Williamsville is an unincorporated community in Kent County, Delaware, United States. Williamsville is located at the intersection of Williamsville Road and Deep Grass Lane, south of Houston.It was known as Guinea-Town, until an official name change in 1827.Williamsville was the site of the Williamsville Colored School (1920–1929).Griffith's Chapel was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Griffith's Chapel, also known as Williamsville Methodist Church, is a historic Methodist chapel located at the junction of Williamsville Road and Abbotts Pond Road in Williamsville, Kent County, Delaware. It was built in 1850, and is a one-story, rectangular frame building measuring 24 feet wide by 30 feet deep. It has a gable roof and is sheathed in clapboard. The property also includes a 19th-century graveyard in which early members of the congregation are buried.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Abbott's Mill is a historic site that includes an old grist mill in Sussex County, Delaware, 3 miles (4.8 km) southwest of Milford.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972 with a 0.4-acre (0.16 ha) area. The listed area was increased in 1979 to include a total of 4 contributing buildings, with an increase of a 9-acre (3.6 ha) area. The increased area includes a Gothic style work built in 1868.There's a historical marker for the old mill, placed on the north side of Abbotts Pond Road (County Road 620), across from Abbotts Pond.The Abbott's Mill Nature Center offers tours of the grist mill and rolling mill. It is part of the 313-acre Milford Millponds Nature Preserve, which includes trails, Abbott's Mill, a pond and meadows. The Center features a native small animal collection and offers nature education programs. In the site's 1972 NRHP nomination, it was reported the grist mill had been operable until 1960, and that plans were for it to be restored.The listing was expanded in 1979 to include a total of 8.5 acres, including other buildings and open space.

Tharp House is a historic home located near Farmington, Kent County, Delaware, United States; it was the home of Delaware Governor William Tharp (1803–1865). It is a 2+1⁄2-story, four-bay frame structure, with a three-bay brick rear portion. It also has a rear wing, which is thought to have been a kitchen outbuilding joined to the main body of the house. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

It has a double entrance. There is a two-story, one bay, brick addition with another front entrance. Both sections share a steep gable roof. There are rear frame additions. The interior features a large fireplace, winding stairs to the second floor, and front and rear doors, separated by a single board partition.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.
