Jenkins Arboretum & Gardens (48 acres) is a nonprofit botanical garden located at 631 Berwyn Baptist Road, Devon, Pennsylvania. The grounds are open to the public daily with free admission. Hours change seasonally and are listed on the Arboretum's website.

Southeastern was a United States Postal Service regional Processing and Distribution Center (P&DC) in Tredyffrin Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, United States, near Devon. It was primarily known for its post mark on mail originating in many ZIP codes in the region. The retail post office remains open at the location of the former P&DC. Many bills for Verizon Communications and Comcast as well as statements from The Vanguard Group are sent from this post office. Videos for Netflix were also sent from this post office for customers in the Philadelphia region. This post office served as the regional mail center for the 193xx group of zip codes and post offices, and much of the mail from this area to the rest of the country bore a Southeastern, PA 193xx postmark instead of the actual zip code of origin. Prior to closing, Southeastern processing was being studied for consolidation with other facilities due to the excess capacity in the postal network. On September 8, 2010, notice was given to the postal union of possible consolidation with the Lehigh Valley P&DC. On September 15, 2011, the USPS announced that they were studying a consolidation into the Philadelphia P&DC. A public meeting was held on January 3, 2012. According to a published summary of the study, "retail and other services currently available at the Southeastern facility will not change at this time."The Southeastern P&DC was consolidated into the Philadelphia P&DC in 2012–2013.

Tredyffrin/Easttown School District (T/E in short) is a school district based in Tredyffrin Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania in the United States. T/E School District serves the townships of Tredyffrin Township and Easttown Township, and is one of the several school districts serving the Pennsylvania Main Line. T/E serves all or portions of several communities wholly or partly in the two townships, including Berwyn, Malvern, Chesterbrook, Daylesford, Devon, Paoli, Strafford, Wayne, and Radnor. In the 2010-2011 school year, the school district had 6,323 enrolled students. In 2008, Philadelphia Magazine ranked the school district the best in the Philadelphia area.

Greenwood Farm is a historic home and farm located in Tredyffrin Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. The property includes the stone farmhouse, stone bank barn (c. 1793), stone carriage house, tenant house, stone smokehouse, and tennis court and swimming pool. The house pre-dates 1798, and was originally a three bay, double pile stone structure. A two bay wing was added in the 19th century. The house was remodeled in 1915 in the Colonial Revival style.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.

The Valley Forge Music Fair was an entertainment venue located in Devon, Pennsylvania, outside of Philadelphia, constructed in theater in the round style with seating for 2,932. Initially established in a tent in 1955, a permanent structure was constructed that closed in 1996. The Valley Forge site became a model that led to the creation of a series of venues located in suburban locations on the East Coast of the United States that became a means to present top performers and productions of popular theatrical musicals at reasonable prices outside of the big cities.

Mount Zion A.M.E. Church is a historic African American church in Tredyffrin Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. Built in 1880 and expanded in 1906, Mount Zion was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on January 27, 2015. It was an important community gathering place for African Americans battling racial segregation of local schools in the 1930s.

Joseph Walker House, also known as Wayne's Quarters, is a historic home located in Tredyffrin Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. The house was built in four sections, with the oldest dated to about 1757. It is the three bay at the western end of the eleven bay house, and is a two-story, double pile stone structure. The additions took place about 1820, about 1870, and about 1920. It was renovated in 1950 and Colonial Revival details added. During the American Revolution the house served as headquarters for General Anthony Wayne in late-1777 and early-1778, during the encampment at Valley Forge.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

Devon Preparatory School is a Catholic all-male college preparatory school in Devon, Pennsylvania, in the United States, founded in 1956 by Piarists. It is divided into a middle school (grades 6–8) and an upper school (grades 9–12), both located on the same 20 acres (8.1 ha) campus. The school operates independently under the auspices of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

Devon is a census-designated place (CDP) located in Easttown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 1,515 at the 2010 census. The area is part of Philadelphia's Main Line suburbs.

Roughwood, originally known as Lamb's Tavern, is a historic home located at Devon, Easttown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. It consists of three sections. The oldest section was built in 1819, on the foundations of an earlier log structure dated to about 1805. It is constructed of green serpentine ashlar and coated in stucco. The dining room wing was added in 1821–1822, when the house was used as a tavern. The third wing is the kitchen wing, with later service room additions. The house has a number of Federal style design details. It was extensively renovated and modernized in 1928, under the direction of architect R. Brognard Okie (1875-1945).It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Berwyn station is a commuter rail station in Berwyn, Pennsylvania, United States, served by SEPTA Regional Rail. Located at Cassatt Avenue and Lancaster Pike, it provides service to the western suburbs of Philadelphia. Most Paoli/Thorndale Line trains run through the station. The station was built in 1884 by the Pennsylvania Railroad, and currently houses The Frame Station Gallery, "a full service gallery and framing design center." The station, platforms, and canopy were recently restored. A bridge over the tracks that formerly carried cars on Cassatt Avenue was converted into a pedestrian-only bridge. The ticket office at this station is open weekdays from 5:45 a.m. to 1:10 p.m. excluding holidays. There are 140 parking spaces including SEPTA permit parking at the station. This station is wheelchair-accessible with short lengths of high-level platforms on both sides of the tracks. The platforms have bridge plates which allow a wheelchair to cross the gap between the platform and the train when it is stopped at the platform. This station is 17.5 track miles from Philadelphia's Suburban Station. In 2017, the average total weekday boardings at this station was 363, and the average total weekday alightings was 329.

Devon station is a commuter rail station located in the western suburbs of Philadelphia at 98 North Devon Boulevard and Lancaster Avenue in Devon, Pennsylvania, United States. It is served by most Paoli/Thorndale Line trains. Devon station was originally built by the Pennsylvania Railroad and opened in 1883. The architect, W. Bleddyn Powell, designed the building to match the English aesthetic established by Devon developers Coffin & Altemus, who contributed toward the station's construction. Replacing an older station a short distance to the east built just a year before, the station was positioned to be in alignment with the first Devon Inn built in 1882. The old baggage shelter was demolished in 2004. The station building was repainted in 2005. The ticket office at this station is open weekdays from 5:50 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. excluding holidays. There are 166 parking spaces available for daily parking at the station. This station is 16.4 track miles from Philadelphia's Suburban Station. In 2017, the average total weekday boardings at this station was 455, and the average total weekday alightings was 364.
