The Jewish Community Center in Omaha, Nebraska was established in 1926, and moved to its present location at 333 South 132nd Street in 1973. The original JCC was the site of important labor organizing in the city, and has continued to serve as an important center for financial support in Omaha's Jewish community throughout its history. Today the JCC is the site of a Holocaust memorial that is unique in the Midwestern United States. In 2008 teams from the United States Olympic Trials practiced at the JCC before partaking in the official trials in downtown Omaha.

It was a significant part of the largest annexation in Omaha's history, which former mayor Hal Daub called for in 1999.Founded in 1997, the 80-acre (32 ha) business park is notable as one of the most desirable locations for business parks in the Midwestern United States. The Park had its last building commitment within a year of its founding. The park includes a 250,000-square-foot (23,000 m2) building finished in 1998, the Empire Fire and Marine Insurance building of 135,000 square feet (12,500 m2), a third building of 70,000-square-foot (6,500 m2) building, and a 65,000-square-foot (6,000 m2) building. Harlan Noddle, a past chairman of the University of Nebraska Foundation and a prominent Omaha businessman, was involved in building the park.It was announced on October 23, 2008 that Yahoo will be coming to the Omaha Metro Area. Yahoo stated that the First National Business Park will be the home to the customer care center that would open the following April.

Regency is a neighborhood in Omaha, Nebraska. Bound by West Dodge Road, South 96th Street, Pacific Street and Interstate 680, the development was the first major real estate development funded by Mutual of Omaha.Regency is home to a premier office park and the upscale One Pacific Place shopping area, and borders the Westroads Mall. The neighborhood features green space, walking paths along with the Regency Park and Regency Lake and Tennis Club. The neighborhood is also bounded by Omaha's Cancer Survivor's Park.The neighborhood is home to many of Omaha's wealthy citizens, including Vinod Gupta, the founder of InfoUSA. Consequently, the neighborhood has been home to a variety of political campaigning in the past.

The Cox Classic presented by Lexus of Omaha was a professional golf tournament in the central United States on the Web.com Tour. It was played annually for eighteen years at Champions Run in Omaha, Nebraska.It debuted as the "Nike Omaha Classic" in 1996, with a purse of $200,000 and a winner's share of $36,000, won by Rocky Walcher on August 11. For its 18th and final edition in 2013, the purse had quadrupled to $800,000 and Bronson La'Cassie took the winner's share of $144,000 after three playoff holes.The Web.com Tour returned to Omaha in 2017 with the Pinnacle Bank Championship, held at public Indian Creek Golf Course in July.

Millard North High School is a high school in Omaha, Nebraska, United States. It is part of the Millard Public Schools district. Millard North partially opened in 1978 for 9th and 10th grade students. In 1981, the second phase of the project was completed and the school began to serve students in grades 9-12; at that time, the school's name was changed to Millard North High School. The school completed an expansion in 2007. Millard North underwent a comprehensive renovation which was finished in 2016.

Westroads Mall is an enclosed shopping mall in Omaha, Nebraska at the intersection of 100th and Dodge Streets (U.S. Route 6). It is the largest mall in Nebraska. The mall's anchor stores are The Container Store, Von Maur, JCPenney, Dick's Sporting Goods, and AMC Theatres.

The Creative Center was a private for-profit career college in Omaha, Nebraska. Opened in 1993, it offered both associate's and bachelor's degrees in graphic design. It operated out of a strip-mall near 108th & Maple in Northwest Omaha. In 2021, the center announced via social media that it would close due to a decline in enrolment.

The hospital is licensed as an acute care hospital by the State of Nebraska and fully accredited by The Joint Commission. OrthoNebraska's legal name is Nebraska Orthopaedic Hospital, LLC. OrthoNebraska has also obtained Disease Specific Care Certification by the Joint Commission for both total hip and total knee replacement—the only hospital in Nebraska to hold this level of certification. The hospital is also certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and is therefore able to provide care for individuals who participate in those government sponsored programs. The hospital has twice been recognized as a top orthopaedic provider by U.S. News & World Report. In 2011, Nebraska Orthopaedic Hospital was recognized as the 38th-best hospital in the nation for orthopaedic care, and #1 in the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro region.Nebraska Orthopaedic Hospital was named one of America's 100 Best for Joint Replacement, and received the Patient Safety Excellence Award and Outstanding Patient Experience Award by Healthgrades, in 2015. The hospital ranked 61st out of 3,575 hospitals in Medicare's Value-Based Purchasing Program.
