Pohjois-Espoo (Swedish: Norra Esbo; lit. 'North Espoo') is a north main district of Espoo, a city in Finland. It contains the districts Bodom, Kalajärvi, Lahnus, Lakisto, Luukki, Niipperi, Perusmäki, Röylä, Vanhakartano and Velskola.

Hotel Korpilampi is a hotel in Lahnus, Espoo, Finland, operated by Pandox. Construction of this first so-called "wilderness hotel" in the Helsinki capital region started in 1975 and the hotel was opened in 1977. The hotel became publicly known in connection with the Korpilampi seminar in 1977. The hotel has a total of 156 rooms and 17 conference halls. The hotel also has a restaurant, a spa and a health club. Lomaliitto, the previous owner of Hotel Korpilampi, went bankrupt in 2009. After the bankruptcy the hotel was closed for a year and a half until Pandox bought the hotel.

The Monastery of Our Lady of Mount Carmel (Finnish: Jumalanäidin karmeliittaluostari; "the Carmelite monastery") was a small Catholic monastery of Carmelite nuns in Espoo, Finland, established in 1988 by sisters from the Carmelite monastery in San Rafael, California. The community latterly consisted of six nuns.The last of the nuns left Finland in 2021, when the monastery was closed.

Serena Waterpark (Finnish: Vesipuisto Serena) is a water park located along to the Vihdintie road in the Lahnus district of Espoo, Finland. It was opened after extensive excavation and construction work in 1989. Serena is the largest indoor water park in the Nordic countries, and it is also one of the most popular travel destinations in Southern Finland, with more than 200,000 people visiting the water park every year.With the depression in Finland in the early 1990s, water park's original owner Serenaland Oy went bankrupt, and after that, the bankruptcy estate was transferred to Tervakoski's Puuhamaa in 1992. The current owner is Spanish Aspro Ocio S.A., to whom Puuharyhmä Oyj, which previously owned it, was sold in March 2007.The water park features a variety of water slides, patios and hot tubs, children's pools and sparkling rapids, and the sauna departments are located in a part of the water park excavated inside the rock. There are also restaurants and cafés in the area. The Serena Ski Center is open in winter. There are six cottages for rent all year round.The Serena Pop & Rock music festival was held in the area for the first time in 2014.

Lake Bodom (Finnish: Bodominjärvi; Swedish: Bodom träsk) is a Finnish lake located in the city of Espoo, not far from Helsinki. The lake measures approximately three kilometres in length and one kilometre in width. It is surrounded by five districts in Espoo: Kunnarla in the west, Röylä in the north, Bodom in the northeast, Högnäs in the southeast, and Karhusuo in the southwest. The lake is notorious for being the scene of a triple homicide that occurred in the early morning hours of 5 June 1960, when four teenagers (two boys, Nils Gustafsson and Seppo Boisman and two girls, Tuulikki Mäki and Irmeli Björklund) went on a camping trip to the lake and were mysteriously attacked while sleeping in their tent. Three were killed and one survived. In June 2005, the only survivor, Gustafsson, was charged with murdering his friends. On 7 October 2005, the district court found him not guilty of all charges against him. The Finnish melodic death metal band Children of Bodom, who are also from Espoo, derive their name from the lake.

The Lake Bodom murders is one of the most infamous unsolved homicide cases in Finnish criminal history. On 5 June 1960, at Bodom Lake in Espoo, Uusimaa, Maila Björklund and Anja Mäki (both 15) and Seppo Boisman (18) were killed by stabbing and blunt-force trauma to their heads while sleeping inside a tent. The fourth youth, Nils Gustafsson, then aged 18, was found outside the tent with broken facial bones and stab wounds. Despite extensive investigations, the perpetrator was never identified and various theories on the killer's identity have been presented over the years. Gustafsson was unexpectedly arrested on suspicion of committing the murders in 2004, but he was found not guilty the following year.

Lippajärvi (Finnish) or Klappträsk (Swedish) is a district of Espoo, a city in Finland. The district borders Lake Lippajärvi, a small lake with a drainage area of 6.9 km2, which had become heavily polluted due to human dumping since the 1940s. In recent years, the lake has been cleaned substantially and now can now be used for swimming.

Oittaa is a district in Espoo, Finland, located on the southern shore of Lake Bodom. There is a popular camping area and a public beach in Oittaa.

Glims Farmstead Museum is a museum located in Espoo, Finland and a branch of the Espoo City Museum. Glims tells about farming culture and rural life in the past centuries. The Glims farm was still a working farm in the beginning of the 20th century and it has been a museum since 1958. The museum area is located next to Jorvi Hospital.

Harjula is a residential area of about 2,000 inhabitants in the southern part of Klaukkala in Nurmijärvi municipality, by the River Lepsämä and the road leading to Lahnus. There are spacious detached houses, terraced houses, small blocks of flats and some private services in the area. Harjula has an elementary school for about 250 students with grades 1–6, and kindergarten alongside of school. In the immediate vicinity of Harjula, in the direction of Klaukkala central, is the residential area called Syrjälä. Founded in 1976, the residents' association Harjula-Seura operates in Harjula.In the southern part of the Harjula area, near the Espoo border, an area of 44-acre is being planned by Circulation Oy for a bioterminal and utility material handling and transfer station. The construction project has sparked resistance among local residents, who have expressed concern about the effects of increasing heavy traffic, dust and potential harm to nature and the burden on the River Lepsämä. At the same time, residents are also concerned about the decline in property values.
