Maltepe Hasan Polat Stadium is a public multi-purpose stadium in Maltepe, Istanbul, Turkey. Since the 2022 season it is the home field of the Istanbul Rams in the European League of Football. The team Istanbul Maltepespor also uses the location for association football matches. The stadiums name honours Hasan Polat, late president of the Turkish Football Federation and former player of Gençlerbirliği S.K.The stadium was originally built in the eastern Maltepe district along the Marmara Sea in 1985. From 2001 to 2005 it was relocated and constructed in dense urban area. In this time the stands finished first and were covered later. Later the stadium, which was closed due to renovations in the 2008-09 season, could not be put into use in the 2009-10 season due to the yellowing of the grass. The stadium has stands currently holding 5,000 people, has a meeting room for 30 attendencees, parking space for 55 cars and an electronic score board.

The station was originally opened in 1872 by the Ottoman Government as part of a railway from Istanbul to İzmit. The station used to be a main freight depot, but when the branch line serving the Maltepe military pier was abandoned freight operations declined greatly.

İdealtepe railway station (Turkish: İdealtepe istasyonu) is a railway station in Maltepe, Istanbul. Located along Turgut Özal Boulevard and the Sea of Marmara, it was a station on the Haydarpaşa suburban commuter line from 1966 to 2013. The station platforms were rebuilt and expanded for the Marmaray commuter rail system opened on 12 March 2019. Before its demolition, İdealtepe had two side platforms with two tracks. The new station have an island platform with two tracks as well as a third track for express trains. İdealtepe station was built in 1966 by the Turkish State Railways.

CarrefourSA Maltepe Park, also known as Maltepe Park, opened on February 12, 2005, is a modern shopping mall in Cevizli neighborhood of Maltepe district in Istanbul, Turkey. The shopping mall is owned by CarrefourSA, a joint venture of French retail giant Carrefour with the Turkish Sabancı Holding. The cost of the investment totaled to €80 million. The grand opening was performed by the Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. The complex, on the highway D.100 eastwards from Istanbul, houses 102 stores, a Carrefour hypermarket (12th of the same brand in Turkey), fast food restaurants and an entertainment center with movie theaters in an area of 71,000 m2 (760,000 sq ft) on three floors. The mall's parking lot has a capacity for 2,500 cars. Around 1,400 service people are employed in the property.
