Pine Valley Golf Club is a golf course in Pine Valley, Camden County, in southern New Jersey. It was ranked the number one course in Golf Magazine's 100 Top Courses in the U.S. and the World in 2012, 2015, 2019, 2020 and 2023. It is a private club, and non-members can play only if invited and accompanied by a member. Pine Valley is currently ranked number one in Golf Digest's America's 100 Greatest Golf Courses.

As of the 2020 United States census, the borough's population was 21, an increase of 9 (+75.0%) from the 2010 census count of 12, which in turn reflected a decline of 8 (-40.0%) from the 20 counted in the 2000 census. As of the 2020 Census, Pine Valley was the third-smallest municipality by population in New Jersey, with 12 more residents than the nine residing in Tavistock (also in Camden County) and 14 more than the seven in Walpack Township (in Sussex County).Pine Valley encompassed Pine Valley Golf Club, which regularly ranks highly on Golf Digest's list of America's 100 greatest courses. The Borough of Pine Valley was created on April 23, 1929, from Clementon Township, one of seven municipalities created from the now-defunct township, and one of five new municipalities (including Hi-Nella Borough, Lindenwold Borough, Pine Hill Borough and Somerdale Borough) created on that same date.In 2021, the Borough finalized plans to merge with the adjacent Borough of Pine Hill, dissolving the Pine Valley borough government completely by the end of 2021. Pine Hill gained $20 million in taxable property and the famed golf club. The merger took effect on January 1, 2022; the merger of the two municipalities was the first in the state since Princeton was formed in 2013 from the former Princeton Borough and Princeton Township, New Jersey.

As of the 2020 United States census, the borough's population was 10,743, an increase of 510 (+5.0%) from the 2010 census count of 10,233, which in turn reflected a decline of 647 (−5.9%) from the 10,880 counted in the 2000 census.Pine Hill was created on April 23, 1929, from Clementon Township, one of seven municipalities created from the now-defunct township, and one of five new municipalities, including Hi-Nella Borough, Lindenwold Borough, Pine Valley Borough, and Somerdale Borough, created on that same date. Earlier known as Mont Ararat or Clementon Heights, the name "Pine Hill" was chosen to reflect the trees and terrain of the area.The borough of Pine Valley agreed to be absorbed into Pine Hill in 2021. Clementon is a borough in Camden County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the borough's population was 5,338, an increase of 338 (+6.8%) from the 2010 census count of 5,000, which in turn reflected an increase of 14 (+0.3%) from the 4,986 counted in the 2000 census.The borough had the 27th-highest property tax rate in New Jersey, with an equalized rate of 4.179% in 2020, compared to 3.470% in the county as a whole and a statewide average of 2.279%.

Hell Cat is a wooden roller coaster designed and built by S&S Power located at Clementon Amusement Park. The coaster is 2,602 feet long and debuted late in the operating park season in 2004. Its first drop is 105 feet and can take its riders up to 56 MPH. The ride time is 1 minute and 30 seconds. Hell Cat was named Tsunami until 2005, when its name was changed to J2 due to the 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami. The new name honored the 1919 Jack Rabbit coaster which was standing but not operating since 2002 and demolished at the end of 2007. During and after the 2005 season, parts of the track were replaced by Great Coasters International to provide a smoother ride. During the 2006 season the park only operated with one train. The other remained with Philadelphia Toboggan Coasters, Inc. for rehabilitation. During the 2006-2007 off-season, more track pieces were replaced. In 2008, its name was changed to Hell Cat when Adrenaline Family Entertainment took over ownership of the park over the previous offseason. The coaster originally closed with the park abruptly on September 8, 2019 and reopened on June 24, 2021 after the park was acquired by Indiana Beach Holdings. The ride was re-tracked during the 2021-2022 off-season. The coaster has an intense upward helix in its short layout. The layout surrounds a catering picnic area of the park. Initially known as a "tearjerker" roller coaster at its opening as Tsunami, the coaster now has fin brakes at the crest of its first drop to cut the top speed by just a few mph, supposedly to help with rider comfort in the train and to help with the maintenance and longevity of the ride. On clear days, riders are able to see the skyline of Philadelphia while the train is on the lift hill.

Lower Camden County Regional High School was founded in 1939 in Pine Hill, in Camden County, New Jersey, United States, as part of the Lower Camden County Regional School District. As the school district grew, Edgewood Regional High School was built in 1958 and Lower Camden County Regional was renamed Overbrook Regional High School.

Overbrook High School is a comprehensive community four-year public high school serving students in ninth through twelfth grades from Pine Hill, in Camden County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey, operating as the lone secondary school of the Pine Hill Schools. The high school also serves the communities of Berlin Township and Clementon through sending/receiving relationships with their respective school districts. School colors are orange and blue.As of the 2021–22 school year, the school had an enrollment of 733 students and 61.6 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 11.9:1. There were 295 students (40.2% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 59 (8.0% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch.

Clementon Park and Splash World is a mid-sized combination theme park and water park in Clementon, Camden County, New Jersey, United States. Also known as Clementon Lake Park, it is one of the world's oldest operating amusement parks and is one of only thirteen trolley parks that are still in the United States. It was owned and operated by Clementon Lake Holdings LLC a subsidiary of Premier Parks, LLC. The park had been closed since September 2019 and was put up for auction on March 23, 2021. At the auction, the park in its entirety was purchased by Indiana Beach Holdings, LLC (now known as IB Parks & Entertainment), a company operated by real estate developer Gene Staples, for $2,370,000, with plans to reopen later in 2021 The park successfully reopened on June 25, 2021.

Jack Rabbit was a wooden roller coaster located at Clementon Park in Clementon, New Jersey. Opening in 1919, built by Philadelphia Toboggan Coasters and designed by John A. Miller, the coaster was open for 81 years before closing to the public in 2002. The coaster then stood standing but not operating for years until eventually being demolished in 2007. It was one of the oldest roller coasters operating at the time of its closure.
