Teatros is a Caracas Metro station on Line 4. It was opened on 19 July 2006 as part of the inaugural section of the line between Capuchinos and Zona Rental. The station is located between Capuchinos and Nuevo Circo.

The Previsora Tower (Spanish: Torre Previsora) is an office skyscraper located in sector Plaza Venezuela in Caracas, Venezuela and is the headquarters of the company Seguros La Previsora. Construction of the tower began in 1970 and finally was inaugurated in 1973. This is one of the most emblematic architectural figures of Caracas characterized by a Patek Phillipe luminous clock, which is visible from various points of the capital city.

On 27 June 2017, there was an incident involving a police helicopter at the Supreme Tribunal of Justice (TSJ) and Interior Ministry in Caracas, Venezuela. Claiming to be a part of an anti-government coalition of military, police and civilians, the occupants of the helicopter allegedly launched several grenades and fired at the building, although no one was injured or killed. President Nicolás Maduro called the incident a "terrorist attack". The helicopter escaped and was found the next day in a rural area. On 15 January 2018, Óscar Pérez, the pilot and instigator of the incident, was killed during a military raid by the Venezuelan army that was met with accusations of extrajudicial killing.

The Centro Simón Bolívar Towers TCSB also known as the Towers of Silence is a building with a pair of 32-story towers, each measuring 103 meters in height, in El Silencio district, Caracas, Venezuela. Built during the time of the presidency of Marcos Pérez Jiménez, the TCSB was opened to the public on December 6, 1954.

Capitolio is a Caracas Metro station on Line 1. It was opened on 2 January 1983 as part of the inaugural section of Line 1 between Propatria and La Hoyada. The station is between Caño Amarillo and La Hoyada. It is a transfer station, connected with Line 2 via El Silencio.The name of the station originates from the Capitolio Federal which is located nearby.

The Teatro Nacional de Venezuela is a building (opened 1905) and associated theatre company in Caracas. The theatre presents plays, operas and zarzuelas.

The Basilica of St. Teresa (Spanish: Basílica de Santa Teresa) It is one of the most important Catholic churches in Caracas, capital of Venezuela. It is the main center of veneration of the image of the Nazarene in San Pablo Easter, is located on the corner of La Palma and Santa Teresa in the city center in Santa Teresa Parish of Libertador Municipality. This basilica is composed of two neoclassical churches joined together by a dome where it is placed under the high altar, the west facade is dedicated to Santa Ana and Santa Teresa east facade.

El Silencio is a Caracas Metro station on Line 2. It was opened on 6 November 1988 as part of the extension of Line 2 from La Paz to El Silencio. The station serves as the northern terminus of the line and it is a transfer station, connected with Line 1 via Capitolio. The following station is Capuchinos.It is named after the El Silencio neighborhood, built by Carlos Raúl Villanueva. In February 2019, the station burned in a large fire of unknown origin.

The Palacio de las Academias (Palace of the Academies; previously Convento de San Francisco) is a Neo-Gothic building on the Avenida Universidad in the centre of Caracas, Venezuela. It dates back to 1684 when a Franciscan convent was built on the site but in the 19th century it served as a barracks, a hospital and a college. In 1876, under President Antonio Guzmán Blanco, the Universidad de Caracas was moved to the building, whose former colonial façade was rebuilt in the Neo-Gothic style. After the university relocated to a new campus in 1952, the building became home to the National Academies. In 1965, it was listed as a national monument. The Palacio de las Academias now houses six National Academies, which are the National Academy of History, the Venezuelan Academy of Language, the Academy of Medicine, the Academy of Political and Social Sciences, the Academy of Jurisprudence, and the Academy of Physics, Mathematics and Nature.

Iglesia de San Francisco ("San Francisco church") is a church in Caracas, Venezuela. Dedicated to Francis of Assisi, it was built in 1593 under the design of Antonio Ruiz Ullán as an annex of the Convent of San Francisco (now the Palacio de las Academias). The church is notable as being the situ where Simón Bolívar received the title "El Libertador" (1813). His funeral occurred here in 1842. During the 1900 San Narciso earthquake, the church was severely damaged.
