Spring-forbi is a neighbourhood in Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality, located north of Copenhagen. It is located north of Taarbæk and east of Jægersborg Dyrehave. The name is thought to originate from an inn located in Spring-forbi, the inn called Spring-ej-forbi (translation do not miss).

Strandmøllen (literally "The Beach Mill") is a former paper mill located at the mouth of the Mølleåen river in the Øresund coast north of Copenhagen, Denmark.

The Hermitage Hunting Lodge (Danish: Eremitageslottet or Eremitagen) is located in Dyrehaven north of Copenhagen, Denmark. The hunting lodge was built by architect Lauritz de Thurah in Baroque style from 1734 to 1736 for Christian VI of Denmark in order to host royal banquets during royal hunts in Dyrehaven.

Taarbæk Church (Danish: Taarbæk Kirke), formerly known as Skovkapellet, is a Church of Denmark parish church in Taarbæk, Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality, some 15 km north of central Copenhagen, Denmark. The church and adjacent cemetery is bordered by Jægersborg Dyrehave to the north and west and by the Coast Line to the east. The church was inaugurated in 1864 but Taarbæk Paris was not disjoined from that of Lyngby until 1907.

Skodsborg Spa Hotel (Danish: Kurhotel Skodsborg, formerly Skodsborg Kurbad) is a hotel and health resort in Skodsborg, on the Strandvejen coastal road, 15 km north of Copenhagen, Denmark. It was named the Best Luxury Wellness Spa in Europe by the international World Luxury Hotel Awards in 2016.

Taarbæk is a neighbourhood in Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality. The neighbourhood covers approximately 0.5 km2, located between Jægersborg Dyrehave and Øresund. The population is estimated to ca. 1700 residents. Traditionally, Taarbæk was a fishing village but, nowadays, the village is inhabited by people from the middle or upper class. Taarbæk is named after a former village called Torsbæk, which was located just north of where Taarbæk is today. The giant container ship Emma Mærsk is home-ported in Taarbæk. Despite its small size, Taarbæk has its own school, church, port, tennis club, water skiing club and football club. The water skiing club is among the best in Denmark. The football club Taarbæk IF, is one of the oldest football clubs in Denmark, founded on August 23, 1908.

Skodsborg is a small town/suburb approx. 20 km. north of Copenhagen, Denmark. The town has a population of 1,256 (1 January 2023) and lies in Rudersdal Kommune. The town is a coastal town but doesn't have a marina. The town has good beach access from the Strandvej and from the houses along the shore. A wide beach allows easy access along the coast. The western side of Skodsborg borders the Jægersborg Dyrehave with miles of trails for hiking and cycling. The town is connected with the Oresundtrain and with buses to neighboring communities.

Skodsborg Station is a regional railway station serving the suburb and seaside resort of Skodsborg, about 20 km north of central Copenhagen, Denmark. The station is located on the Coast Line between Helsingør and Copenhagen. The train services are currently operated by Danish State Railways (DSB) which runs a frequent regional rail service to Copenhagen Central Station. Skodsborg is a quiet residential neighbourhood and the station sees mostly local traffic.

Cottageparken (literally "The Cottage Park") is a public park located on the border between Taarbæk to the north and Klampenborg to the south, adjacent to Jægersborg Dyrehave and Bellevue Beach, on the Øresund coast north of Copenhagen, Denmark. It is most notable for Den Røde Cottage (The Red Cottage) and Den Gule Cottage (The Yellow Cottage), the only surviving buildings of Klampenborg Spa which opened at the site in the 1840s. They are now operated as restaurants. Den Røde Cottage has one star in the Michelin Guide. Until 2017 its chef was Anita Klemensen. The park is located within Klampenborg postal district (2930 Klampenborg, mostly in Gentofte Municipality) but in Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality.

Raadvad, or Rådvad is a former industrial development located on both sides of the Mølleåen river which at this point marks the border between Lyngby-Taarbæk and Rudersdal municipalities in the northern suburbs of Copenhagen, Denmark. It was built around a watermill in the second half of the 18th century and has given name to a well-known Danish brand of knives and other kitchen equipment. The buildings are now all heritage listed. They include Raadvad Kro from 1861 and a hostel based in a former school from 1894. Other buildings include a centre for building conservation and a local nature school.

Dyrehaven (Danish 'The Deer Park'), officially Jægersborg Dyrehave, is a forest park north of Copenhagen. It covers around 11 km2 (4.2 sq mi). Dyrehaven is noted for its mixture of huge, ancient oak trees and large populations of red and fallow deer. In July 2015, it was one of the three forests included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site inscribed as Par force hunting landscape in North Zealand.All entrances to the park have a characteristic red gate; one of the most popular entrances is Klampenborg gate, close to Klampenborg station. All the entrance gates have an identical gate house attached to them, which serve as the residences of the forest wardens. Dyrehaven is maintained as a natural forest, with the emphasis on the natural development of the woods over commercial forestry. Old trees are felled only if they are a danger to the public. It has herds of about 2100 deer in total, with 300 Red Deer, 1700 Fallow Deer and 100 Sika Deer. Dyrehaven is also the venue for the Hermitage road race (Eremitageløbet) and the yearly Hubertus hunt (Hubertusjagten) which is held on the first Sunday in November. In former times it was home to the Fortunløbet race, later known as Ermelundsløbet, but this race was discontinued in 1960.

Klampenborg station is a regional and commuter railway station serving the suburb of Klampenborg north of Copenhagen, Denmark. Train services to Klampenborg Station are used by people in large numbers who during the summer season visit the Dyrehavsbakken amusement park, the Jægersborg Dyrehave forest park or enjoy the sun at Bellevue Beach. The station is located on the Coast Line between Copenhagen and Helsingør, and is the northern terminus of the Klampenborg radial of Copenhagen's S-train network. It is served by a frequent regional rail service between Helsingør and Copenhagen, operated by Danish State Railways, as well as line C of the S-train network.
