Migeum (Seoul National University Bundang Hospital) Station is a subway station located in Geumgok-dong. It is between Jeongja Station and Ori Station on the Suin–Bundang Line. It became a transfer station to the Shinbundang Line in April 2018.There was a debate between Seongnam City and Suwon City regarding whether Migeum should be included in the Phase 2 extension of Shinbundang Line. Supporters argued that the distance between Jeongja Station and Dongcheon Station would be unusually long at 3.76 km. They also argued that the inclusion of Migeum will alleviate traffic in the area. On the other hand, opposition in Suwon claims that the inclusion would delay travel time to Gwanggyo, a planned area of Suwon in construction. One of the largest commercial districts in Bundang, Migeum has a variety of boutiques, Korean and Western restaurants, chicken-and-beer restaurants, karaoke places, Korean-style barbecues, hagwons, and a 2001 Outlet department store. The Tancheon stream is close by.

Jeongja-dong (Korean: 정자동) is a neighbourhood in the Bundang-gu district of Seongnam, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. It is further subdivided into Jeongja 1-dong through Jeongja 3-dong.It is well-known for its Café Street, which has a wide variety of restaurants and cafes. Naver Corporation and Korea Telecom are headquartered in the area. The Bundang Police Station is also here.The area received its name during the mid-Joseon period, when a residence was created in the area for the ruling House of Yi. The name literally means "pavilion"; it received the name because the royal family created pavilions next to the banks of the stream Tancheon that passes through it.

Saetbyoul Middle School (Korean: 샛별중학교) is a public middle school located in Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi Province in South Korea. It was established in 2008.

Ori Station is a subway station on the Suin–Bundang Line. Prior to the opening of Bojeong Station in 2004, it was the southern terminus of the Bundang Line. It is the first underground railway station built in Korea to have two island platforms and four rail tracks.

Bundang-dong (Korean: 분당동) is one of the 19 dongs of Bundang-gu, Seongnam, South Korea. The total area is 3.40 km², with a population of 31,186 (as of April 2007). It is a quiet residential area with trees and parks, located at the foot of Bulgok Mountain. Taehyeon Park is close to the residential area. Different from other areas in Bundang-gu, houses in Bundang-dong mainly consist of 3-story villas and studio apartments rather than high-rise apartments. This quiet place has several upscale cafes and restaurants which attract people looking for a quiet place rather than busy places like Seohyeon Station. Bundang-dong consists of two small towns, Saetbyul town and Jangan town. It is close to Bundang Central Park and Yuldong Park. Two elementary schools (Dangchon and Jangan elementary schools) and Daejin High School lie in Bundang-dong. The famous St. John's Cathedral is near Yuldong Park.

Bulgoksan (Korean: 불곡산) is a mountain in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. Its area extends over the cities of Seongnam and Gwangju. Bulgoksan has an elevation of 345 m (1,132 ft). The mountain shares a name with another mountain in the Gyeonggi-do near Yangju. Mt. Bulgok serves as a public recreation area at the southernmost part of the Seongnam green belt between Jeongja-dong and Gumi-dong. It also hosts hang gliding take-off runs in the Southwest and Northeast. Mt. Bulgok is designated trail with Mt. Youngjang by Seongnam. Its peak is near to Sunae, Jeongja, Gumi-dong. Mt. Bulgok is loved by the citizens of Budang.To the north, Bulgoksan Mountain passes Taehyeon and Saemaul Pass by Taehyeon and Saemaul Pass, and leads to Neungnae Pass and Galmachi Pass, and Namhansansan Island. To the south, it passed the Danggogae in Bucheon, followed by Seongnae-eup in Seongnam, Gwangju, and Sunjeong-gu in Yongin. The hiking begins in Sunae-dong, Jeongja-dong, and Gumi. Starting in Jeongja-dong, people go to Bukjeong High School and the water station to climb the ridge and then follow Namgeung-dong. There is also a course of origin that connects to the Munjeongsan Mountain in Opo-myeon. On the top of the mountain can be seen a new town in Bundang, Yongin, and Jukjeon, and the natural ecosystem is well preserved, and a dense forest is abundant, creating a new view of Chunghyak-dong.

Jeongja Station (formerly Baekgung station) is a station on the Suin–Bundang Line and the Shinbundang Line, an express subway in South Korea. It was the southern terminus of the Shinbundang Line, between October 2011 and January 2016, when the Shinbundang Line extended to Gwanggyo station. However, it still exists as a divide in terms of fare since riders need to pay an extra charge of 300 won (on top of the 900 won charge of using the Shinbundang Line) when crossing this station, due to the owners of Phase 1 and 2 being different. This rule only applies to the Shinbundang Line - Riders of the Bundang Line pay the normal minimum fare of 1,250 won.

Bundang Central Park (Korean: 분당중앙공원) is a public park in Bundang, Seongnam, South Korea. It is one of two large parks in Bundang, with the other being Yuldong Park in Bundang-dong. It is 500 meters away from Seohyeon station.

Bundang Senior High School (Korean: 분당고등학교, Hanja: 盆唐高等學校), commonly referred to as Bundang Senior High School, is a co-educational, comprehensive, community high school located in Bundang, South Korea as part of the Seongnam public schools. As of the 2015 school year, the school has an enrollment of 1,297 students and 80 classroom teachers (for a student-teacher ratio of 16.2). Prior to 2005, the school was ranked second in selectivity among its fifteen peer schools (district metrics were abolished that year and school admission reorganized into a lottery in accordance with the elimination of the high school entrance exams).
