Devon-Berwyn was a census-designated place (CDP) in Chester County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 5,067 at the 2000 census. For the 2010 census, the area was split into two separate CDPs, Devon and Berwyn. The area is part of Philadelphia's Main Line suburbs. Devon-Berwyn spanned two townships – Tredyffrin and Easttown, though the two current CDPs of Devon and Berwyn are only in Easttown Township.

Berwyn station is a commuter rail station in Berwyn, Pennsylvania, United States, served by SEPTA Regional Rail. Located at Cassatt Avenue and Lancaster Pike, it provides service to the western suburbs of Philadelphia. Most Paoli/Thorndale Line trains run through the station. The station was built in 1884 by the Pennsylvania Railroad, and currently houses The Frame Station Gallery, "a full service gallery and framing design center." The station, platforms, and canopy were recently restored. A bridge over the tracks that formerly carried cars on Cassatt Avenue was converted into a pedestrian-only bridge. The ticket office at this station is open weekdays from 5:45 a.m. to 1:10 p.m. excluding holidays. There are 140 parking spaces including SEPTA permit parking at the station. This station is wheelchair-accessible with short lengths of high-level platforms on both sides of the tracks. The platforms have bridge plates which allow a wheelchair to cross the gap between the platform and the train when it is stopped at the platform. This station is 17.5 track miles from Philadelphia's Suburban Station. In 2017, the average total weekday boardings at this station was 363, and the average total weekday alightings was 329.

Built in 1880 and expanded in 1906, Mount Zion was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on January 27, 2015. It was an important community gathering place for African Americans battling racial segregation of local schools in the 1930s.

It is served by most Paoli/Thorndale Line trains. Devon station was originally built by the Pennsylvania Railroad and opened in 1883. The architect, W. Bleddyn Powell, designed the building to match the English aesthetic established by Devon developers Coffin & Altemus, who contributed toward the station's construction. Replacing an older station a short distance to the east built just a year before, the station was positioned to be in alignment with the first Devon Inn built in 1882. The old baggage shelter was demolished in 2004. The station building was repainted in 2005. The ticket office at this station is open weekdays from 5:50 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. excluding holidays. There are 166 parking spaces available for daily parking at the station. This station is 16.4 track miles from Philadelphia's Suburban Station. In 2017, the average total weekday boardings at this station was 455, and the average total weekday alightings was 364.

Jenkins Arboretum & Gardens (48 acres) is a nonprofit botanical garden located at 631 Berwyn Baptist Road, Devon, Pennsylvania. The grounds are open to the public daily with free admission. Hours change seasonally and are listed on the Arboretum's website.

Wetherby–Hampton–Snyder–Wilson–Erdman Log House, also known as Cockleburr, Prologue House, and Cabindale, is a historic home located in Tredyffrin Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. The original section was built about 1725, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, 2-bay dwelling. The first story is of slate and the upper stories of log construction. A 2+1⁄2-story stone wing was added between 1817 and 1835. A 1+1⁄2-story rear wing was added in the 20th century.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

Roughwood, originally known as Lamb's Tavern, is a historic home located at Devon, Easttown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. It consists of three sections. The oldest section was built in 1819, on the foundations of an earlier log structure dated to about 1805. It is constructed of green serpentine ashlar and coated in stucco. The dining room wing was added in 1821–1822, when the house was used as a tavern. The third wing is the kitchen wing, with later service room additions. The house has a number of Federal style design details. It was extensively renovated and modernized in 1928, under the direction of architect R. Brognard Okie (1875-1945).It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

It is divided into a middle school (grades 6–8) and an upper school (grades 9–12), both located on the same 20 acres (8.1 ha) campus. The school operates independently under the auspices of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
