Mississauga—Erin Mills is a federal electoral district in Ontario. It encompasses a portion of Ontario formerly included in the electoral district of Mississauga—Erindale.Mississauga—Erin Mills was created by the 2012 federal electoral boundaries redistribution and was legally defined in the 2013 representation order. It came into effect upon the call of the 42nd Canadian federal election, scheduled for 19 October 2015.

Erin Mills is a bus station in the community of Erin Mills in western Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. It is located northwest of the Erin Mills Parkway/Highway 403 interchange and is a stop on the Mississauga Transitway.Metrolinx began construction of the Mississauga Transitway West between Winston Churchill Boulevard and Erin Mills Parkway in October 2013 and the entire project was expected to be complete in 2016. The station opened earlier than expected in September 2015 for GO Transit buses but MiWay did not begin serving the station until September 2016.

St. Oscar Romero Catholic Secondary School is an alternative-style Separate high school located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, with satellite campuses in Brampton and Caledon. The school is administered by the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board. Like other members of the district, students who attend St. Oscar Romero receive teaching on religion, family life, and prayer in addition to the standard curriculum found in public schools. The school originally opened as Archbishop Romero C.S.S. in February 2005. The school offers programs that include Dual Credit College Transition, Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program Career Opportunities in Trades and Technology, or Machining / Electrical Pre-Trades at Sheridan College, ABLE Outdoor Adventure, Catholic Leadership, Co-op Experiential Learning, Flexible Alternative Learning, PLAR, New Directions and Positive Personal Change Programs. A newly formed community Roundtable allows participating stakeholders an opportunity to work together to align resources and services directly into program and school curriculum reflecting global learning for renewed hope. The school has no sports teams.

Erin Mills is a large suburban district in the city of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, approximately 32 km (20 mi) west of Downtown Toronto. Starting in the 1970s, Erin Mills was developed as a "new town" by the Cadillac Fairview Corporation on over 7,000 acres (28 km2) of farmland around Erin Mills Town Centre. Cadillac Fairview inherited the development from E. P. Taylor's Don Mills Development Corporation, which acquired land in the 1950s and coined the area's name. Taylor sold the development to Cadillac Fairview in 1968. The name paid homage to the historic Erindale to the south as well as various mills along the Credit River to the east. The closest mill was found along Eglinton Avenue in what was once Barberton, now a ghost town that once was built around the Toronto Woollen (Mills) Factory owned by brothers Robert and William Barber. Erin Mills is an integrated residential, industrial and, commercial community, with commercial uses concentrated in the centre and industrial uses on the periphery. Based on census boundaries, the 2001 population was estimated at 105,000, making it the most populous but not the most densely-populated area in Mississauga, and one of the fastest-growing. As of the Canada 2016 Census, the population is 122,560.Erin Mills Parkway mostly follows the course of the former Fifth Line West.

The South Common Centre Bus Terminal is located in western Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. It is situated on the western side of South Common Centre. The terminal does not contain a building, partly due to having direct connection to the mall and to the nearby buildings such as South Common Library. Instead, it is formatted as a transit mall, with benches and bus shelters on either side of the terminal. Tickets and passes for both transit systems are available inside the South Common Centre. MiWay tickets and passes are also sold at South Common Community Centre, which is also located beside the terminal. The terminal, along with Erin Mills Town Centre, could possibly be relocated to the Erin Mills BRT Station of the Mississauga Transitway, for more connectivity with other routes that are planned to serve the station.

Winston Churchill is a bus station in the community of Erin Mills in western Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. It is located northwest of the Winston Churchill Boulevard / Highway 403 interchange and is the western terminus of the Mississauga Transitway.Metrolinx began construction of the Mississauga Transitway West between Winston Churchill Boulevard and Erin Mills Parkway in October 2013 and was completed on December 31, 2016.

Credit Valley Hospital is a regional hospital located in Mississauga, Ontario. Officially opened on November 5, 1985, it is now part of the Trillium Health Partners hospital group and primarily serves the communities of north Mississauga: Streetsville, Meadowvale, Erin Mills and the surrounding area. In 2012, it was ranked as the best hospital in the Greater Toronto Area in a study conducted by the Canadian Institute for Health Information.

Erin Mills Town Centre is a shopping mall located in Erin Mills, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, at the corner of Erin Mills Parkway and Eglinton Avenue West. It is the second largest mall in Mississauga, after Square One. The mall can be accessed from the 401, 403, and 407 series highways. Erin Mills Town Centre Bus Terminal is located directly at the back of the mall.

St. Aloysius Gonzaga Secondary School is a Catholic high school located in the Erin Mills community of Mississauga, Ontario, named after Saint Aloysius Gonzaga. The school opened in Mississauga in 2001, after spending a year as a holding school in Georgetown. It is a joint venture between the city of Mississauga and the Dufferin Peel Catholic District School Board. According to the Fraser Institute, it is currently ranked 2nd in the Dufferin Peel Catholic District School Board behind St. Marcellinus Secondary School, 5th in Mississauga and 32nd out of 623 high schools in Ontario.

John Fraser Secondary School is a public high school (serving grades 9-12) located on Erin Centre Boulevard, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. John Fraser features 2 gymnasiums, a fully equipped fitness center, an auto shop, as well as 12 portables due to increased enrollment over the years. A newly renovated rubberized track was also constructed on the north-western side opposite to the main building in 2019. Sumble Kaukab is the principal as of September 2019. Apart from regular day school, John Fraser offers co-op, Advanced Placement (AP), summer school, and night school programs. The school facilities are also regularly used by private sports and tutoring organizations during off-school hours. As of 2018, it is ranked 14th among high schools in Ontario by the Fraser Institute.

Loyola Catholic Secondary School is a Roman Catholic high school located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The school has approximately 1500 students, and is operated by the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board. Every two years, Loyola hosts "Culturefest", a celebration of Canada's diverse cultural make-up that features pavilions, food, and entertainment. The next Culturefest is slated for Spring 2020. Originally, the old building (at South Common Court) was built as a middle school in 1978. It had gone through a series of expansions to accommodate the excess of students in the area; for example, an additional floor level was built. Although upgraded and renovated, it lacked the quality of facilities found in other secondary schools within the region. In the 2006-2007 year, the school lobbied the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District Schoolboard for a new facility. The new Loyola building was originally approved for construction in 2001. Complete architectural plans for the building were finished, and the project was ready to move underway. However, due to changes in government, the funding for the project was cut, and it was postponed indefinitely. The next time the issue was raised, it was a tie vote that was the result of a strong lobby by parents from Holy Name of Mary SS who did not want to move to the old Loyola campus. The 2006-2007 lobby was an attempt to get this project up and running again, as millions had already been spent on planning the new school, and the Loyola community wished for a facility on par with those enjoyed by other secondary schools. The Board voted against the project in favour of building new elementary schools in the Brampton region. On April 28, 2009, the trustees of the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board finally decided to give the Loyola Catholic Secondary School community a new and larger school. The plans included the creation of new programs, a full-size gymnasium and ample parking for its 1,300 students with a budget of $49.3 million.
