Magheramason

Bready Cricket Club Ground is a cricket ground in the village of Magheramason, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. The ground is owned by the Bready Cricket Club. The ground became Ireland's fourth venue for international cricket along with The Village in Malahide, Dublin, Ireland; Castle Avenue in Clontarf, Dublin, Ireland, and the Civil Service Cricket Club Ground in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

The station was closed, as was the entire Derry = Strabane - Omagh - Dungannon - Portadown line in 1965. It closed on 15 February 1965.

Newbuildings or New Buildings is a large village in County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. It lies close to the banks of the River Foyle and 3 mi (5 km) south of the city of Derry. It had a population of 3,381 in the 2011 Census. It is within Derry and Strabane district.

New Buildings railway was very popular with local people, especially for excursions such as Sunday school outings, and trips to the seaside. Rabbits were also caught and sent to London by train and boat. Salmon was caught in the Foyle and sent to Billingsgate Market the next day. It was opened by the Donegal Railway Company on 6 August 1900. It closed on 1 January 1955.

Nixon's Corner is a small village in County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. In the 2001 Census it had a population of 201 people. It is situated within Derry and Strabane district. Nixon's Corner was once the location of a British army border checkpoint installation prior to demilitarisation.

The estate is located in the Prehen and Brickkilns townland. Roads in the Prehen area consist of Victoria road, Prehen Park (other streets in estate), Corrody Road and Woodside Road. The estate is located between Derry city and Newbuildings just off the A5 and is accessible this way while the townland is located on the eastern part of the City Of Derry Golf Course and part of the Woodside Road (Corrody road junction).
