The Kaneff Centre and Innovation Complex are two conjoined academic buildings of the University of Toronto on its Mississauga campus in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The Kaneff Centre opened in 1992 and houses the Blackwood Art Gallery and the Department of Management. The Innovation Complex is a $29.7-million expansion of the building completed in 2014 that houses the campus registrar's office, the Department of Economics and the Institute for Management and Innovation (IMI). The buildings share the municipal address of 1833 Inner Circle, Mississauga, Ontario. The Kaneff Centre is adjacent to the University of Toronto Mississauga bus terminal, a hub for several local and express MiWay city bus routes.

The Blackwood is a contemporary art centre at the University of Toronto, located on its campus in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Established in 1969, it is the oldest public gallery in the Peel Region. The Backwood maintains two public art galleries: its flagship space, the Blackwood Gallery, is located in the Kaneff Centre/Innovation Complex and the e|gallery in the Communication, Culture and Technology Building. It also operates several lightbox exhibits and art displays around the campus. It is named in honour of David Blackwood, the artist-in-residence on the Mississauga campus from the late 1960s to early 70s. Annual exhibitions organized by The Blackwood showcase work by students in the art and art history joint program of the University of Toronto Mississauga's department of visual studies and Sheridan College.

The University of Toronto Mississauga bus terminal, also called UTM, is a bus terminal for MiWay on the University of Toronto Mississauga campus in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The terminal serves several local and express routes operated by MiWay and provides a connection to Brampton Transit. The UTM bus terminal is located on Inner Circle Road adjacent to the Kaneff Centre. It has three MiWay bus stops and two heated bus shelters. MiWay and the UTM Students' Union have provided a universal transit pass (U-Pass) since 2007 for full-time students at the University of Toronto Mississauga to ride city busses for free. MiWay routes that stop at the terminal include the 110 University Express, which connects the campus to Mississauga City Centre, South Common and Clarkson GO Station. Connections to GO Transit can be made at Erin Mills station for regional buses or the Lakeshore West and Milton rail lines. GO train stations connected by MiWay bus routes include Clarkson, Erindale and Kipling. The latter station also provides access to Line 2 Bloor–Danforth of the Toronto subway. The single Brampton Transit route that stops at the University of Toronto Mississauga, the 199 UTM Express, has limited service during weekdays and runs between the campus and Brampton Gateway Terminal. It has a stop at Residence Road near the MiWay terminal.

The Institute for Management and Innovation (IMI) is an institute at the University of Toronto that serves as the home of professional graduate programs on its Mississauga campus. Established in 2013, it is an extra-departmental unit (EDU) of the University of Toronto Mississauga academic division and housed in the Innovation Complex. IMI hosts unique multidisciplinary master's programs through the School of Graduate Studies. Degrees offered include a Master of Biotechnology (MBiotech), Master of Forensic Accounting (MFAcc), Master of Management of Innovation (MMI), Master of Management and Professional Accounting (MMPA), Master of Science in Sustainability Management (MScSM), and Master of Urban Innovation (MUI). The institute also hosts the Master of Science in Biomedical Communications (MScBMC) degree, unique in Canada, in partnership with the Temerty Faculty of Medicine's Institute of Medical Science. The two-year program based in the Terrence Donnelly Health Sciences Complex is one of only four of its kind in the world.

The William G. Davis Building, commonly known as the Davis Building, is the oldest and largest academic building on the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) campus in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Designed by architect Raymond Moriyama and built in 1973, it was originally intended to be the singular building at UTM during the campus's early planning stages. Today, the brutalist Davis Building is home to the main administrative offices of the UTM principal and dean, alongside various academic departments, student services, laboratories, lecture halls, and a food court. Originally known as the South Building, the Davis Building the oldest purpose-built structure on the Mississauga campus. It is one of only two present in the years following the campus's establishment as Erindale College in 1967, the other of which was the North Building, demolished in 2015. It has been named in honour of Ontario premier and education minister Bill Davis since 2009.

The Institute of Communication, Culture, Information and Technology (ICCIT) is a communications and new media institute of the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM), a campus of the University of Toronto in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The extra-departmental unit hosts interdisciplinary undergraduate programs and is based in the Communication, Culture and Technology Building. ICCIT's flagship program, the communication, culture, information and technology (CCIT) major, was first developed in 2000 and the institute has grown to encompass four unique programs: CCIT; digital enterprise management; professional writing and communication; and technology, coding, and society.

The Terrence Donnelly Health Sciences Complex (TDHSC) is an academic building of the University of Toronto on its Mississauga campus in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The building is home to the Mississauga Academy of Medicine (MAM), one of the four academies in the Temerty Faculty of Medicine's MD program. It was built in 2011 as part of an effort to expand Ontario health care education, and is the only medical school location in Mississauga. The Faculty of Medicine is affiliated with Trillium Health Partners' teaching hospitals in Mississauga for students in the Mississauga Academy of Medicine. Apart from MAM, the Health Sciences Complex houses the UTM Biomedical Communications program and the Department of Anthropology. It was designed by Kongats Architects Toronto, with funding provided by Carlo Fidani, Terrence Donnelly, and the Provincial Government. Carlo Fidani donated $10 million for building costs, scholarships, and a chair in family and community medicine. Terrence Donnelly donated $12 million to building costs and scholarships. Capital funding for the project of $30.3 million was provided by the Provincial Government. The construction for the 5,960 square meter (64,153 square feet), four-storey building began the summer of 2009. The building officially opened on November 1, 2011. The building was designed like a "stacked box," built on a slope between the Communication, Culture and Technology and William G. Davis buildings, with an elevated walkway built connecting to the latter. Inside the building are modern classrooms, seminar rooms, computer facilities, learning spaces and laboratories, a student lounge, and outdoor terrace.

The Recreation, Athletics and Wellness Centre (RAWC) is an athletic facility of the University of Toronto located on its Mississauga campus in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The RAWC has 74,000 square feet of athletics space, and its Gym A/B has a seating capacity of 880 people. It is the home venue of the UTM Eagles' indoor recreational sports teams. The facility opened in 2006 and cost $24.5 million to build, conjoined with the William G. Davis Building. It includes a double gymnasium with stadium-style seating, a fitness centre, an indoor running track, a 25-metre swimming pool, an Olympic weight lifting room, and teaching studios. The facility is operated by the campus Department of Recreation, Athletics and Wellness (DRAW).

The University of Toronto Mississauga Library, part of the University of Toronto Libraries system, is the campus library of the University of Toronto Mississauga. The library is located within the Hazel McCallion Academic Learning Centre, named to honor City of Mississauga mayor Hazel McCallion. The facility houses the library, the Robert Gillespie Academic Skills Centre, a Library Café, a digital environment, a classroom, an adaptive technology centre, a finance learning centre, and the campus’ academic skills centre.

Maanjiwe nendamowinan (MAWN-jih-WAY nen-DEM-oh-WIN-ahn), commonly referred to by its building code MN, is an academic building on the Mississauga campus of the University of Toronto in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The building, whose name means "gathering of minds" in Anishinaabemowin, is a large, modern structure opened in 2018 that houses the campus's social sciences and humanities departments. The building is featured prominently as a filming location for the Amazon Prime Video series Gen V, where it serves as the fictional Godolkin University's School of Crimefighting.

Lislehurst (also known as The Principal's Residence) is a historic mansion in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Built in 1885, the property has been owned by the University of Toronto since 1963, located on its Mississauga campus and traditionally serving as the residence of the campus principal. Lislehurst was designated a Historic Place in 1985.
