The Cleveland Commercial Historic District is a historic district located in the central business district of Cleveland, Tennessee. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) in 2017.

St. Luke's Episcopal Church is a historic church at Ocoee and Central Streets, NW in Cleveland, Tennessee, United States. It is one of the city's oldest buildings and the second oldest church building in Cleveland. The Gothic Revival-style church building was built in 1873. It was dedicated to the memory of a 7-year-old girl, Nina Craigmiles, who died on October 18, 1871, when the buggy she was riding in was hit by a railroad switch engine.The church building features stained glass windows, wooden arches with intricate carvings, and a 3-story bell tower that contains a bell that is rung nine times after the opening voluntary at the beginning of each service, three peals each in honour of The Father, The Son, and The Holy Ghost. In addition to the bell, an electric carillon that plays the Westminster Chimes on the quarter hours. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

W. J. Hughes Business House, also known as C.J. Wilson Store, is located at 70 Ocoee Street in Cleveland, Tennessee, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.

Taylor Spring Park is a historic park in Cleveland, Tennessee. The park is named after the city's first settler, Andrew Taylor. The name also refers to a natural spring on Taylor's property that attracted other settlers to the area.The park was in the planning stages for over 30 years on an area of land that has been called the “birthplace” of the city of Cleveland. It is named after a spring that was located on settler Andrew Taylor's property in 1836 and was the deciding factor in where the city of Cleveland would be located.According to historical records, Andrew Taylor erected a log cabin near the spring. The park features a historically accurate recreation of the Taylor Spring House, made of round logs 12 feet by 12 feet. The Spring House is an exact replica built on information obtained by researcher Michael Slaughter who was hired to research Taylor by businessman Allan Jones. The information came from an 1836 property assessment that provided the earliest known description of Taylor's property, called Taylor's Place.In 1940, the spring was covered by a business called Gannaway Hardware. The owner of the store used the spring as an air conditioner by pumping water to a radiator with a fan. After the hardware store closed a law office opened on the site, owned by local attorney Jim Webb. Businessman Allan Jones found the spring in Webb's basement and led the campaign to build Taylor Spring Park. Prior to his death, Webb donated the land to the city so that a park could be erected.

The P.M. Craigmiles House is a historic house in Cleveland, Tennessee, U.S.. It was built in 1866 for Pleasant Craigmiles, a businessman. His son Walter built an opera house in Cleveland called Craigmiles Hall. The house later became a public library.The house was designed in the Italianate architectural style. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since November 20, 1975.

Lee University is a private Christian university in Cleveland, Tennessee. It was originally the Church of God Bible Training School, a small Bible institute founded in 1918 with twelve students and one teacher, Nora I. Chambers. The school grew and became Lee College, with a Bible college and junior college on its current site, in 1948. Twenty years later, Lee received accreditation by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools as a four-year liberal arts college. In 1997, Lee became a university; it now offers master's degrees as well as undergraduate degrees.The university is divided into six colleges and schools: the College of Arts & Sciences, the Helen DeVos College of Education, the School of Business, the School of Music, the School of Nursing, and the School of Religion. The university also offers online degrees through the Division of Adult Learning. The university is named for F.J. Lee, its second president.

The Pentecostal Theological Seminary is a private Christian seminary in Cleveland, Tennessee. While part of the educational ministry of the Church of God, the school accepts students of other denominations, particularly those interested in its emphasis on Wesleyan/Holiness theology and Pentecostal spirituality. It has trained ministers since 1975. The school offers the M.Div, M.T.S., and M.A, degrees with concentrations in Church Ministries, Discipleship and Christian Formation, Theological studies and Counseling. Some courses and degrees are offered online. It also offers the D.Min. degree for ministerial leaders seeking to expand their study.

The Centenary Avenue is one of the oldest historic districts in Cleveland, Tennessee. It is bounded by Eighteenth, Harle, Thirteenth and Ocoee Streets, is located adjacent to the Ocoee Street Historic District, and is regarded as one of the widest streets in Cleveland. The homes there were built from 1850-1949. Added to the city's historic registry in 1993, the private residences on Centenary Avenue are built in Tudor Revival, Bungalow/Craftsman and Colonial Revival architectural styles.

Broad Street United Methodist Church is a historic Methodist church located at 155 Central Ave NW (263 Broad Street, NW) in Cleveland, Tennessee, United States. The Broad Street United Methodist congregation traces its history to 1836, when Methodists met for worship in the Bradley County Courthouse in Cleveland. From 1836 until 1893, when the church's current building was completed, the congregation was based at four different sites in the city. It was known at one time as Lea Street Methodist Episcopal Church.In 1863, during the Civil War, the church's building at the corner of Church and First Streets was taken over by the Union Army and used as a stable and granary. In 1867-1868, the congregation erected a new brick building at the present church location. In 1893, that building was demolished and the current church building was constructed on the same site. It is designed in the Romanesque Revival style, with an Akron plan sanctuary. Additions were made to the building in 1922 and 1968.The church building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
