The Freedom Mortgage Pavilion is an outdoor amphitheatre and indoor theater complex in Camden, New Jersey located in the Camden Waterfront entertainment district on the Delaware River across from Philadelphia. Since it opened in June 1995, the venue's naming rights have changed several times, and the complex has formerly been known as the Waterfront Music Pavilion, BB&T Pavilion, Susquehanna Bank Center, Tweeter Center, and the Blockbuster-Sony Music Entertainment Centre (the E-Centre).

The Philadelphia 76ers Training Complex is a 125,000-square-foot athletic facility and office building in Camden, New Jersey, which houses the training center and corporate offices of the Philadelphia 76ers of the National Basketball Association. It is owned and managed by Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment and opened in September 2016.

The Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA), officially the Delaware River Port Authority of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, is a bi-state agency instrumentality created by a congressionally approved interstate compact between the state governments of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The authority is principally charged to maintain and develop transportation links between the two states with four bridges and a mass transit rail line across the Delaware River. Though the DRPA has "port" in its name, it does not own or operate any ports.

Dialogue & Company was a shipbuilding firm located in the Port of Camden on the Delaware River in New Jersey. It was founded by John H. Dialogue. Born in 1828, Dialogue moved at age 30 to Kaighn’s Point in Camden. In 1862, he and several partners founded the National Iron Armor and Shipbuilding Company, which opened a year later. The first boat to be built at the shipyard was the 25-ton screw-driven Lookout. In 1870, the shipyard was renamed River Iron Works, Dialogue & Wood, proprietors. The first boat to be built at this facility was the 48-ton screw-driven Frank G. Fowler. On the death of Mr. Wood, Mr. Dialogue took over control of the business. By the late 19th century, the shipyard grew to 34 acres (140,000 m2) with 2,000 feet (610 m) of waterfront, employing up to 800 workers. The shipyard produced numerous tugboats for the civilian market and for the U.S. Navy. In 1871, the shipyard was building iron vessels ordered by the Revenue Marine department, such as the United States Steamship Colfax. In 1876, the company helped restore the USS Constitution. In 1878, the yard began to build compound engine tugboats. And, during the Spanish–American War, the shipyard completed and launched the United States Navy gunboat Princeton, which was sent to the Caribbean and was decommissioned in 1919. John H. Dialogue died in 1898. His son, John H. Dialogue, Jr., took over the business and ran it until it failed just before World War I.

The Camden Children's Garden is operated by the Camden City Garden Club, Inc and is located on the Camden Waterfront, across from downtown Philadelphia. This venue was created in 1999 and is designed for children and families. This 4.5-acre (1.8 ha) garden features a variety of themed educational exhibits for children for creative and imaginative play, such as the Dinosaur Garden, a Giant Picnic Garden, Storybook Gardens, Red Oak Run and Tree House, Cityscapes Garden and more! The facility includes indoor attractions such as the Philadelphia Eagles Four Seasons Butterfly House, Plaza de Aibonito, a Puerto Rican tropical greenhouse exhibit, and Benjamin Franklin’s Secret Garden and Workshop. Many exhibits and gardens were original displays in the Philadelphia Flower Show and come back to the Camden Children's Garden to find a permanent home. There are three amusement rides: Carousel, Arrow River Express Train Ride, and Spring Butterfly Ride. The Garden is closed January and February. Garden Festivals are family-oriented special events held at the Garden on the second and fourth weekends of the month, from April through November. The Garden also hosts the Annual Holiday Festival of Lights through December. ~ Educational Programs are offered by the Camden Children's Garden, both on-site and through distance-learning (via video conferencing). More than 30 lessons are offered on various topics, tailored by grade level aligned to State Education Standards.

USS New Jersey (BB-62) is an Iowa-class battleship, and was the second ship of the United States Navy to be named after the US state of New Jersey. She was often referred to fondly as "Big J". New Jersey earned more battle stars for combat actions than the other three completed Iowa-class battleships, and was the only US battleship providing gunfire support during the Vietnam War. During World War II, New Jersey shelled targets on Guam and Okinawa, and screened aircraft carriers conducting raids in the Marshall Islands. During the Korean War, she was involved in raids up and down the North Korean coast, after which she was decommissioned into the United States Navy reserve fleets, better known as the "mothball fleet". She was briefly reactivated in 1968 and sent to Vietnam to support US troops before returning to the mothball fleet in 1969. Reactivated once more in the 1980s as part of the 600-ship Navy program, New Jersey was modernized to carry missiles and recommissioned for service. In 1983, she participated in US operations during the Lebanese Civil War. New Jersey was decommissioned for the last time in 1991 (after serving a total of 21 years in the active fleet), having earned a Navy Unit Commendation for service in Vietnam and 19 battle and campaign stars for combat operations during World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Lebanese Civil War, and service in the Persian Gulf. After a brief retention in the mothball fleet, she was donated to the Home Port Alliance in Camden, New Jersey, and has served as a museum ship there since 15 October 2001.

The Battleship New Jersey Museum and Memorial is located at 62 Battleship Place, Camden, New Jersey. This museum ship preserves and displays USS New Jersey, the most decorated battleship to have served in the U.S. Navy and one of the largest ever built.

Aquarium is a station on the River Line light rail system, located on Delaware Avenue in Camden, New Jersey. It is named for the nearby Adventure Aquarium located in on the Camden Waterfront. The station opened on March 15, 2004. Southbound service from the station is available to the line's terminus at Entertainment Center. Northbound service is available to the Walter Rand Transportation Center in Camden, with transfer to the PATCO Speedline Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. With intermediary stops the line continues to Trenton Transit Center served by New Jersey Transit, SEPTA trains, and Amtrak trains.

One Port Center is an office building in Camden, New Jersey located in the Camden Waterfront. The building, opened in 1996, was designed by Michael Graves and is headquarters to the Delaware River Port Authority.The building is situated on a L-shaped site flanks an existing parking garage, the other of which side is a planned future companion building. The location offers panoramic views of the Delaware River and Philadelphia. The eleven-story, 176,000-square-foot building accommodates retail shops and a restaurant at the ground floor. There are four floors of leased office space and six floors of offices for the Port Authority. The executive offices and boardroom are located on the top floor behind three-story yellow aluminum composite columns. The blue and white glazed brick used at the lower speaks to the waterfront location.In 2021, DRPA installed a 1 MW solar canopy covering its parking lot.

The Adventure Aquarium, formerly the Thomas H. Kean New Jersey State Aquarium, is a for-profit educational entertainment attraction operated in Camden, New Jersey on the Delaware River Camden Waterfront by Herschend Family Entertainment. Originally opened in 1992, it re-opened in its current form on May 25, 2005 featuring about 8,000 animals living in varied forms of semi-aquatic, freshwater, and marine habitats. The facility has a total tank volume of over 2 million US gallons (7,600,000 L), and public floor space of 200,000 square feet (19,000 m2).

The Walt Whitman House is a historic building in Camden, New Jersey, United States, which was the last residence of American poet Walt Whitman, in his declining years before his death. It is located at 330 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, known as Mickle St. during Whitman's time there.

The Camden Waterfront, also known as the Central Waterfront, is a commercial and entertainment district in Camden, New Jersey, on the Delaware River south of the Ben Franklin Bridge and north of Port of Camden. The district is characterized by its visitor attractions and its location offering views of the river and the Philadelphia skyline. It is served by RiverLink Ferry which crosses the river to Philadelphia and the Cooper St-Rutgers, Aquarium, and Entertainment Center stations of the River Line light rail system. According to the 2000 U.S. census, the neighborhood has a population of 962.
