The Bolivarian National Intelligence Service (Spanish: Servicio Bolivariano de Inteligencia Nacional, SEBIN) is the premier intelligence agency in Venezuela. SEBIN is an internal security force subordinate to the Vice President of Venezuela since 2012 and is dependent on Vice President Delcy Rodríguez. SEBIN has been described as the political police force of the Bolivarian government.

Zona Rental is a Caracas Metro station on Lines 4 and 5. It is a terminus of both lines. Line 4 station was opened on 19 July 2006 as part of the inaugural section of the line between Capuchinos and Zona Rental. The adjacent station is station is Parque Central. On 3 November 2015 the first section of Line 5 was opened. It consists of only two stations, Zona Rental and Bello Monte.

The Phelps Tower (Spanish: Torre Phelps, previously also known as Phillips Tower and Nescafé Tower) is an office building located in the Los Caobos urbanization and the Plaza Venezuela sector, in Caracas, Venezuela. It is one of the emblematic buildings of the Los Caobos Urbanization, around the central Plaza Venezuela. Its construction began in 1965 and ended in 1968. It has 30 floors and is 100 meters high. The tower stands out for having had some illuminated advertisements on its roof. At the beginning of the 1980s, its first illuminated sign was installed with the inscription Phillips (to advertise the famous appliance brand), which was initially orange and later became blue. In 1994, it was replaced by the Marlboro cigarette cup and in 2004, this was changed and a huge Nescafé brand cup was installed, which had to be removed in 2010, due to its large size and heavy weight, authorities confirmed. that the famous cup was unstable and there was a risk of it falling due to an earthquake or other type of accident. On July 15, 2008, the skyscraper suffered a massive fire in the basement due to an electrical fault, with no casualties. It should not be confused with the Phelps Building located on Av. Urdaneta between the corners of Veroes and Ibarras in the center of Caracas. In 2021, the Redvital notice was installed.

Plaza Venezuela (Venezuela Square in Spanish) is a public square located in Los Caobos neighborhood, Caracas, Venezuela. It was inaugurated in 1940 and is situated in the geographic center of Caracas. María Lionza is a large statue depicting the titular goddess, María Lionza, riding a tapir. The original is located on Sorte mountain in Yaracuy, said to be the goddess' home. The original was created by Alejandro Colina in 1951 to sit outside the university's Olympic Stadium for that year's Bolivarian Games; it was moved to the highway in 1953 and, after several years in storage with the replica on display in its place, was illicitly relocated to Sorte in 2022. The replica is a cast made by Silvestre Chacón in 2004; it has received generally negative reactions, and its construction damaged the original. Colina often depicted indigenous figures like María Lionza, and it is said to be his most famous sculpture. In the statue, the goddess is shown nude, which is unusual for representations of her. Nevertheless, the statue, and versions of it, are worshiped by her followers.

City Market Shopping Mall is an important shopping center located east of Caracas and in the geographical center of the Gran Caracas. Conductores de Venezuela is a giant ceramic mural on a wall outside the Covered Gymnasium at the Central University of Venezuela, facing out to the Francisco Fajardo freeway. It was designed by cartoonist Pedro León Zapata and installed over a period of years in the late 1990s; it depicts cartoon Venezuelan people driving, with several vehicles having important Venezuelans from history behind the wheel.

El Recreo Shopping Mall is a large shopping mall in the commercial, financial, tourist and cultural district of Sabana Grande, Caracas, Venezuela. At 28 metres (92 ft) and seven floors below grade, it is Latin America's deepest construction and part of the late-1990s real-estate boom in Sabana Grande. El Recreo Shopping Mall was designed by Venezuelan architects Carlos Gómez de Llarena and Moisés Benacerraf. The shopping center's twin towers—the 125-metre (410 ft) Citibank and Movilnet Towers—are the tallest skyscrapers in the Venezuelan capital. The mall is connected to the Gran Meliá Caracas Hotel.

Polar Towers is a complex of two towers located in Plaza Venezuela, east of Caracas, Venezuela. It is the headquarters of Empresas Polar, and is formed by the east tower and the west tower.
