The Guramishvili (Georgian: გურამიშვილი) is a station on the Akhmeteli–Varketili Line of the Tbilisi Metro. It opened on 16 November 1985. The station was originally called TEMKA (Georgian: თემქა (თბილისის ელმავალმშენებელი ქარხანა)), an abbreviation for the Tbilisi Electric Locomotive Plant. In 1992 it was renamed after the 18th-century Georgian poet Davit Guramishvili.

The Sarajishvili (Georgian: სარაჯიშვილი) is a station on the Akhmeteli–Varketili Line of the Tbilisi Metro. It opened on January 7, 1989. The station is named after the Georgian tenor Ivane Sarajishvili (1879–1924).

International Teaching University of Georgia (formerly Tbilisi Teaching University Gorgasali) is a multidisciplinary University in Georgia. In 2016, the University has changed its name to International Teaching University of Georgia. From 2017 on, the University will have its new name fully implemented. Its present name of Tbilisi Teaching University Gorgasali will then disappear.

The Akhmetelis Teatri (Georgian: ახმეტელის თეატრი) is a station on the Akhmeteli–Varketili Line of the Tbilisi Metro. It opened on 7 January 1989. The station was originally known as Gldani (Georgian: გლდანი). It was renamed in 1992.

Olimpi Stadium is a multi-use stadium in Tbilisi, Georgia. It is used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of FC Tbilisi. The stadium is able to hold 3,000 people.

Didube (Georgian: დიდუბე) is a metro station in Tbilisi, Georgia. It is located on the Akhmeteli–Varketili Line. Didube is three stations from the central station, and five from the city's main street (Rustaveli Avenue metro station, Tbilisi Rustaveli Avenue), in between Gotsiridze and Grmagele stations. The station is above ground. The Didube markets are located nearby, and the city's main bus station lies adjacent to the metro station. As buses to a number of locations, such as Vladikavkaz and the ski-fields at Bakuriani depart from there, it is common for people to catch the metro to Didube, and then change to the buses. If the planned third line for the Tbilisi Metro goes ahead, it will interlink with the Akhmeteli–Varketili Line at this station. On 9 October 1997, a former policeman blew himself up with a homemade bomb at the station. No one else was injured.

Jo Ann University Hospital (Georgian: ჯო ენის საუნივერსიტეტო ჰოსპიტალი; former Jo Ann Medical Center, Georgian: ჯო ენის სამედიცინო ცენტრი) is a university hospital and a narrowly focused tertiary educational institution in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Gotsiridze (Georgian: გოცირიძე) is a station on the Akhmeteli–Varketili Line of the Tbilisi Metro. It opened on 11 January 1966. It was formerly known as Elektrodepo (Georgian: ელექტროდეპო "(central) electric railway depot"). It was renamed after engineer Viktor Gotsiridze in 2011. The station closed for repair and reconstruction work in mid-2020, and is tentatively due to reopen in May 2022.
