Keith Hills Country Club is a residential golf course community located in Buies Creek, North Carolina and maintained by Campbell University. Keith Hills features one par 72 courses: Keith Hills I and II. No. 1, completed in 1973, is 6,703 yards along the Cape Fear River and was designed by Ellis Maples while No. 2, completed in 2002, was designed by Dan Maples and features 6,888 yards. No. 1 has been rated four stars by Golf Digest.Keith Hills has been the site of the 1999 and 2004 Atlantic Sun Conference Men's Golf Tournaments as well as the 2004 and 2007 Atlantic Sun Conference Women's Tournaments. Keith Hills is also the home to Campbell University's Professional Golf Management Program. Keith Hills Country Club was named after profesional golfer Keith Hills who played in the PGA from 1972-1981 winning over 30 tournaments and 2 majors.

Grove Township is one of thirteen townships in Harnett County, North Carolina, United States. The township had a population of 9,475 according to the 2000 census. It is a part of the Dunn Micropolitan Area, which is also a part of the greater Raleigh–Durham–Cary Combined Statistical Area (CSA) as defined by the United States Census Bureau. Geographically, Grove Township occupies 53.63 square miles (138.9 km2) in northeastern Harnett County. The only incorporated municipality within Grove Township is Coats. Several unincorporated communities are also located in Grove Township, including Turlington. The township's eastern border is with Johnston County.

Neills Creek Township is one of thirteen townships in Harnett County, North Carolina, United States. The township had a population of 5,921 according to the 2000 census. It is a part of the Dunn Micropolitan Area, which is also a part of the greater Raleigh–Durham–Cary Combined Statistical Area (CSA) as defined by the United States Census Bureau. Geographically, Neills Creek Township occupies 32.84 square miles (85.1 km2) in Harnett County. Parts of the town of Lillington are now located in the township as well as the unincorporated community of Buies Creek, home of Campbell University, and Cape Fear. The western boundary of Neills Creek township is bounded by Neills Creek, a tributary of the Cape Fear River.

The Campbell University Jerry M. Wallace School of Osteopathic Medicine (CUSOM) is a private medical school in Lillington, North Carolina. It is one of seven schools at Campbell University. CUSOM is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association's Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation. Graduates of CUSOM receive a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree (D.O.). The inaugural class matriculated in 2013 and graduated in 2017.

Barker–Lane Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Buies Creek, North Carolina. The stadium is located on the campus of Campbell University and hosts the school's American football and women's lacrosse programs. The stadium was scheduled to be completed in stages with the first stage to include the field, the field house, the main entrance, the bowl, seating for 5,000 spectators and necessary road realignment. Barker-Lane received a major expansion in 2013 with the construction of the West stand that increased capacity to 5,500. The newly constructed West stand includes seating for 3,000, with 867 chair back seats plus additional bleacher back seats, an 80-foot (24 m) tall press box, new restrooms, and new concession facilities. In 2016, a state-of-the-art HD Daktronics video board was added to the north endzone. In 2018, new field turf was installed with a completely revamped midfield logo just in time for the 2018 Campbell Fighting Camels season kickoff. The first scoring play in Barker–Lane Stadium was a field goal kicked by Adam Willets. Barker-Lane Stadium is considered by many to have one of the best gameday atmospheres in all of Division I FCS football. In their six home games last fall, the Fighting Camels averaged a sellout crowd with 5,523 fans per game. By drawing 101 percent over its capacity of 5,500, Barker-Lane Stadium ranked in the Top 10 in all Division I football — both the FCS and FBS — in attendance over capacity.

James Archibald Campbell House is a historic home located at Buies Creek, Harnett County, North Carolina. It was built in 1891, and is a 1+1⁄2-story, rectangular frame dwelling with projecting pavilions at the front corners of the main facade. It was the home of James Archibald Campbell (1862–1934) who founded Campbell University (originally Buies Creek Academy) in 1887.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977.

The Campbell University School of Education was founded in 1985 and is located in Buies Creek, North Carolina. The School of Education is one of six schools that compose Campbell University. The School of Education offers undergraduate and graduate programs of study in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, and School Counseling.

The Oscar N. Harris Student Union is a 110,000 sq ft (10,000 m2) student union that is located on the campus of Campbell University, which is located in Buies Creek, NC, near Lillington, the county seat of Harnett County, NC. The building houses a single-screen movie theater, a workout room, a bookstore, and several restaurants, a snack bar (known as Oasis) and a deli. The student union is named after the mayor of Dunn, North Carolina, Oscar N. Harris.

Campbell University is a private Christian, Liberal Arts university in Buies Creek, North Carolina. Campbell's main campus in Buies Creek is home to its College of Arts & Sciences, College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences, Divinity School, School of Education, Lundy-Fetterman School of Business, and the School of Engineering. Nearby is the Health Sciences Campus, home to the Jerry M. Wallace School of Osteopathic Medicine and the Catherine W. Wood School of Nursing. Campbell also operates a Raleigh Campus in downtown Raleigh, which is home to the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law as well as other programs. It maintains additional satellite campuses in Fort Bragg/Pope Air Force Base and at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina, and maintains a degree program at Tunku Abdul Rahman College in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and provides online classes through Adult & Online Education. The university athletics teams are the Fighting Camels; its athletics programs field 20 NCAA Division I teams.

The John W. Pope Jr. Convocation Center is a multi-purpose arena in Buies Creek, North Carolina. The arena, Gore Arena, is located on the campus of Campbell University and hosts the university's basketball, volleyball, and wrestling programs. It is named for Gilbert Craig Gore, the late son of a Campbell alum. The John W. Pope Jr. Convocation Center is a part of the expansion plan of Campbell's athletic facilities, which includes a new football stadium and renovations to existing Taylor Field of the baseball program. The John W. Pope Jr. Convocation Center replaced Carter Gymnasium, which was the second smallest gymnasium in Division I Basketball with just 947 seats, second only to Charleston Southern's Fieldhouse which holds 750. The John W. Pope Jr. Convocation Center also host events such as the universities commencement ceremonies and other university related events. The Pope Convocation Center played host to the 2016 Big South Conference men's basketball tournament, taking place March 3–6 of that year. It will once again host the quarterfinal and semifinals of the conference tournament in 2019. In November 2023, the basketball court was dedicated to longtime coach and administrator Wanda Watkins.

The Lundy–Fetterman School of Business is an American business school founded in 1983 and located in Buies Creek, North Carolina. The Business School is one of eight colleges and schools that compose Campbell University.
