Burwood Park is an historic private estate located in Hersham, Surrey, England. Spanning six miles of road, Burwood Park is situated in a former deer park that belonged to Henry VIII. The 360 acre estate is known both for its extensive wildlife — more than 150 species of birds and mammals have been recorded in the woods and parkland around its lakes and communal areas —.as well as the high level of security and privacy provided to its residents; it is one of the few remaining residential areas in the United Kingdom never to have been filmed by Google Streetview.Acquired by Henry Askew in 1877, the first new houses in Burwood Park were constructed in the 1920s, with major new developments arriving in the following decade. It soon became a popular destination for the British elite, owing to its semi-rural feel and commutable distance to London. Comprising 384 properties by 2021, Burwood Park is of a geometric design within an approximate semicircle and many of its roads have entrances with automatic bollards or security buildings.

Feltonfleet School is a preparatory school for boys and girls from 3 to 13 years old, based in Cobham, Surrey in a Grade II listed building. The school is a charitable trust. It was founded in 1903 and started accepting girls in 1994. During World War II the school was evacuated to North Perrott Manor House.

St George's Hill is a 964-acre (3.9 km2) private gated community in Weybridge, Surrey, United Kingdom. The estate has golf and tennis clubs, as well as approximately 420 houses. Land ownership is divided between homes with gardens, belonging to home owners, and the estate roads and verges belonging to its residents' association. The hill first served as a home and leisure location to celebrities and successful entrepreneurs on its division into lots in the 1910s and 1920s when Walter George Tarrant built its first homes. In a survey, most roads in the estate showed an average house sale price of over £5,500,000, with many properties selling for in excess of £15m and a handful selling for between £20m & £30m, meaning it is one of the most expensive and exclusive places to live in the UK and worldwide.

Painshill House is a Grade II*-listed house in Cobham, Surrey, England. It was designed by Richard Jupp in the late 1770s for Benjamin Bond Hopkins. Subsequent alterations were undertaken by Decimus Burton and Norman Shaw. Until the Second World War, Painshill House was the residence for the owner of the adjacent Painshill landscape gardens, created in the 18th century by Charles Hamilton. In the late 1940s, the estate was split into lots and sold to separate owners. The house was also divided into five individual dwellings.

Kenwood is a house on the St George's Hill estate, Weybridge, Surrey, England. Originally called the Brown House, it was designed by architect T. A. Allen, and built in 1913 by Love & Sons, a local building firm. The estate was constructed around the Weybridge Golf Club, which was designed in 1912 by Harry Colt. John Lennon, of the Beatles, bought Kenwood for £20,000 (equivalent to £431,200 in 2021) on 15 July 1964, on the advice of the Beatles' accountants, Walter Strach and James Isherwood. Lennon was resident from the summer of 1964 until the late spring of 1968. Film of the gate and the exterior of the house was included in an ITN programme called Reporting 66 in 1966. Parts of a home movie showing Lennon at Kenwood in 1967 were featured in the film Imagine: John Lennon. Kenwood is close to Sunny Heights, the former home of Ringo Starr, and a short drive from Kinfauns, George Harrison's former home in Esher. In October 2006, Kenwood went back on the market at a price of £5.95 million; it was sold in January 2007 for £5.8 million.

Painshill (also referred to as "Pains Hill" in some 19th-century texts), near Cobham, Surrey, England, is one of the finest remaining examples of an 18th-century English landscape park. It was designed and created between 1738 and 1773 by Charles Hamilton. The original house built in the park by Hamilton has since been demolished. Painshill is owned by Elmbridge Borough Council and managed by the Painshill Trust. Painshill, which is open to the public (with entry charge), has been Grade I listed on the Register of Historic Parks and Gardens. In 1998 Painshill was awarded the Europa Nostra Medal for the "Exemplary restoration from a state of extreme neglect, of a most important 18th-century landscape park and its extraordinary buildings." In May 2006, Painshill was awarded full collection status for its John Bartram Heritage Collection, by the National Council for the Conservation of Plants and Gardens (NCCPG).

Cobham Football Club is a semi-professional football club based in the village of Cobham, Surrey, England. Affiliated to the Surrey County Football Association, they are currently members of the Combined Counties League Premier Division South and play at Leg O'Mutton Field.

Runnymede and Weybridge is a constituency in Surrey represented in the House of Commons of the UK Parliament since 2019 by Ben Spencer, a Conservative. The constituency was created for the 1997 general election and represented from then until 2019 by Philip Hammond, who served as Foreign Secretary from 2014 to 2016 and Chancellor of the Exchequer from 2016 to 2019. Hammond sat as a Conservative before becoming an Independent backbencher for the last two months of his final term.

North West Surrey Synagogue is a Reform Jewish community whose synagogue is on Oatlands Drive in Weybridge, Surrey, England. The community, which now consists of 300 families, was founded in 1956 and is affiliated to the Movement for Reform Judaism.The synagogue's current rabbi (since 2017) is Kath Vardi. Its previous rabbis have included Tony Bayfield (1969–1982), Frederick Morgan (1984–1997), Jackie Tabick (1999–2013) and Dr David Zucker (2013–2017).

Oatlands is a village in the north of the English county of Surrey on low, verdant ridges partially overlooking the River Thames. Oatlands acquired its name from the Royal Tudor and Stuart Oatlands Palace, which was built for Henry VIII to the north of Weybridge town centre. Before acquiring its first place of worship it was part of Walton on Thames, and shortly after thereby becoming a village did not qualify for post town status and instead its post town became Weybridge. The towns it adjoins have their centres 1 mile (1.6 km) away. Oatlands has a park, parade of shops, one pub, one Working Men's Club, and three schools. Administratively its borough of Elmbridge electoral ward is Oatlands Park, and its Surrey electoral division is Walton South and Oatlands.
