Terminal Ceilândia station

Ceilândia Norte is a Federal District Metro brazilian station on Green line. It was opened on 16 April 2008 as part of the section between Ceilândia Sul and Terminal Ceilândia. The station is located between Ceilândia Centro and Terminal Ceilândia.

Ceilândia was created on 1971 by Hélio Prates da Silveira, originally created as the "CEI" (Portuguese: Campanha de Erradicação de Invasões, lit. 'Invasions Eradication Campaign') in 1969, a campaign to combat irregular settlements near Brasília.
