Rosedale is a station on Line 1 Yonge–University of the Toronto subway. It is located on the east side of Yonge Street at Crescent Road.Despite its proximity to downtown Toronto, it is one of the lesser used stations in the subway system, averaging only 7,770 riders daily in 2018. This reflects the fact that no high volume surface bus routes connect to the station and the affluent Rosedale neighbourhood has a lower population density and lacks major destinations. There is only one entrance to the station, the entrance acts as the concourse, and the subway platforms are directly below. Wi-Fi service is available at this station.

The Toronto Lawn Tennis Club hosted the first ever National Tennis Championship of Canada and has hosted 2 Davis Cup ties. Established in 1874 by I.F. Hellmuth and located in Rosedale, the club that year played host to a tournament (for gentlemen's singles) that over time became the Canadian Open tennis championship, now known as the Rogers Cup. The Toronto LTC also played host to the first Davis Cup tie played in Canada, in July 1921. Australia swept aside Canada 5-0, with Canadian Henri Laframboise taking the only two sets dropped by the James Anderson-led Aussies. Six years later to the month, Jack Wright and Willard Crocker-led Canada defeated Cuba 3-2 in an American Zone semi-final contest. Both Davis Cup ties were competed on red clay. The Toronto Lawn Tennis Club expanded its facilities in 1960 to include squash.

The North Toronto railway station is a former Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) station in the northwest corner of the Rosedale neighbourhood of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located on the east side of Yonge Street, adjacent to the neighbourhood of Summerhill, and a short distance south of the Summerhill subway station. The building is now home to a Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) liquor store.

Summerhill is a subway station on the Yonge–University line in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located on Shaftesbury Avenue just east of Yonge Street, with the entrance being at the north end of the train platforms. The station opened in 1954 as part of the original Yonge line. Wi-Fi service is available at this station.Like Rosedale station, the next station to the south, it is currently among the least-used stations, with only 5,710 average weekday ridership. This is mainly due to having no surface transit connections except the parallel Yonge Street bus and no major local destinations. The station has to rely entirely on the immediate Summerhill residential neighbourhood for passengers. In a February 2020 meeting of the TTC board, the TTC proposed a secondary exit for emergency use. The station entrance is at the north end of the station. The proposed exit would be at the south end of the station and emerge to the surface at Scivener Square. There would be underground corridors to connect the platforms to the new exit with one corridor running under the subway tracks from the northbound platform to the west side of the tracks.

The Studio Building in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, was the home and working studio of several of the Group of Seven painters, their predecessors, and their artistic descendants, and is of enormous significance in the history of Canadian art. The building was designated a National Historic Site of Canada in 2005. It was also designated by the City of Toronto under the Ontario Heritage Act through By-law 115-2003.Situated at 25 Severn Street, it is located in the Rosedale ravine immediately east of the above-ground Ellis portal that brings subway trains into and out of the north end of the Bloor-Yonge subway station. The site and positioning takes advantage of the northern exposure that illuminates the artist's canvas with very even, neutral light.

Yorkville Town Hall was the municipal building for the Village of Yorkville before its annexation by the City of Toronto. Built in 1859-1860 by architect William Hay and his apprentice Henry Langley, the three-storey building also served as an omnibus stop. The hall was located north of Bloor Street on Yonge Street, along the west side. The building served as the town hall until 1883, when Yorkville was annexed into Toronto. The building then became known as St. Paul's Hall and had a public library, along with various clubs and community uses. The hall survived until 1941, when it was destroyed by fire and was demolished. The site is now home to a condominium building and is across the street from the Toronto Reference Library. The town hall's coat of arms plaque survives today on the front face of the Toronto Fire Services Station 312 (old TFD Station 10). The fire hall is located at 34 Yorkville Avenue and has been historically protected by the City of Toronto, after being designated as a heritage property in the City of Toronto Heritage Property Inventory on June 20, 1973.

The Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Toronto is a complex consisting of a 204-metre, 55-storey residential condominium tower and a 125-meter, 30-storey luxury hotel tower in the Yorkville district of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, which opened on October 5, 2012. Located at 60 Yorkville Avenue, at its intersection with Bay Street, the complex is situated one block east of the former Four Seasons Hotel Toronto building at 21 Avenue Road. The complex was designed by Peter Clewes of architectsAlliance, and developed by Bay-Yorkville Developments. The taller tower was initially the 10th tallest building in Toronto, but by 2017, its position had fallen to 17th as other taller buildings were completed. The site had previously been the Bay Ford Lincoln car dealership, and it is next door to Toronto Fire Services Station 312. The penthouse, which occupies the entire 55th floor of the West Residence, sold for C$28 million, making it the most expensive condominium unit sold in Canada.The 55-floor complex contains 259 hotel rooms and 210 private condominium units. It offers a two-storey spa, Café Boulud and bar (by international restaurateur and chef Daniel Boulud), and glass-enclosed event spaces. It was designed by architectsAlliance, with Page and Steele as Architect of Record. The project was developed by Bay-Yorkville Developments Ltd. (a joint venture of Alcion Ventures, LP, Menkes Developments Ltd., and Lifetime Homes), and it uses the "Four Seasons" trademark under licence.[1] Before the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Four Seasons Hotels chairman and founder Isadore Sharp proclaimed the new location as being "...in a category by itself, a true Four Seasons in our hometown, our flagship hotel. It is a landmark development for the city of Toronto".

The Yorkville Library is a branch of the Toronto Public Library in Toronto's Yorkville neighborhood, in Ontario, Canada. Established in 1907, the branch is Toronto Public Library's oldest. This library and the Toronto Reference Library form the closest distance between two library locations, at only 100m away from each other.
