Getty Building

Hill Art Foundation is a public exhibition and education space located in New York's Chelsea neighborhood. The foundation, founded by J. Tomilson and Janine Hill, opened to the public in February 2019. Located on 10th Ave and West 24th Street in Peter Marino's The Getty, the space exhibits works from the Hill Art Foundation collection as well as works on loan. The Foundation is free and open to the public and will offer educational programming for the public as well as for New York City high school students.

Universal Concepts Unlimited (UCU) was a pioneering art gallery in Chelsea, Manhattan, New York City that investigated the artistic merit of new technologies based on the emerging digital art scene. UCU existed between the years 2000 and 2006. It was owned and run by Wolf-Dieter Stoeffelmeier and Marian Ziola.

Gladstone Gallery is an international art gallery founded by Barbara Gladstone in New York City in 1980. The gallery operates out of New York City, with branches in Los Angeles, California, Brussels, Belgium, and Seoul, South Korea. The gallery's primary exhibition space is on 24th Street in Manhattan with two other locations in Manhattan. This 24th Street space, known for its hangar-like dimensions, was designed by Selldorf Architects.

500 West 25th Street, also known as The Emerson, is a mixed-use development consisting of a ten-story building located in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, at the corner of 25th Street and Tenth Avenue. The ground floor contains retail spaces, while residential units occupy the remaining floors. It is adjacent to the High Line elevated park and provides a view of the park and the Hudson River from each residence.The building was named after American poet and philosopher Ralph Waldo Emerson. It was designed and developed by Michael David Kirchmann of GDSNY with GF55 Partners as the architect of record; construction started in 2016 and was completed in 2020. The building is situated on two lots that were formerly occupied by a single story car stereo store and a four-story apartment building, both of which were demolished to make way for the new development. The design of the building uses a grid of windows, columns, and beams and is clad in Alabama limestone. A distinctive feature of the structure is a cantilever on the upper three levels, which makes it one of only two structures with a cantilever along the High Line. The building is also one of only 24 properties in Manhattan to receive the New York City Green Property Certification (as 239 Tenth Avenue), which recognizes properties listed as among the safest in the city to live and work.

508 West 24th Street (also known as 508W24) is a residential building in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, near the High Line. The building was designed by Cary Tamarkin.

C24 Gallery is a contemporary art gallery located on West 24th Street in Chelsea, New York City. The gallery was founded in 2011 by Emre and Maide Kurttepeli and partners, Mel Dogan, and Asli Soyak. David C. Terry is the gallery’s director and curator. C24 Gallery presents solo and group exhibitions of both local and international artists. In addition to its exhibition program, which includes collaborations with cultural institutions such as the Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts, Field Projects, Berlin-based A:D: Curatorial and the UK-based ING Discerning Eye Exhibition, C24 Gallery regularly hosts panel discussions, performances and other events, and participates in major art fairs globally. With its increasingly diverse program, the Gallery is focusing on more underrepresented artists and voices from a wide variety of communities.

The Fitzroy is a ten-story residential building in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. The building was developed by Largo and JDS Development Group and designed by Roman and Williams, a New York City-based architecture and design team. It is the firm’s third building design, after 211 Elizabeth and the Viceroy Hotel.

Metro Pictures is a New York City art gallery founded in 1980 by Janelle Reiring (previously of Leo Castelli Gallery), and Helene Winer (previously of Artists Space). It was located in SoHo until 1995 when it moved to Chelsea. The gallery announced in March of 2021 that it will close in December.

The R.C. Williams Warehouse is a Modern Movement style building in Chelsea, Manhattan, New York City designed by architect Cass Gilbert. It is located on the west side of 10th Avenue between 25th and 26th Streets and was built for a wholesale grocery company, the R.C. Williams Company. The design is a smaller version of Gilbert's design for the Brooklyn Army Terminal.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005. Avenues: The World School, a private school, now occupies the building.

Avenues: The World School is an international system of for-profit private schools for toddler-12th grade. The first campus opened in September 2012 in New York City in the neighborhood of Chelsea. Avenues plans to open 20 or more campuses in other cities around the world over the next decade. The system is planned to be an integrated "learning community" with a shared vision, curriculum, technology, professional development of faculty and oversight by a centralized headquarters.

Greene Naftali is a contemporary art gallery located in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City.

The Luhring Augustine Gallery is an art gallery in New York City. The gallery has three locations: Chelsea, Bushwick, and Tribeca. Its principal focus is the representation of an international group of contemporary artists whose diverse practices include painting, drawing, sculpture, video and photography.
