Little Hell, Delaware

Little Heaven is an unincorporated community in Kent County, Delaware, United States. Its elevation is 26 ft (7.9 m) and its position 39°02′30″N 75°27′24″W. It is north of Frederica at the interchange between Delaware Route 1 and Bowers Beach Road/Clapham Road. It originated in a group of cabins built by local farmer Jahu Reed in the 1870s for the Irish workers he employed in his orchards. The Jehu Reed House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

The Jehu Reed House was a historic home located in Little Heaven, Kent County, Delaware. It was built in 1771 and expanded and remodeled in 1868. It was a three-story, five-bay, brick dwelling, with a lower, three-bay rear wing containing the kitchen and servants' quarters. The main section had a hipped roof and a Victorian porch with decorative ironwork. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.After decades of neglect, including partial collapse of the front facade, the house was demolished on July 16, 2017.

Barratt's Chapel is a chapel located to the north of Frederica in Kent County, Delaware. It was built in 1780 on land donated by Philip Barratt, owner of Barratt Hall, and a prominent local landowner and political figure. Barratt, who had recently become a Methodist, wanted to build a center for the growing Methodist movement in Delaware.

Barratt Hall, also known as the Philip Barratt House, is a historic home located near Frederica, Kent County, Delaware. It dates to the mid-18th century, and is a two-story, three-bay, center-hall plan brick dwelling in the Georgian-style. In 1784, Bishops Thomas Coke and Francis Asbury met in the house with Mrs. Miriam Barratt and eleven preachers. They held council here which ended in sending Freeborn Garrettson to summon preachers to the Christmas Conference in Baltimore, Maryland, at which the Methodist Church in America was organized. It was the home of Philip Barratt, who donated land and, together with Waitman Sipple, erected Barratt's Chapel in 1780.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

John B. Lindale House is a historic home located at Magnolia, Kent County, Delaware. It was built in 1886, and is a two-story, frame dwelling, in the Queen Anne style. It is almost square in plan, and features two-story bay windows, a large semi-circular projection, and polygonal turret towers.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.As of January 2014, it was listed for sale for $150,000.00. It sold in February 2015 for $80,000.

ILC Dover, the company which manufactured the spacesuits for the Apollo and Skylab astronauts of the 1960s and 1970s, along with fabricating the suit component of the Space Shuttle's Extravehicular Mobility Unit (EMU), is located nearby.

The Frederica Historic District is a national historic district located at Frederica, Kent County, Delaware. It encompasses 118 contributing buildings in the town of Frederica. The oldest buildings date to the middle of the 18th century. The district includes a number of 18th and 19th century commercial and residential buildings in a variety of popular architectural styles including Greek Revival, Italianate, and Federal. Notable buildings include Trinity Methodist Church (1856), Robbins Hardware Store, the Hathorn House, Wootten Store, John Dill Store, Robert Dill House, firehouse, post office, and the Governor Hall House (1828, c. 1861), the home of Delaware Governor John W. Hall (1817-1892).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977.

Matthew Lowber House is a historic home located at Magnolia, Kent County, Delaware. It was built in 1774, and is a two-story, three-bay, brick dwelling, with a two-bay frame addition added about 1855. The interior has excellent panelling, the original wide floor boards, and a winding enclosed stairway. An addition was added to the back of the house in 2020. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

Murderkill Hundred was a hundred in Kent County, Delaware, United States. Murderkill Hundred was named after the Murderkill River, and created in 1682 as one of the original Delaware Hundreds. It was divided into North Murderkill Hundred and South Murderkill Hundred in 1855.
