Gråbrødretorv 3 is an 18th-century townhouse situated on Gråbrødretorv in the Old Town of Copenhagen, Denmark. Together with the adjacent buildings Gråbrødretorv No. 1 and No. 5–9, it is one of the best examples of the so-called "fire houses" that were constructed throughout the city following the Copenhagen Fire of 1728. The building was listed on the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1926. It is a three-winged complex- consisting of a four-bay-wide, three-storey front wing and a four-bay-wide, three-storey rear wing, attached to each other via a staircase from 1816 along the east side of a central courtyard. A plaque on the facade commemorates that the poet Johan Herman Wessel (1742-1785) resided on the second floor when he wrote Jærlighed uden strømper in 1772. For the same reason, the building is also known as Wessel's House (Danish: Wessels Hus), although the poet never actually owned it but merely lived their as a lodger. Other notable former residents include the painter Nicolaus Wolff, master joiner Lasenius Kramp and art historian Harald Lundberg. In 1944, Langberg charged Elna Møller, a colleague from the National Museum of Denmark, with restoring the building.

Gråbrødretorv 11 is a property situated on the south side of Gråbrødretorv in the Old Town of Copenhagen, Denmark. Originally a brewer's house from 1731, it was adapted and heightened by one storey in the first half of the 1840s. It was around the same time expanded with a four-storey residential building at Valkendorfsgade 20 on the other side of the block. The entire complex was listed in the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1932.

Fiskebløderhuset is an 18th-century building situated at the corner of Gråbrødretorv (No. 1) and Niels Hemmingsens Gade (No. 15) in the Old Town of Copenhagen, Denmark. It was listed in the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1924. A fiskebløder (lit. 'fish soaker') was a special type of fishmonger, specializing in the soaking and selling of stockfish. Together with the adjacent buildings at Gråbrødretorv No. 3–9, the building is one of the best preserved examples of the so-called "fire houses" which were constructed as part of the rebuilding of the city following the Copenhagen Fire of 1728. A limestone tablet above the main entrance commemorates the fire.

Gråbrødretorv 6 is a building at the corner of Gråbrødretorv and Niels Hemmingsens Gade in the Old Town of Copenhagen, Denmark. The oldest parts of the building date from the 1730s but it owes its current appearance to a reconstruction in 1818 and an adaptation undertaken by Valdemar Ingemann in 1881. It was listed in the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1945. Former residents include bishop Hans Lassen Martensen and businessman Jacob Heinrich Moresco.

The building is a typical example of the so-called "fire houses" which were constructed as part of the rebuilding of the city following the Copenhagen Fire of 1728, although the fourth floor was not added until 1784. The building was listed in the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1932. Restaurant Bøf & Ost has been based in the building since 1972.

Grøbrødretorv 4 is a mid 18th-century residential property situated on the east side of Gråbrødretorv in the Old Town of Copenhagen, Denmark. The three-winged complex was listed in the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1918. Former residents include the actor Dirch Passer and the artist Bjørn Wiinblad. The latter has decorated the walls of the principal staircase with a series of murals.

The entire complex was listed in the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1950.

Gråbrødretorv 15 is a historic building situated on the south side of Gråbrødretorv in the Old Town of Copenhagen, Denmark. Constructed with two storeys in the first half of the 18th century, as part of the rebuilding of the city following the Copenhagen Fire of 1728, it was adapted into a four-storey, three-winged building in the 1850s. The building was listed on the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1945. The scope of the heritage listing was expanded in 1982. The property belonged to the painter Peter Brünniche from the 1770s to at least 1806. Other notable former residents include the master carpenter and politician Harald Kayser, painter Julius Exner and jurist Carl Georg von Holck.

Niels Hemmingsens Gade 32 is a historic building in the Old Town of Copenhagen, Denmark. It was built in the first half of the 1740s. A brewery was for more than one hundred years operated in a rear wing. Brødrene Cloëtta, one of Denmark's leading chocolate manufacturers of its day, was based in the building from 1865 until 1901. The three-winged building complex was listed on the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1981. A gilded Neptune figure is seen above the gateway and the keystone features the names of the first owners. Notable former residents include the naval officers Poul de Løvenørn and Peter Nicolay Skibsted, the businessman Conrad Hauser and the linguist Rasmus Rask.

Kringlegangen is a passageway linking the square Gråbrødretorv with the street Valkendorfsgade in the Old Town of Copenhagen, Denmark. A bakery was operated on the site from before 1787 until at least the 1910s. The present building complex (Gråbrødretorv 17/ Valkendorfsgade 32) was constructed in 1856-1857 for master joiner Carl Heinrich Winther. The passageway was not opened to the public until 1975. The name Kringlegangen was inspired by a gilded kringle above the entrance from Gråbrødretorv as well as to the twisting and turning course of the passageway. The entire building complex was listed in the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1945.
