Yongdu station

Jegidong Station is a station on Line 1 on the Seoul Subway network. This station is very close to the site of the former Seongdong Station, the original western terminus of the Gyeongchun Line from 1939 to 1971. Only a moments walk from the station is Gyeongdong Market, a large, well known medicinal market, and the Seoul Yangnyeongsi Herb Medicine Museum, a free museum dedicated to educating visitors about traditional Korean medicine.

Gyeongdong Market also serves as a wholesale and retail markets selling agricultural products and fish in about 300,000 square meters, about five times the size of the Seoul Sangam World Cup Stadium.It is served by Seoul Subway's Jegi-dong Station on Line 1.

Cheongnyangni 588 was a red-light district in Seoul, South Korea near Cheongnyangni station. At its peak in the 1980s it housed 200 brothels and 500 prostitutes, and was the largest red-light district in Seoul. Cheongnyangni is often referred to as "Oh Pal Pal", meaning "five eight eight" in Korean possibly due to a bus which once passed through the area.

Cheongnyangni Station (청량리역) is a major train station located at Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, South Korea. It serves as a terminus for passenger trains serving the eastern part of South Korea. KTX, ITX-Cheongchun, and Mugunghwa-ho trains terminates or stops at this station. Several Seoul Metropolitan Subway lines serve the station. These are: Seoul Subway Line 1, the Gyeongchun Line, the Suin-Bundang Line and the Gyeongui-Jungang Line. The Gyeongchun Line extended from Sangbong Station to Cheongnyangni Station in September 2016, offering a transfer to Line 1, although only some services terminate here, with others terminating at Sangbong. A physical transfer between underground and aboveground stations opened on 20 August 2010.Passenger trains serving the following Korail lines terminate at Cheongnyangni Station: The Yeongdong Line and Taebaek Line to Gangneung, in Gangwon Province; The Jungang Line to Andong in North Gyeongsang Province and Busan, to the southeast of Seoul.In addition, this station is served by all ITX trains to/from Chuncheon Station on the Gyeongchun Line. However, the majority of trains do not terminate at this station but continue to Yongsan Station.

Wangsimni Station is a station on the Seoul Subway Line 2, Seoul Subway Line 5, Gyeongui–Jungang Line, and the Bundang Line. It is located in Haengdang-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul.The name of the station, "Wangsimni", is related to a historical account dating from 14th century Korea. After establishing and becoming the first king of the Joseon dynasty, Yi Seong-gye presented the great Buddhist monk Muhak with the task of finding a site for the new capital. After searching for a suitable place, the monk stopped and saw an old farmer passing by on his ox. The farmer pointed toward the northwest and said to him, wangsimni (往十里), literally meaning 'go ten more li (li = a unit measure that equals to one-third of a mile).' The startled Muhak went to the northwest as he was told and ended up at the southern foot of Mt. Bugak, where Gyeongbokgung now stands. This was how Hanyang (present-day Seoul) was born.

From Cheongnyangni Station, Mugunghwa-ho trains depart for Chuncheon from 06:15 to 22:20 and for Wonju, Jecheon, Taebaek, Gangneung, Yeongju, and Andong from 7:00 to 22:40 every hour except 22:00. There are many kinds of medical hospitals and clinics. Especially, Saint Paul's Hospital of Catholic University of Korea is the largest hospital in Cheongnyangni-dong. In this hospital, there are many treatment rooms in which treats many kinds of diseases, operating theatres and wards.
