceite (gate of the Oil) (known in Muslim times as bad al-Qatay) is with the Puerta de la Macarena and Puerta de Córdoba the only three access preserved in today of those who had the walls of Seville, Andalusia, Spain. Located in the old area of Puerto de Indias, next to the Correos building in the barrio del Arenal of Seville, including the calle Dos de Mayo and the calle Almirantazgo, bordering the Royal Dockyards of Seville.

Santa Cruz, is the primary tourist neighborhood of Seville, Spain, and the former Jewish quarter of the medieval city. Santa Cruz is bordered by the Jardines de Murillo, the Real Alcázar, Calle Mateos Gago, and Calle Santa María La Blanca/San José. The neighbourhood is the location of many of Seville's oldest churches and is home to the Cathedral of Seville, including the converted minaret of the old Moorish mosque Giralda.

The Chapel of Antiguo Seminario Santa María de Jesús (Spanish: Capilla del Antiguo Seminario Santa María de Jesús) is a chapel located in Sevilla, Spain. It was declared Bien de Interés Cultural in 1901.

The Casa de los Pinelo is a Renaissance building located in the centre of Seville in Spain. It houses both the Real Academia Sevillana de Buenas Letras and the Real Academia de Bellas Artes de Santa Isabel de Hungría.

The Real Academia de Bellas Artes de Santa Isabel de Hungría (Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Saint Isabel of Hungary) is located in the Casa-Palacio de los Pinelo in central Seville, Spain. It is divided into six sections: Architecture, Sculpture, Painting, Music, Archaeology, Decorative Arts and Performing and Audiovisual Arts. It was founded in 1660. Notable members include; Ana María Vicent Zaragoza, José Hernández and Pepi Sánchez.

The Real Academia Sevillana de Buenas Letras (Seville Royal Academy of Literature) is located in the Casa-Palacio de los Pinelo in central Seville, Spain. It is dedicated to the research and study of the cultural heritage of Seville and Andalusia. It was founded by Luis Germán and Ribon in 1591.

The Seville Shipyards (Spanish: Atarazanas de Sevilla) is a medieval shipyard in the city of Seville (Andalusia, Spain). They were operative between the 13th and 15th centuries, and are built in Gothic style. They were specialized in the construction of galleys, which played an important role in the struggles for the control of the Strait of Gibraltar, as well as in the Castilian participation in the Hundred Years' War. The complex consisted of a building with seventeen naves next to a large sandy area that reached to the edge of the Guadalquivir River. On March 13, 1969, the State declares Monumento Histórico Artístico to the Shipyards, and on June 18, 1985 the degree of protection of the property declaring the Maestranza de Artillería de Sevilla (which occupies the seven naves that are conserved and other structures, such as a front pavilion) Bien de Interés Cultural in the Monument category.
