Caffè Vivaldi was a coffeehouse, a restaurant, and a jazz, classical and folk music venue located at 32 Jones Street, off Bleecker Street in the West Village of New York City. Its proprietor, Ishrat Ansari, opened the establishment in 1983 and it operated for 35 years.

Kesté Pizza & Vino, also known as Kesté Pizzeria or simply Keste's, is a pizzeria, located in Manhattan, that serves Neapolitan-style wood-fired brick oven pizza. As of 2015, it is the fourth-highest rated pizzeria in the United States on TripAdvisor. The Bleecker Street restaurant had permanently closed due to the coronavirus pandemic by October 2021, although there remained a secondary location open in FiDi. Wrote TimeOut about the Bleecker Street location, "it ushered in a wave of thin pies with puffy pockets of air and tiny black blisters across the city."

Caffe Cino was an Off-Off-Broadway theater founded in 1958 by Joe Cino. The West Village coffeehouse, located at 31 Cornelia Street, was initially conceived as a venue for poetry, folk music, and visual art exhibitions. The plays produced at the Cino, however, became most prominent, and it is now considered the "birthplace of Off-Off-Broadway".

Murray's Cheese is an artisanal cheese and specialty foods retailer and wholesaler based in Greenwich Village in New York City. It was founded in Greenwich Village in circa 1962 as a spinoff of Glen Alden farms, an egg and dairy wholesaler, the company later expanded, and in 2012 opened a restaurant in Manhattan named Murray's Cheese Bar. Barrow Street Theatre is the name of both a 199-seat Off-Broadway theatre located in New York City's historic Greenwich House at 27 Barrow Street and a production company of the same name. From 2003 to 2018, the venue was leased to Barrow Street Theatre, a commercial theater company operated by producers Scott Morfee and Tom Wirtshafter. The theater space has been operated by Ars Nova since September 1, 2018 under the names Ars Nova at Greenwich House and the Greenwich Street Theatre. The theater space, which opened in 1917, has also been home to SoHo Rep.While under the jurisdiction of the theatre company, the theater was home to a number of Off-Broadway hits, including Bug by Tracy Letts, Buyer and Cellar, Sweeney Todd and Orson's Shadow by Austin Pendleton.Following their departure from the Greenwich House theatre, Barrow rebranded as Barrow Street Productions and produced a number of Off Broadway shows including Nassim Soleimanpour's NASSIM at New York City Center.

Jones Street is a street located in Greenwich Village in the New York City borough of Manhattan. It runs from Bleecker Street and West 4th Street. Jones Street is often confused with Great Jones Street in NoHo, located a little more than a half-mile to the east. What is now Jones Street predates 1789, and was named for Doctor Gardner Jones. Today's Great Jones Street was named for Samuel Jones, a lawyer who revised New York State's statutes in 1789 together with Richard Varick, and became known as "The Father of The New York Bar", who was also the brother-in-law of Gardner Jones. Jones deeded the site of the street to the city under the condition that any street that ran through the property had to be named for him. However, when the street was first created in 1789, the city already had a "Jones Street," Neither brother-in-law would defer to the other to end the resulting confusion, but Samuel Jones finally ended the argument by suggesting "Then make mine 'Great Jones Street'". An alternative possibility is that Great Jones Street is so named because it is wider than Jones Street.

The Cornelia Street Cafe, was a restaurant & bar at 29 Cornelia Street in New York City's Greenwich Village, opened in July 1977. The cafe closed at the end of 2018, due to rising rents from the gentrification of the West Village; ending on its holiday closed day of New Years 2019. The cafe had been voted one of the best places to listen to jazz music in the world.

Seventh Avenue South was a jazz club in New York City. It existed from 1977 to 1987.The Seventh Avenue South was located in Greenwich Village, Manhattan (21 Seventh Avenue South/Leroy Street) and it was founded by the brothers Randy and Michael Brecker. Jazz musicians were performed there included Mike Mainieri, Mike Stern, Chuck Loeb, Bob Mintzer, Hiram Bullock, Wynton Marsalis, David Sanborn, Al Foster, Kazumi Watanabe, The club was a start-up for the fusion group Steps Ahead, Jaco Pastorius' Word of Mouth big band and the Bob Mintzer Big Band. Some live albums were made in the club: Native Son, Jaco Pastorius' Live in New York City, Steps/Steps Ahead and Mike Mainieri.

One If By Land, Two If By Sea is a fine dining restaurant located at 17 Barrow Street (between Seventh Avenue South and West 4th Street) in the West Village of the New York City Manhattan borough. It has been recognized for its classic menu, long history, and beautiful decor. The restaurant operates inside a historic carriage house built in 1767. It was subsequently purchased by Aaron Burr in 1794 and the space is purportedly haunted by his ghost. In the 1830s, the former residence was converted into a pub and brothel. In 1910, the building first became a restaurant. The decor features candlelit tables, two fireplaces, and a baby grand piano. The classic menu has been noted for its signature dish, Beef Wellington. It is often cited as the most romantic restaurant in New York City.
