Moorestown High School (MHS) is a four-year comprehensive public high school that serves students in ninth through twelfth grades from Moorestown in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey, operating as the lone secondary school of the Moorestown Township Public Schools. Moorestown High School was established in 1904 and has completed a $12.9 million renovation and addition project.As of the 2021–22 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,300 students and 106.7 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 12.2:1. There were 86 students (6.6% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 24 (1.8% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch.Moorestown High School was involved in the 2003 lawsuit Hornstine v. Township of Moorestown, which involved school policies to prevent a student from becoming valedictorian because of her Individualized Education Program.

Moorestown is a township in Burlington County in the U.S. state of New Jersey. It is an eastern suburb of Philadelphia and geographically part of the South Jersey region of the state. As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 21,355, an increase of 629 (+3.0%) from the 2010 census count of 20,726, which in turn reflected an increase of 1,709 (+9.0%) from the 19,017 counted in the 2000 census. The township, and all of Burlington County, is a part of the Philadelphia-Reading-Camden combined statistical area and the Delaware Valley.Moorestown was authorized to be incorporated as a township by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 11, 1922, from portions of Chester Township (now Maple Shade Township), subject to the approval of voters in the affected area in a referendum. Voters approved the creation on April 25, 1922. The township is named for a Thomas Moore who settled in the area in 1722 and constructed a hotel though other sources attribute the name to poet Thomas Moore.Chester Township had banned all liquor sales in 1915, and Moorestown retained the restrictions for more than 70 years after Prohibition ended in 1933. Referendums aiming to repeal the ban failed in both 1935 and 1953. In 2007, the township council approved a referendum that would allow the sale by auction of six liquor licenses (the state limit of one per every 3,000 residents), with estimates that each license could sell over $1 million each. The referendum did not receive enough votes to pass. In 2011, voters repealed the liquor ban; however, liquor sales in the township will be restricted to the Moorestown Mall.In 2005, Moorestown was ranked number one in Money magazine's list of the 100 best places to live in America. The magazine screened over a thousand small towns and created a list of the top 100 for its August 2005 issue, in which Moorestown earned the top spot.

Breidenhart is a historic castle-like house built in 1894 by Samuel Leeds Allen and located at 255 East Main Street in Moorestown, New Jersey. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 22, 1977, for its significance in art, architecture, commerce, and music. It was added as a contributing property to the Moorestown Historic District in 1990. The building is now owned by the Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey.

Moorestown Friends School (also known as MFS) is a private, coeducational Quaker day school located in Moorestown, in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2019–20 school year, the school had an enrollment of 652 students (plus 43 in PreK) and 74.5 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 8.8:1. The school's student body was 54.8% (357) White, 17.6% (115) Asian, 13.5% (88) Black, 9.7% (63) two or more races, 3.8% (25) Hispanic, 0.3% (2) American Indian / Alaska Native and 0.3% (2) Native Hawaiian / Pacific Islander.The school has been accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools since 1991. MFS is also a member of the New Jersey Association of Independent Schools and the Association of Delaware Valley Independent Schools. The Head of school is Julia de la Torre.

Moorestown Friends School and Meetinghouse is a historic Quaker school and meetinghouse on Main Street at Chester Avenue in Moorestown Township, Burlington County, New Jersey, United States. The Friends Meeting hosts Quaker worship every Sunday in the meetinghouse, as well as a variety of events, including Christmas Eve meetings for worship and youth activities. The meetinghouse was built in 1802 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

Our Lady of Good Counsel Roman Catholic Church is a church of the Catholic Diocese of Trenton in the Mid-Gothic Romanesque Revival style and is located at 42 West Main Street in Moorestown Township, New Jersey. While the title "Our Lady of Good Counsel" is generally applied to a painting showing Mary comforting the child Jesus the parish has adopted its name from another event—the wedding feast at Cana at which Mary gave the waiters the "good counsel" recorded in John 2:5 that they should "do whatever he [Jesus] tells you." The current church building is the oldest building in the downtown part of Moorestown, an area which, in 1990, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The outside of the church is marked by a 1,150 pound statue of Mary, holding the infant Jesus—placed there to mark the centenary of the church building. It was designed by Carl LaVitch of Pennsauken, N.J.

Smith Mansion, also known as the Smith-Cadbury Mansion, is located in Moorestown Township, Burlington County, New Jersey, United States. The mansion was built in 1738 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places on October 22, 1976. The Smith-Cadbury Mansion serves as the headquarters of the Historical Society of Moorestown. Tours of the historic mansion are offered on Sundays and Tuesdays.

Moorestown-Lenola is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located within Moorestown Township in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2010 United States Census, the CDP's population was 14,217.

Perkins Center for the Arts is a regional arts center serving southern New Jersey and beyond since 1977. Perkins operates from a 1910 historic Tudor home and carriage building in Moorestown, New Jersey, and a former printing press in Collingswood, New Jersey.Perkins Center offers arts programs that promote participation, and understanding.

Paulsdale is a historic estate and house museum in Mount Laurel Township, New Jersey. Built about 1840, it was the birthplace and childhood home of Alice Paul (1885-1977), a major leader in the Women's suffrage movement in the United States, whose activism led to passage of the Nineteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, granting women the right to vote. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 5, 1989, for its significance in social history and politics/government. Paulsdale was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1991.

Delran Township is a township in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 17,882, an increase of 986 (+5.8%) from the 2010 census count of 16,896, which in turn reflected an increase of 1,360 (+8.8%) from the 15,536 counted in the 2000 census. The township, and all of Burlington County, is a part of the Philadelphia-Reading-Camden combined statistical area and the Delaware Valley.Delran Township was incorporated as a township by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on February 12, 1880, from portions of Cinnaminson Township. Portions of the township were taken to create Riverside Township on February 20, 1895.The township's name is a portmanteau of the names of the two waterways that have their confluence here: the Delaware River and Rancocas Creek.
