Glacisgården is a listed, Jugendstil-style building located at Østbanegade 11 in the Østerbro district of Copenhagen, Denmark.

The (Royal) Institute for the Blind (Danish: Blindeinstituttet) is a listed, Historicist building on Kastelsvej in the Østerbro district of Copenhagen, Denmark. Built in two stages in 1858 and 1880 to a design by Ferdinand Meldahl, it was the first special school for blind students in Denmark and was listed in 1977. The institution relocated to new premises in Hellerup in the 1960s and is now known as the Danish Institute for the Blind and Partially Sighted . The Østerbro building is now home to Copenhagen Municipality's Children's Centre.

Domus Medica, located on Kritianiagade close to Østerport station in Copenhagen, Denmark, is the headquarters of the Danish Medical Association.

Kristianiagade is a street located close to Østerport station in the Østerbro district of Copenhagen, Denmark. Buildings in the street include Domus Medica, a former noble town mansion which now houses the Danish Medical Association. The west side of the street is mostly lined with late 19th century villas of which several now serve as embassies. The street is named after the capital of Norway, Oslo (known as Christiania/Kristiania 1624–1925), in recognition of the close ties between the two countries that were part of Denmark-Norway until 1814.

Swedish Gustaf's Church (Swedish: Svenska Gustafskyrkan), part of the Church of Sweden Abroad, is the church of the Swedish congregation in Copenhagen, Denmark. It was built between 1907 to 1911 to the design of Swedish architect Theodor Wåhlin (1864-1948) and is named after King Gustaf V of Sweden.

The Church of the Free Port (Danish: Frihavnskirken) is a Church of Denmark parish church in the Østerbro district of Copenhagen, Denmark. It was built in 1905 to designs by Thorvald Jørgensen, best known for his design of Christiansborg Palace, home to the Danish Parliament. It takes its name from the Freeport of Copenhagen which had been established on the coast just east of the church a decade earlier.

Østerport station is a metro, S-train and main line railway station in Copenhagen, Denmark. It is located between the districts of Indre By and Østerbro, and is named for the historic Østerport city gate, near the original location of which it is located. The station is served by some InterCity services across Denmark, regular and frequent regional train services to and from Zealand and southern Sweden, as well as commuter rail services on the S-train network. As of 29 September 2019, Østerport is also served by the Copenhagen Metro City Circle Line and M4. The station is used by approximately 30,000 passengers each day.

The Memorial to Nordic Volunteers and Fallen (Danish: Mindesmærke for Frivillige og Faldne), located on Smedelinien, part of Kastellet, is a memorial to 28 Norwegian, Swedish and Finnish volunteers of the First (1848–50) and Second Schleswig War (1864). It was inaugurated in 1920 to design by Anders Bundgaard.

The Embassy of Russia in Copenhagen is the diplomatic mission of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Denmark. The chancery is located at Kristianiagade 5 in Indre Østerbro, Copenhagen, and is a heritage listed building.

Oslo Plads ("Oslo Square") is a public square in the Østerbro area of Copenhagen, Denmark. The square received its name in 1962. Before then, the square was part of the street Østerbrogade. In 1962, the part of Østerbrogade that stretched from Kristianiagade to Lille Triangel ("Little Triangle") was renamed Dag Hammarskjölds Allé (named after the United Nations' recently deceased Secretary-General), while the inner part of Østerbrogade was named Oslo Plads. The name also extends to the neighborhood north of Østbanegade, where many of the streets are named after Norwegian cities. Where Oslo Plads now lies, there used to be the old Østerport city gate, which was demolished between 1857 and 1858 as the last of Copenhagen's old city gates in the Fortifications of Copenhagen. Now in its place lies Østerport Station, which was erected between 1894 and 1897 by the architect Heinrich Wenck. Across the square from the station lies the Den Frie Udstilling building, an exhibition hall that was originally the old Copenhagen Waterworks. Designed by the painter and sculptor J.F. Willumsen, the building was moved to its present location in 1914 and is protected. Another building here is the Hotel Østerport, originally built as a poverty hotel after World War II, but completely rebuilt in 1955 and 1990. On the corner of Østbanegade at Oslo Plads 12-16 is a large residential and office property in a mansion style, named Glacispalæet ("Glacis palace"). It was erected between 1900 and 1903 by architect Andreas Clemmensen, who also designed similar houses on Stockholmsgade as well as Otto Benzon's villa on the corner Kristianiagade. Opposite Østerport Station is Nulpunktstenen ("the zero point stone"). From this stone pillar, which was designed by the architect Peder Vilhelm Jensen-Klint and installed in 1925, measures the distance from where the old Østerport stood to various North Sjælland destinations. There are three other similar zero point stones in Copenhagen: at Nørreport, at Rådhuspladsen and at the end of Torvegade at Christianshavns Vold.

The Citadel Church (in Danish: Kastelskirken) is located in the Kastellet (Citadel "Frederikshavn") in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. The church was originally reserved for the garrison of the castle, but in 1902 also incorporated a civil parish. The Citadel Church celebrated its 300th anniversary in 2004.

Den Frie Udstilling ('The Free Exhibition') is a Danish artists' association, founded in 1891 by artists in protest against the admission requirements for the Kunsthal Charlottenborg. Modeled on the Salon des Refusés, it is Denmark's oldest association of artists. Now located on Copenhagen's Oslo Plads next to Østerport Station, it works as an arts centre, continuing to exhibit works created and selected by contemporary artists rather than those chosen by cultural authorities.
