The Convento de las Carmelitas Descalzas de San José of Toledo (Castile-La Mancha, Spain) is a monastic building dating from the second half of the 16th century. The Toledan community of Discalced Carmelites was founded by St. Teresa of Ávila herself, being the resting house of Saint Teresa in the city.

The Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes (English: Monastery of Saint John of the Monarchs) is an Isabelline style Franciscan monastery in Toledo, in Castile-La Mancha, Spain, built by the Catholic Monarchs (1477–1504).

The School of Arts and Crafts of Toledo (Spain) was built in the 19th century (around 1881) for the training of artists and craftsmen in the city of Toledo, constructed by Arturo Mélida y Alinari. The school was built around the same time as his restoration of the San Juan de los Reyes convent. The school's architecture had influences from the nationalist sentiments in Europe in the 19th century. The impact of this sentiment to art and architecture can be seen in Mélida's work where he demonstrates his style of "gothic hispanoflaminco" considered at the time a national style.

The Ermita del Cristo de la Vega is a hermitage located in Toledo, Castile-La Mancha, Spain. It was built on the remains of the Visigothic Basílica de Santa Leocadia during the 7th century. Vega means plain, and the building is located in Vega Baja de Toledo, in the old cemetery area of the city. In the vicinity of the building were buried the remains of Saint Idelfonsus, Saint Leocadia and Saint Eugenius which were removed subsequently.

The Hospital del Nuncio Nuevo is a Neoclassical hospital located in city of Toledo, in Castile-La Mancha, Spain. It was commissioned by Cardinal Lorenzana at the end of the 18th century. Built to house people with mental illness, it represents an advanced hospital architecture for its time. The entrance is made through a double portico in the center of the facade, with superimposed galleries of three spans each. It is a building of great dimensions and regular proportions, structured around four courtyards; The plant responds to a cross inscribed in a rectangle with the chapel in the central body, oval and vaulted. The main façade of two heights on a stone base, allowed the designers to alleviate the unevenness of the street. In its interior the most remarkable thing is the development of the main staircase in several sections of great amplitude, that connects the entrance with the chapel. Since 1985, various administrative services of the Regional Government have been housed in it, and currently houses the headquarters of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

The Colegio de Doncellas Nobles is a former girls' school in Toledo (Castile-La Mancha, Spain). It was founded in 1551 by the archbishop of Toledo and cardinal Juan Martínez Silíceo. The project, which had as its patron the king Philip II as well as the archbishop, had as its object the education of young women to be good mothers. Some came from humble families (proposed by the archbishop) and others from noble families from all over Europe (proposed by the king). They were expected to be of "clean blood". Funding was provided for the dowries of former pupils. The College encountered financial problems after some of its endowments were confiscated in the 19th century, but it expanded around 1900. In 1990 it became a University Residence. The building is included in the list of Royal Sites of the Spanish heritage organisation Patrimonio Nacional.

The Synagogue of Santa María la Blanca (Spanish: Sinagoga de Santa María La Blanca, lit. 'Synagogue of Saint Mary the White') or Ibn Shoshan Synagogue is a museum and former synagogue in Toledo, Spain. Erected in the late twelfth or early thirteenth century, it is disputably considered the oldest synagogue building in Europe still standing. The building was converted to a Catholic church in the early 15th century. The synagogue is located in the former Jewish quarter of the city between the Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes and the Synagogue of El Tránsito. It is one of three preserved synagogues constructed by Jews in a Mudéjar or Moorish style under the rule of the Christian Kingdom of Castile.

The Baños del Ángel or Baños de Zeid are an Islamic baths located in the city of Toledo, in Castile-La Mancha, Spain. These are undoubtedly one of the best preserved among the eight that still maintain recognizable structures within the Historic Quarter of Toledo. The restored room corresponds to the warm and, unlike other bathrooms, maintains the hypocaust until today better preserved of the Muslim civil architecture in Toledo. The enhancement of this bath allows, without doubt, allow to expand the knowledge about this type of constructions of Muslim origin that are essential to understand the urban structure, social organization and habits of life in Toledo between the 10th and 13th centuries.

The Puente de San Martín (English: St Martin's Bridge) is a medieval bridge across the river Tagus in Toledo, Spain. The Puente de San Martín features five arches, with the largest in the middle having a span of 40 meters. Only very few bridges in the world were that long at the time of its construction.

The Jewish House (Casa del Judío) is located in the heart of the Jewish quarter of Toledo, in Castile-La Mancha, Spain. It was built in the 14th and 15th centuries. The two areas of main interest are the courtyard, which retains a multitude of yeserias (carved plasterwork), and above all, the basement that was possibly a Jewish liturgical bath or mikveh, whose function was spiritual purification and preparation for some important event in the life of a Jew. During restorations of adjacent rooms, Almagra style hydraulic plastering has been uncovered, as well as a cistern, all of which support the theory about its use. Another element of great relevance for its archaeological study is a piece of wood used as a lintel for access to the basement, where it can observe the work of carving with floral motifs, based on tympanums and scrolls, accompanying an epigraphic repertoire whose transcription says: "Thanks I give you, because you have answered my prayers"; Text related to verses 21 of Psalm 18: "Here is the door of Yahveh, through which the righteous come in." 21 "thanks I give you, because you have answered my prayers, and it has been my salvation", which welcomes all those who are faithful and pure at the interior of the house.
